BB Mantra Boutique & Budget

After a long flight from UK, we just wanted a comfortable hotel within walking distance of the old city, a pool, fridge and air conditioning - we got it all and we were absolutely delighted. Literally on the same street we're gorgeous cafes and restaurants and a beautiful temple. We walked all over the old city - north, south east and west and returned to a cool pool and beer from the fridge. We could see the mountains in the distance from our balcony, swallows flying at sun set and very very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a city stay.

Absolutely loved this smaller, charming hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable - probably the nicest bed we had in Thailand. The pool area is a little oasis in the middle of Chiang Mai, so quiet and peaceful. The location is fantastic - so many great food options within a 10 minute walk. The only downside was the bathroom - it gets very humid and had no ventilation of its own.

Lovely little hotel in old town chiang mai! The pool area is beautiful and the whole hotel feels really peaceful! Rooms are very clean and cosy and are cleaned daily. Close walk to so many nice cafes and bars. The hotel can organise many excursions for you - we did the Grand Canyon water park and all went smoothly!

Our room was great but our travel companions room was damp smelling and the air-conditioning was not great. Pool was lovely and lots of seating, but would have been nice if it was serviced. Location was amazing. Laundry right across the road cheap and good. Would definitely return.

Great location, clean room, large space, comfy bed (so good!) and friendly service! Sadly it was raining during my stay so I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the environment looks good! Ps. No elevator but may ask for help with heavy luggages Pps, I love their shampoo and conditioners! Works well for my hair!

My home in chiang mai! Quiet location, nice pool, spacious rooms, very good beds and shower. Staff is so helpful! See you soon again!

Nicely located, comfortable double beds but separated . Room 24 has no view but Overall good experience

Loved this little place. Rooms were good size, big bed, comfortable and quality sheets. The pool area was beautiful, lots of greenery. Great location & close everything you need in my favourite city.
