Loved this little place. Rooms were good size, big bed, comfortable and quality sheets. The pool area was beautiful, lots of greenery. Great location & close everything you need in my favourite city.

Couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend. Staff were incredibly welcoming, working hard to turn our room around early as we arrived early on the sleeper train and we were able to check in 2 hours early. We stayed three nights in a Superior Room with a street view and the room was spacious, clean and had a large balcony for us to share. Housekeeping was offered everyday along with two complimentary bottles of water. They also had a small minibar selection for purchase too. The hotel actually offered a complimentary small breakfast offering too which was a nice unadvertised addition. Swimming pool area is nice and they have an outdoor shower by the pool and two toilets in reception that you can use after you've checked out. Location is good, walking distance to loads of cafes, temples and restaurants including a night market which is on every night. I'd stay again without hesitation.

This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Chiang Mai. The location could not be better. The neighborhood is calm and has some lovely cafés with brilliant coffee. It’s still close to where everything is buzzing. The room was nice, nothing special but has everything you need. Complimentary tea and coffee + two bottles of water every day. We had some ants in the bathroom, but tbh we expected some bugs, considering that it’s Thailand. Pool was good. It’s rather small and the pool area doesn’t have much sun. But if you only use the pool for cooling down and a bit of relaxation, then it’s perfect! Service was good - nothing to complain about. The vibe was super chill, seemed like a bunch of friends running a hotel together. We really liked it here 😊 will definitely be staying here if we return.

Perfect location for exploring all the old town of Chiang Mai. The staff are friendly and super helpful if you have any questions about attractions in the area. The street in which the hotel is located on is quiet and tucked away from the main streets/busyness of cars. The rooms are large and you receive free waters each day of your stay. Great location to the airport as well!

We arrived by plane in the afternoon and the hotel has organised a taxi transfer for us. Very helpful and 20 minutes after landing were we at the hotel.||||Check-in was fast and staff was nice.||||I had a room with pool view and the room looked very nice. The bed was huge and comfortable and everything you need was there. The matrass was Okay, the shower and toilet was a little bit dated but as the room as well very clean.||||Cleaning service was perfect - they did everything always before lunchtime. I never had breakfast in the hotel, but as I heard is it simple but good. ||||I loved the location at this wonderful part of the city. It was very quiet and peaceful there. The hotel pool is nice but I never used it.

Lovely room, comfortable with all amenities, small mini bar is a lovely touch. Shower fab, air con good, balcony beautiful. ||They don't offer a breakfast option but there is a small complementarity selection of breads, jams coffee etc to make sure you don't go hungry in the morning and complimentary coffee , tea all day. Small selection of drinks and snacks to purchase at reasonable prices ||Staff are wonderful,  we arrived early and they sorted check in after a small wait with a coffee provided ||Good size swimming pool and outside area is a bonus. ||Lovely location, easy walk to night markets, lovely eating places within 5 minutes. ||My new  favourite in Chiang Mai will definitely stay on our next visit

I liked this hotel for a quick stay in Chiang Mai. We stayed on the 3rd floor, no elevator, but a nice view once in the room. The pool was a nice treat after a long day walking around the city as it stays open until 9pm. Walking distance to the Sunday night market and steps from the famous Khun Kae's Juice Bar.

We had a lovely 6 night break at this hotel at the end of October. The location was excellent within easy walking distance to the Sunday Night Market and the numerous Wat's and sights of the Old Town. The Room was spacious and very clean with an excellent shower and a huge comfortable bed. The pool area was fantastic with plentiful sun loungers and the breakfast which was very customisable was superb. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and went out of their way to be helpful. It is also worth noting that the Vegan restaurant which opened during our stay and was attached to the hotel was excellent. We are not Vegan's ourselves but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food they had to offer in a lovely environment. When returning to Chiang Mai booking a room at this wonderful hotel will be the first thing we do
