I came here for my birthday dinner and it was such an amazing experience! Lorena made sure i felt special, gave great service, and has such an amazing energy. All the dishes were incredible, especially the mushroom croquettes. I will definitely be back!!

We came here for brunch on a Sunday and the place was pretty empty. We had a reservation and was seated right away. The service was great. The food, albeit a little pricey, was good. My favorite was the lamb chop (3 for $34). The crab cake was small for $28. They did not have tuna tostada that was on the menu, and was instead offered the tuna tartare. The tartare was refreshing and well seasoned. Half of my chip was stale but the other half was fine. Overall pleasant experience.

This place was awesome, especially the service. My waitress Karol was great she was extremely good at her job and made me feel at home. I can't say enough positive things. The food was amazing, with zero complaints!

Google
The food was good overall but it was just too overpriced. We were shocked to see 1 piece of crab cake for $28, even though it tasted good. Also don't understand why 20% gratuity is included by default.

Nice place, good service but food meh. A couple of my friends and I went on a Thursday night, good vibe and seatings were comfortable. However on the food Wild Mushroom Croquettes was the only delicious dish among what we ordered that night! The Pommes Frites and Quinoa Salad was okay. Pan Con Tomate really just meh and to our surprise the Patata’s Bravas was disappointing. Gambas Al Aiilo (garlic tiger shrimp) probably would have been good if it was’t waaay too salty! I want to like this place but I won’t be coming back as there are other solid tapas joints in the city.

Was visiting NYC and wanted to start the night right with some great food and cocktails and we narrowed it down to Bazar based on the reviews online. It was a Saturday night at 8.30pm. We walked in expecting to be full of life only to be disappointed by a restaurant more than half empty with that Saturday night energy just not there. We hoped that the food and drinks would make up for it but even that felt quite lack luster. We ordered the smoked oxaca, flat iron drinks, pan con tomate, patatas bravas and the tuna. They were all just very mediocre. They simply lacked flavor or an oomph to make it memorable. It was quite a let down. The only plus was the service which was quite good. Would be a miss for us the next time.

Google
Decent tapas food nothing great If you happen to be there try the Gambas Al Ajillo and have some authentic flavor The PEI Steamed Mussels dish was nothing great As Tapas food the portions are good but the price is high compared to other Tapas places and the quality of the food is OK Its worth a second visit but if you are craving Tapas this can be a choice other than the Bodega Tapas, Wine, and Rum

Google
Walked in a Sunday evening. Was not busy at all, almost dead. Not sure why, because the food and service were amazing. Ordered 3 apps, 2 entrees, dessert and a bottle of wine for ~$200. The stand out item was the short rib entree. Amazingly tender. Looked almost like a thick loaf of bread… but meat. Everything else was prepared perfectly as well. No complaints Would definitely go back and hope their business picks up.

Yelp
Great atmosphere food and professionalism at xunta with the owner Alfonso. The tapas that we ordered were so much different and superior compared to other Spanish restaurants in New York.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem. The service , the culture, the music, the atmosphere and most of all the food. It was stupendous such flavors and presentation and the drinks were amazing. The only regret i have is that i didn't come sooner. You will love it!!

Yelp
Starving and in immediate need of food we came here! It was near our hotel. We were seated promptly and the server/hostess was friendly. Hence the 2 stars for! We didnt like our food or drinks. My shrimp seemed raw and didn't look done or like the pics of other diners. We also didnt like the drinks. Wouldn't return.

Yelp
Located in the heart of Midtown, Bazar Tapas Bar and Restaurant serves up a variety of tapas. They have a diverse menu so you can certainly find something you like. Good service and nice ambiance. They also offer a bottomless menu for $45 which includes an entree! The drinks include mimosas, bellinis, and bloody marys

Yelp
I check their social media even when I can't visit soon. The workers deliver exceptional customer care. This place maintains exceptional quality in all areas. This restaurant offers great vibes, cleanliness, and kind service. Our selection for our meal was perfect.

Yelp
This place was popping when I came on a Thursday night! My friends and I were seated at the bar. We were waiting for a table but they prioritized reservations (which makes sense). we saw an opening at 7:45 pm online but then it somehow disappeared... anyways here's what we ordered: - Aperol spritz - Margarita - passion fruit Martini - this was filled to the top and was strong/fruity. I enjoyed - Gambas: good flavor, super hot when it came out - croquettes: I loved the sauce and this was my favorite dish we ordered - lobster mac and cheese: this was good but not worth $29 in my opinion - brussel sprouts: I love brussel sprouts so I enjoyed this a lot! There are little pieces of bacon too - bazar patatas: also really good Overall, everything was good and this place is a vibe. The food came out so fast too, I was surprised. Tapas are great for sharing and drinks are strong.

Yelp
Good prices for what you get, friendly team and situated just right. The staff is awesome; friendly greeting and accomdating every request with a smile. This spot has earned loyalty from our whole family. Bazár Tapas Bar & Restaurant delivers quality across the board. The experience here is pure pleasure.

Yelp
Came here with a friend after a networking event in the neighborhood. I knew nothing about this tapas place. The ambiance is very charming. The servers were friendly and helpful. We got desserts, coffee and tea so I cannot comment on the tapas. But the desserts were large in portion and very good.

Yelp
When I booked this place, I thought it was located in Chelsea for some reason but it's actually Flat Iron. Love the neighborhood either way. It was pretty quiet on a Monday evening. The lighting was on the dimmer side. I got a table by the window. Our server was nice and answered our questions about how many tapas to get for two people. We ended up getting a seafood paella and 3 tapas, mostly seafood themed. The paella was so good with a layer of crispy rice on top and lots of seafood. It started filling up more by the time we left and the music got louder as well.

Yelp
Made a quick trip to Manhattan and we decided we needed Tapas in our life so to Bazar we went. Loved the ambiance, live music with a girl from Florida (she sang some Pink and I am a sucker for that Pink!) Anyway our waitress Juliana was outstanding, she was attentive, witty and made some excellent suggestions. We enjoyed the Tuna Tostada, some Chicharron Tapas and a few drinks. Great place to stop by when in the Chelsea area.

Yelp
Nice spot that seems to be a place for locals. The bartender was very attentive to everyone at the bar and I even saw him dancing a few times with his customers.....lol! The fries were great!!! The sauce that they serve with the truffle fries is top notch! I came here specifically for this item on the menu and they didn't disappoint! I'll definitely visit this place when I'm in the area.

Yelp
I spent a couple days visiting and enjoyed it. The meal hit all the right notes. Bazár Tapas Bar & Restaurant is very cool and service is great. The staff exhibited training and professional etiquette. Bazár Tapas Bar & Restaurant zestfully creates joyful experiences.

Yelp
Changing this from what I would have called a 3.5 review to 2 stars based on interactions from the manager on this platform since my review. I would have been open to trying the place again and seeing if the experience was better but I would no longer do that since his unsolicited responses are now part of my experience with this business.

Yelp
I absolutely loved going to Bazar Tapas. It's a great place to be at with sharable plates. I went as a party of 7 and the restaurant was very accommodating, which was nice especially since we made our reservation last minute. The food and ambiance was great. It was a little bit more on the loud side but I thought that was fun. Out of all the tapas we ordered, the mussels and octopus had to be my favorite. I will say, Iwas a little nervous when our large plate of paella came out since it was recommended for 2-3 people but it was perfect for our party for everyone to have a bite. We were also celebrating a birthday and the staff was very enthusiatic. They had played 50 Cent's In Da Club over the speakers. I'll definitely be back here again!

Yelp
Bazár Tapas Bar & Restaurant outclasses many competitors. You receive good food volume for your money. Bazár Tapas Bar & Restaurant! You deserve praise for your quality. Every person there was receptive to our needs and performed wonderfully. The staff is warm, the meals delicious, and the location has character.

Yelp
Cute little tapas place on the west side! Great for sharing, tons of seafood options, but a lot of meat options as well. Sauces were incredible and the octopus was my favorite. Solid portion sizes and great service! Would definitely go back

Yelp
Bazár Tapas Bar & Restaurant wrapped us in culinary enchantment! The kitchen demonstrates professional dedication. The prices feel right when divided among many. I appreciate their culinary expertise and service quality equally. This restaurant will get my repeat business.

Yelp
Staff was so kind and food was delicious! A nice and cozy environment for a cold winter day. Just expect it to get $$ quickly - as you need numerous tapas/dishes to get full (as expected).
google avatar

Yelp
Great cozy atmosphere to spend happy hour with girlfriends. Oysters were half price at $2 each. Drinks were around $10 each. Wish they offered a few more happy hour price tapas other than raw oysters like fries, tacos or the pan con tomate for those who may not like raw oysters. We did ordered few full priced tapas and had a great time!

Yelp
Food was outstanding! I rarely say that. Half full restaurant. A bit pricey. Good Spanish wine list. Fri night 9:30pm, I got out of an event in the neighborhood & was looking for dinner. I walked in. There wasn't anyone seated in the front. The back was full of young people. I ordered the mushroom croquettas- outstanding! 1 lamb chop - also outstanding. Gamba al ajillo - tasty but a little too oily for me. Flan was amazing! Good was terrific! This place should have bigger crowds.

Yelp
A decadent and wild ride for your taste buds. Located in the relatively new Ritz Hotel this high end fancy restaurant does not disappoint, but it is pricey. Next time I would do the tasting menu, believe it or not you would save on it if you have multiple people, because a lot of the apps are priced per person. If you have the means, the food and service is exquisite. From the aged Jambon, to the foie gras wrapped in candy close nothing disappointed. One of the stars of the show was the pork steak entree. In my opinion, not to be missed. Every bite melted in your mouth. The wine expert guided us to a fantastic bottle for a very reasonable price. All in all a once in a blue moon treat! Well done

Yelp
On our second day of our NYC trip we wanted to try a tapas restaurant and I'm so shocked how bad the food was :( It was ridiculously overpriced food with no flavor and not one item we liked. I truly don't understand the high reviews and are sad we wasted dinner in nyc on such a mid restaurant
google avatar

Yelp
Food and service were amazing! Everything was super fresh and authentic. Not your run of the mill Spanish menu. Drinks were really good too!

Yelp
I came here with a group of 10 with a reservation, and had a great experience! The service was great, and the food came out pretty quickly (other than the paella which takes longer), and there were some really good items. Watch out for the 3% surcharge when paying with card (the menu prices listed include a 3% cash discount). Great, would get again - Scallops ($23): This dish is pricey, but the scallops are flawless. They are huge, perfectly cooked, and have great flavor. - Octopus ($27): I really liked the cook on this octopus. It was crispy on the outside but very tender on the inside. - Bone marrow ($19): The bone marrow is bursting with savory flavor and has great texture. Good, might get again - Wild mushroom croquettes ($17): These were very popular with the group. - Paella del mar ($78): This certainly has the most premium seafood items I've ever seen in a paella (and also the most expensive pricetag). The octopus is excellent. The other seafood is a bit overcooked relative to their non-paella counterparts (eg the scallop, shrimp, and mussels). The rice flavor is mostly tomato, so it's not my favorite in terms of rice flavor. The rice is a bit al dente. Wouldn't get again - Brussels sprouts ($17): Mostly sweet flavor, not crispy. - Gambas al ajillo ($22): Only 6 shrimp, very little flavor, not great shrimp texture. - Patatas bravas ($16): The potato wasn't very crispy. - Tuna tostada ($19): Pretty forgettable. - Wild mushrooms ($18): Lacking flavor. - Mussels ($19): Too sour. - Cauliflower ($16): Lacking flavor. Overall I thought some items were misses/lacking in flavor, but some of the dishes were really nice. I would probably choose Boqueria over this place, but there are some dishes that Bazar does better. There are some tapas places that require a prix fixe menu (starting at $65pp) for groups of 10+, so I appreciated that we were able to order a la carte and keep the total (including tax and tip) under $65pp.

Yelp
I booked the resy for Valentine's Day here and the food did not disappoint despite the holiday. I'm very particular about a paella dish and this shared one was well worth it. The rice was seasoned well there was a buttery like taste to it and they weren't shy about the amount of seafood on it. I was impressed with their prompt service , and more importantly I was happy they didn't have a prefix menu in comparison to a lot of places. They played some fun spanish music and I The vibe was intimate and chill. I would recommend if you're craving paella and a chill time in flatiron.

Yelp
We got seated immediately. Nice, romantic ambiance. The food was good but the waitress wasn't the best. We had to wait a lot for things and ask for the check. We were not checked on very often.

Jack Q.

Yelp
Good ambiance but underwhelming service. Ordered the Brunch Paella and was served the Paella Del Mar instead. Not ideal because I have had the Paella Del Mar here before and wanted to try something else. Ate and paid for it anyway. I really don't think I ordered the Paella Del Mar, but miscommunications happen - I get that. To me what is regrettable is that the server insisted that it was my fault and honestly appeared quite irritated when I brought the issue to his attention. He then ignored me for the rest of the meal. I'm not even saying there was a need to apologize, but maybe we should all show some more grace to others.

Yelp
We sat outside with dogs on a beautiful day and that was lovely. However, they had a few people that excessively refill water but can't take your order or do anything else. A woman came to take our pictures - we thought for their social because we had two cute small dogs - but she came back and tried to sell us printed out cheesy photos. Very not into that. Service is blatantly not good. They're not fast. They tried to clear our tapas SIX TIMES despite not a single plate being empty. Food was good but didn't make up for the horrible service and experience. Will not go back.

Yelp
This place was a hidden gem of a bottomless birthday brunch find for a Saturday afternoon. Our server Anna did a tremendous job taking care of us and was very discreet at coordinating a birthday surprise dessert for my friend's birthday. We sat on the outdoor area since it was a nice mid spring day. Ordered a pitcher of red sangrias for the bottomless brunch. $39 for 90 minutes per head was not a bad deal. My smoked salmon eggs Benedict brunch meal came out really well. My friend had the whipped cream French toast. And the rest of our group got the shakshuka and avocado toast with breakfast sides. All the dishes came out nicely and fresh. Even the French toast was not too decadently sweet which was fantastic. By the end of the brunch, we were given the option of a chocolate mousse, cheesecake or flan for the birthday dessert. The chocolate mousse was very thick and luxurious with creaminess with the birthday song included. It was a fun brunch and get together where the restaurant treated us well and did not mind us staying hours on to catch up. Thank you Bazar Tapas for the fun brunch afternoon. Next time I'll try their specialty cocktails and their tapas happy hour for sure

Yelp
I like this place for when you're note too hungry. The octopus is a favorite option of mine. The shrimp are good too but the portion is small. In general, the portions are pretty small bc it is tapas style, so be prepared for a bigger bill! I like their outdoor seating in summer, but for winter nights it's super Cozy (and dark) inside.

Yelp
Flew into New York for work. Up at 3:30am CA time and arrived 6pm NY time--tired and cranky. Got to my hotel and started looking for dinner. Found Bazár and it was perfect. Sat at the bar and started with a glass of Cava delicious and a nice way to wind down after a day of travel. For dinner, I ordered the steak bites with chimichurri, pan roasted wild mushrooms with Fresno chili sauce, and a glass of Sangiovese. Absolutely perfect meal. Wood tables and bar, linen napkins, great music (a little loud but isn't all music in restaurants?) and wonderful staff. This may be on of my new favorite restaurants in Chelsea. I'll be back. And you should check it out.
google avatar

Yelp
Super awesome and friendly wait staff that guide you through the food and drink menus! I came in around happy hour and ordered a yummy glass of wine (per the gentleman's suggestion) and dozen bluepoint oysters. It wasn't crowded since it was around 4 pm but I plan to be back again for the blue points special! Soooo yummy

Yelp
We love tapas, so we decided to check it out for brunch. It was still early Sunday morning, so the inside was not that busy. They had a live music going on, which was nice. The restaurant got busier as the time went on. We decided to start off our brunch with a cocktail. We ordered Tiki Punch and Genie in a Bottle. They were both really good, strong and flavorful. We ordered two tapas to share, plus a main dish. The first tapas of choice was Char-Grilled Octopus. It came piping hot, and a good large size, enough to share between the two of us. The second dish was Wild Mushroom Croquettes with Truffle aioli. They were very crispy and crunchy on the outside, and very moist and creamy in the inside. Excellent! The main dish had to be a paella! We were thinking of the traditional paella, with seafood, but then, my curiosity went for the Brunch Paella. I thought, why not get something we can only get during the brunch hours??? So, that is what we did. Brunch Paella is made with Shrimp, chorizo, scallions, sunny side up eggs in saffron & lobster broth. doesn't that sound just amazing? The paella was HUGE! It was packed with generous amount of ingredients. Plump chorizo and shrimp, and shocking six eggs!!! It sure would be enough among four or more people. Every bite was delicious and delightful. We had a really nice brunch here. We really liked every dish we ordered, and drinks too. Service was kind and courteous. We would definitely go back again for more delicious tapas!

Yelp
This was the official NYC restaurant/bar my friend stopped at on our trip. It was one of the few that was open that late on a Wednesday night. We actually came in about 30 minutes before the kitchen closed, so we rush-ordered whatever looked the most delicious. Since it was late at night and only a few people were in there, the restaurant was lit up with minimal lights, giving it a very cool, vibe-y feel. Because this was a tapas bar, all the dishes we ordered were shareables. The food came out fast and the waitress was nice and check-in on us a few times throughout as well. Roasted Beef Bone Marrow w/ Dijon Mustard & Garlic Bread (2/5): This one was a bit disappointing. I love bone marrow, and it's one of those dishes that I would immediately order if available on the menu, as I did here. Unfortunately, the was barely any marrow. The photo looks a bit deceiving because it was only a thin layer of marrow on the bone. The bread was also too hard for my preference. Usually, if there was more marrow to spread, it would pair well with a crispy thin bread slice. However, in this instance, there was barely any marrow and the bread was overly hard. Wild Mushroom Croquettes w/ Truffle Aioli (4/5): This was a yummy bite. I thought it was slightly greasy for my preference. The truffle aioli paired so well with the crispy croquette. My friend absolutely loved it as is. Baby Lamb Chops w/ Mint Mustard Coulis (5/5): Incredibly cooked. A slight crust and the meat was so flavorful and soft to the bite. Not much to say here. It was delicious. Seared Sesame-Crusted Tuna w/ Ponzu & Yellow Sriracha Aioli (5/5): The tuna crust was perfectly seared and paired so well with the aioli and ponzu. The tuna tasted fresh too. I love the tanginess of the sauces and the tartness from a squeeze of lemon on the fish.

Yelp
Beautiful interior/ambiance, great portions, friendly service, tons of tapas and bigger dishes to select from. Knocking off a star because some of the food quality didn't match the price/description IMO. Went with a group of friends and ordered: -some bottle of Moet -wild mushroom croquettes -mixed olives -charcuterie board -Brussels sprouts (roasted) -scallops -12 oysters -pan con tomate -burrata pomodoro -shrimp tacos -stuffed piquillo peppers -few Moscow mules and few scotch drinks Standouts from what I tried were the croquettes + tacos + the chunky relish that came with the oysters. Skip the piquillo peppers and burrata (if you've had great burrata.) Was not very crowded on a Friday night which made for a more intimate dining experience and we were well taken care of throughout our dinner!

Yelp
Go here for good drinks and eats! Went twice in one night as some friends missed our first seating and had a lovely accommodating host that adjusted our reservation on the spot. Awesome vodka cocktail but price said $20 in the menu and I was charged $22 each. The salads alone were worth coming back for. One of the best dressed kale salads I ever had. Had the short ribs which were good but very fatty. The truffle fries were extra oiley. There was a mushroom meatball tapas that I tried later in the evening that was excellent. My picky friend loved her Bronzino. I'd come back if I was in the neighborhood.

Yelp
This a great restaurant. I've been here twice to celebrate Valentine's Day and our anniversary. Both times we walked away impressed by the food and service. Last time we had their seafood paella. It was absolutely awesome and the two of us couldn't finish it, so we had some left overs for the next day. I highly recommend Bazar Tapas Bar & Restaurant. The ambiance is perfect for a romantic evening.

Yelp
An amazing spot for a refreshing lunch. My mom brought me here 2 years ago for their happy hour. We were in the area and decided to grab a bite. The paella was soooo good, it says its for 2 but actually you could share with 3. Everything so tasty. Ambiance is just right, the a/c works perfectly. Service incredible, thank you for letting us have our service dogs with us inside. We will be back! Gracias :)

Yelp
This is a great spot for a date night. We got 5 tapas for 2 people and were plenty full. All were tasty and flavorful. The food also came out exceptionally quickly -- which is great if you are in a rush. Since we aren't usually in a rush next time I would be more explicit in asking them to course out the plates a bit more.
google avatar

Shengyu G.

Yelp
I picked this place just because my friend was craving for some paella. The paella for two is way more enough for two people. There are plenty seafood in it but I found the rice lack of flavors. It is kind of bland to me. Both fries and mushroom are delicious. My friend and I think the sauce is perfect for the mushroom. The place is nice and busy. The vibe is relaxing but sometimes music is too loud to have proper conversation and all you hear is the people in the nearby tables shouting to each other. I would come again to try other plates and some fancy drinks.

Yelp
My friends and I came here for my friend's birthday and she booked a huge table in the back. It was all set up for us when we got there and the place itself was pretty packed and poppin for a Saturday evening so definitely recommend reservations if you are planning on coming in. The service was definitely A+ here; we had a huge group and we ended up ordering in groups and they were troopers with keeping all our orders separate and ensuring that the proper groups got their food. My group decided to split the following: -Truffle Fries: Always a hit and you cannot go wrong with this. Absolutely delicious and cripsy -Pan roasted wild mushrooms: Honestly was not expecting to like these as much as I did. They were nicely roasted not too charred and the flavor was a little smoky and the texture was not weird and squish as I expected. Def recommend this if you are a fan of mushroom -Pappardelle Y Setas: A+ in flavor, the past was perfectly al-dente, the flavors were creamy and rich definitely recommend getting this. I will say the portion size was pretty small for the price -Lemon Chicken: The chicken was mid, the flavors were all mid; definitely a no in my books. -Burrata Pomodoro: Honestly we thought this was another dish that we saw on their insta so we were a little disappointed when this came out. But it was pretty good - it was pretty light compared to the other items that we got Overall - great place for a huge group or for a party. The dishes are on the expensive side but I would say the service was definitely A+ here!

Yelp
This is a very spacious restaurant for a large group of people. Food is fine. A little disappointed to the seafood with rice. The rice doesn't have the crunchiness like other good Spanish restaurants. Otherwise I will give them a better score

Yelp
I decided to try Bazar for lunch today. To get 5 stars from me, a restaurant has to be close to perfect; so basically I would give this place 4 1/2 stars. I sat at the bar and, overall, the service was friendly and efficient. It is a medium size restaurant, with a surprisingly small open kitchen at the back and a long bar. During the time I was there, there were only 3 other patrons; so I assume they do most of their business in the evening. It is hard to understand why they even bother to open for lunch with so few customers that time of the day. The lunch menu seems to be an abbreviated version of their dinner menu because I didn't see a lot of the things that are shown on the internet. However, it was adequate to find two nice tapas plates. I started with a French Martini, which I wasn't too excited about. Reviews said that they had great cocktails, but I wasn't all that impressed with their list. The 2 tapas dishes I ordered were really good. The tuna tostados was ahi tuna served on top of avocado and crisp wontons with sprouts on top and a type of mustard sauce. The tuna was very fresh, but a bit stringy. The crab cake was served with the same sauce, some apple slices and a large serving of a cucumber and onion mixed salad. For dessert, to my regret, I ordered the Chocolate Heaven. It was good but so rich that I couldn't finish it all. It was a chocolate mousse with chunks of chocolate, whipped cream on top with strawberries and blueberries stuck into the sides. The one thing I didn't like was the Cappuccino. It was a cup of stale coffee, which didn't taste right, with a little bit of froth on top. It wasn't really what I wanted in the first place. I asked the bartender if he could do a Jamaican coffee and he said no. Then I asked if he could do a Mexican coffee. What bartender can't do a Mexican coffee if they have Kahlua? It wasn't that he couldn't do it because their bar was well stocked. He just didn't know how to make it. If he had asked me, I could easily have given him the instructions. This restaurant is expensive but, for a tapas restaurant, the portions are generous; and they are creative, nicely assuring that the dishes are well balanced with fish/meat as well as a vegetable and sometimes fruit. If given the opportunity, I would definitely return.

Yelp
Full disclosures: this was a work meal, and our party consisted of 12 people. We had one vegan, two sometimes-pescatarians and a non-red-meat eater at the table. I also had no control over what was ordered - in fact, I never once saw the menu! My boss was at the other end of the table with half of our guests, and she was ordering plate after plate after plate of yummy, interesting, delightful dishes that just magically appeared in front of me and the other half of our guests all night long. I legit lost track of all the things that were placed in front of me, and I definitely did not get a chance to try everything. I will say that everything, without exception, that I placed in my face that night was beyond delectable. I know we had a sampling of everything ranging from Brussels sprouts to quinoa salads to lamb chops to salmon and short ribs and cauliflower plates and scallops and a charcuterie board and ribs and...the plates just kept coming! I wish I could have paid more attention to the food, but my sole focus that night were the guests we'd flown across the country (in a lot of cases) to attend the event. I took pictures where I could, but most of the evening was playing a game of telephone, where the answer to "and what's this, then?" was transported from my boss at the other end of the table to my group, with varying success. The staff was phenomenal, as well. We were a loud, rowdy, passionate group of creators, corporate types and nonprofit founders, and the longer the night wore on, the more food and wine that flowed, the more the volume went up. There were speeches and laughter and a few mock fights, but the staff handled us all like pros. I'm so glad our events team found this restaurant, and that they were able to take our group on relatively short notice!

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick bite in between meetings today. Wonderful location! Came in by myself (I typically do not enjoy dining alone) but this experience was very pleasant. I was sat at the bar area and quickly given a menu and drink options. Ordered an aperol spritz that arrived at lightning speed. After some debate over what to order (the tuna tostada or the watermelon salad) my server told me the salad was amazing and I had to try it. I'm glad I took his recommendation because we was correct! Perfect ratio of watermelon, arugula, feta, tomato, and balsamic. I'm still thinking of the salad as I type this. So good! The atmosphere was quiet and a little moody which I appreciated a lot. It felt like a quaint escape from the summer day. The only loud part was a table at the front of the restaurant that had an obnoxious conversation about naming a dog "Ragu" so if you're that person, maybe chill out a hair. But that's not on the restaurant, it's just a funny little memory I'm going to remember.

Yelp
A nice, quiet, reasonably priced restaurant with good service. The charred octopus was really tasty as were the meatballs and the bone marrow dish which was amazing. I would recommend this place if you like tapas.
