Visited Bazar on 26th Street after a local event on a Thursday evening. We were a group of four and walked in around 9pm, seated right away. I've been here before for wine and tapas (they have a good happy hour), but this time we got cocktails and a few appetizers to share. For drinks, we tried the Flat Iron (their spicy margarita), which had a great flavor but was very spicy, too spicy for me to order a second. The Passion Martini and the French Martini (Chambord and pineapple) were both enjoyable, perhaps on the sweeter side. Overall, the cocktail menu had a bunch of options. For food, we ordered the patatas bravas, which had good flavor but came with a lot of cheese and a smaller portion than expected. The mushroom croquettes with truffle aioli were tasty but pricey (three for $18). The Brussels sprouts, with bacon, manchego, and balsamic, were delicious, though very heavily seasoned. Good for sharing. The staff was friendly, attentive, and our drinks and food came out quickly. It wasn't packed, but there was still a nice buzz in the room (it was also a particularly cold December night). Overall, Bazar is a solid spot for a group meal, cocktails, or a quick bite if you're in the area. I've been before and would definitely go back.
