Viktorija was incredibly kind, genuine, and helped us find everything we were looking for - even taking the time to help us find the artists on social media and packing everything safely for our travels. If you’re looking for quality pieces for yourself or unique souvenirs in Bascarsija, this is a must-stop!

Update: The management contacted me and assured me that it was a one-time misunderstanding. They offered a full refund, but of course I won't use it. Their reaction is completely adequate, so it seems to me that the situation has been exhausted. The seller (a young man with a mustache) told me the price for the product was «20», but it turned out to be 40 КМ at the checkout. Apparently, they tell you the prices in euros. It seems like a scam to me, because in Bosnia you expect to hear prices in KM that are 2 times cheaper.

This is truly one of the standout stores in Sarajevo! Despite its size, it's a place where you can easily spend a considerable amount of time. The selection is quite interesting, and the prices are not exorbitant. I found myself there near closing time, unaware of it, but the two ladies working there were incredibly friendly and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions, including inquiries about Sarajevo's icon Vučko. To top it off, I left a bag with my leftover food there, and the black-haired lady went out of her way to chase after me and return it, despite having no obligation to do so. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. I will definitely visit again when I'm back in Sarajevo. Note that they also have a second shop on Maršala Tita.

This is my favorite shop in Sarajevo. I love all of the pieces they create, from jewelry to home decor. They execute their goal of highlighting local culture and history through art and design beautifully. If you need a gift or want an extra special souvenir this is a great place to visit.

Divine place! It is Sarajevo itself! Cherishing old and supporting modern. I had such a nice time choosing things to buy. And the communication with staff was so pleasant! With every single look at the things I brought from there, I get a feeling of home... The little things that hang on the wall, or stay on the table, up to the local art that I get to wear - this place gives me things that keep my heart safe and warm. Miles away from Sarajevo, but never in spirit! If you fell in love with Sarajevo, and you surely did, don't let yourself craving for the touching details once you are away. Take a reminder with yourself. In Bazerdzan it is definitely not about souvenirs, but a moving memories! 🎈

Absolutely worth the visit. They have the finest selection of local small brands and very helpful staff. It is my favorite place to buy gifts for my friends and myself. :)

Every time I come to Sarajevo, I always visit Bazerdzan because of their one-of-a-kind, authentic design. Yet, I’m giving Bazerdzan 3 stars because of their incredibly unprofessional staff. Girls working there are almost always unpleasant and for a brand of their kind, such behavior is simply unacceptable.
