Great location and excellent value for money. Walking distance to everything Mooloolaba has to offer. Apartments are older but clean and comfortable. We found them to be exactly as advertised and what we expected. Reception staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Secure carpark at no extra cost

The room was dirty , 2 out of 5 light bulbs never worked . Cutlery and cooking utensils were put away as they were clean yet were dirty with food scraps and one of the two pots had what looked like burnt mashed potatoes in just chucked in the cupboard. The aircon never worked and would just drop water down the wall which we received a bill for but refused to pay . Bubbles would come up thru the floor when having a shower making it very slippery and dangerous getting out . The Foxtel never worked even though it is meant to be included in the price Dirty needle wrappers in garden that we were told they will come have a look when it was suitable for them to do so . Save your money and go elsewhere

Great sized apartment. The most comfortable beds ever! The apartment is quite basic. The internet was awful. Staff were really friendly. Great location; walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, and close to lots of bus stops.

Dirty rooms , no aircon for 3 weeks straight no Foxtel , unwashed cooking utensils with burnt food left in the cupboard next to no cooking facilities with one dirty saucepan and a $5 frypan that would burn food if put on anything more than the lowest setting and seal on oven might as well not of been there in the first place as it let out any heat produced and overall poorly managed as they all nice and helpful to your face but straight after don't do anything to fix any problem mentioned to them and use the ' it has to be approved by body corporate ' excuse . DONT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO BEING RIPPED OFF AND FOOLED BY MANAGEMENT

Great location and value for money. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel and apartment. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and roomy. Older style apartments but great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. So close to everything we didn’t use the car. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We've been staying in this apartment for six weeks, and I'd like to share our experience. Although it’s not a newly built property, the room layout is very well-designed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are close to each other but separated from the living and dining areas, providing a quiet resting space that doesn’t interfere with daily activities. The living and dining areas are connected to the kitchen, and there's a spacious balcony attached to the living room. With plenty of large windows and floor-to-ceiling glass, the ventilation and natural light are excellent. Although our room is on a lower floor without a direct ocean view, it actually turned out to be a benefit. When the sea breeze gets chilly, we can still enjoy the sun on the balcony without feeling the wind. We’ve made it a habit to bask in the morning sunshine on the balcony every day, as long as it’s not raining. The toilet is separated from the sink and shower area, making it convenient for multiple people to use simultaneously. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, including ample bowls, plates, cups, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. A Coles supermarket is just a few hundred meters away, which makes daily life very convenient. One particularly nice feature is the back door by the apartment’s swimming pool, which offers easier access to the beach and the nearby bus stop. This made our trips to the beach much more convenient. The apartment management service is exceptional. A few days ago, a group of young athletes stayed here for a competition. They were quite noisy upon arrival, but Naomi quickly addressed the issue, and they were quiet afterward. Additionally, every week, Naomi replaced all the bed linens and towels for us. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer, so we don’t have to worry about drying clothes even if it rains. Finally, the price of this apartment is incredibly affordable. Compared to nearby options, this place offers the best value for money. One minor drawback is that the building itself is a bit older, so some fixtures could use a refresh. The Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty at times, but it hasn’t significantly impacted our stay. Overall, these are small issues that didn’t detract from our overall experience, and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

I’m a return visitor to Bayviews and Harbour View Apartments - the location is amazing, so close to the esplanade and restaurants. Naomi on reception is always super friendly, incredibly accommodating and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay is perfect. Our room is always spotless & clean. The amenities and appliances are fantastic, the living area is perfect for relaxing and the balcony is perfect for entertaining while looking at oceanviews. Bayviews is our first choice for accommodation in Mooloolaba and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Location is right on top of everything. 10min walk into Alexander head. 3 minutes to sea front. Room clean . Just enough starter pack for coffee and tea. Dishwasher 2 tablets . Beds were medium to soft but comfortable. . We paid 500 aud for a night on a special event weekend. Not sure if that good value for a Aussie beach 3 bed apartment sleeping 6. We had a good time . Manager very accommodating.

Fantastic place to stay. Priced right. Great Managers. Clean tidy apartments. Great Value for money. Highly Recommend AAAAA+++++
