BB's Baby Donuts

Been coming here for years and always great service , positive atmosphere and great donuts. On this visit purchased the bucket of designer donuts and staff took great care to make good and nice looking donuts.

Beware this place may become addictive for donut lovers. I think once you visit you will be visiting again for sure! I stopped by to grab just a couple donuts but ended up buying a dozen and a half. I couldn't decide what flavor donuts to buy so I bought three flavored donut including maple/bacon, snickers, blueberry dream and plain. They are mini sized donuts that are made fresh in shop. I also bought a large cold brew with milk which had a good flavor. The lady that helped me was very patient while waiting for me to decide on which donuts to buy. The atmosphere is friendly and seems to be popular with a lot of local people. I will be back for sure! I want to try a few more of the flavored donuts. There is a place to sit outside and a walk up window for a quick stop and shop. They apparently have a lunch as well which includes a hot dog, chips drink and donuts (see menu board photo). Overall, this little donut shop is a great addition to the shopping area near the train stop and for locals.

Bb’s Baby Donuts is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Debbie is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing bacon donuts. Must come back. 10/10.

Stopped at this charming donut shop for a little dessert. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helped me pick three, very tasty flavors! Tried the Reese's, coconut, and "Uncle Tom" mini donuts. (Apparently, these were top sellers.) Delicious bites that make for a great post-meal sweet. Will definitely return to try other flavors!

These donuts are so delicious! We just popped in for 6- we got strawberry, lemon, and birthday cake. They were so fresh and extremely tasty! We also got hazelnut and rose white chocolate lattes- yummy. This would be a great treat for a birthday or party of minis!

We had BB's donuts made fresh for dessert at our wedding and it was SUCH a blast!! Debbie was absolutely wonderful to work with!!! She met with us for a tasting and was so flexible with us when we had to change our date (twice) and venue for our wedding because of COVID. Everyone at our wedding LOVED the donuts!! BBs brought such cute little decorations and made it a wonderful experience for all our guests. They gave away the extra donuts at the end of the night and I especially loved how they made a special little box for my husband and I to take with us. Having grown up in Western Springs, it was extra special to be able to support a small business in our town!! Thank you Debbie and thank you BBs!!!

The cutest spot with the cutest made to order mini donuts and great coffee to go with them. All kinds of flavors, served through a walk up window with plenty of kid and pet friendly patio seating!!

We were gifted a holiday tray! It was delicious and impeccably made!! Each flavor was yummy and distinct. Such a wonderful gift!! I’d been there before for other flavors and the donuts are always fresh and hot.

Stopped into BB's to grab some donuts for the office Thursday morning. The mini donuts were delicious with a variety of flavors. We got 3 dozen to feed an office of 10! The were made fresh while we were there and chatted with the staff. They were very friendly! BB's offers orders for events like baby showers or birthday parties too!

For mini donuts, this is the place. Plenty to choose from, always so soft and perfectly made. Great spot to go with the kids. Won't be disappointed.

The owner is the nicest woman - she remembers everyone's names which makes me feel like Norm on Cheers. This has been my son's very favorite from the day b.b.'s opened. I also love their Intelligentsia coffee. The commuter special (3 donuts & a cup of coffee) is my fave. This is such a sweet place, it makes my heart happy!

How am I just reviewing this now?! BBs is an adorable fresh made mini donut shop. Lots of varieties to choose from. We loved the Nutella! Plenty of street parking in a very walkable area close to the commuter train. Prices are reasonable. Donuts are best when hot and fresh m. Staff is professional and polite.

I ordered BB's Baby donuts for a corporate event. Debbie was so lovely to work with and she was even concerned about getting the colors i needed right and worked to provide us with beautiful donuts. I highly recommend this place. Not only did the donuts look amazing, they tasted great. Everyone couldn't stop talking about them.

Cute little shop. Wish I had been able to go inside, but COVID life. We ordered a dozen minis, a latte, and two hot cocoas. For the donuts we opted for s'mores, fluffernutter and Reese's. The best one was the s'mores flavor. I think they might use natural peanut butter which is good, but I was expecting something sweeter. The latte was okay. I ordered a toasted marshmallow and wasn't a huge fan of the flavor/after taste. I would like to stop in again and try some other flavors. It was an nice treat at $16.

Great experience, super tasty tiny donuts, I highly recommend ordering ahead online. If you love funnel cake you'll love these. Mini donuts, coffee, they can do cakes. Very nice owners. Eat the donuts fast! They are not good the next day which is totally fine! I did put them in the oven and they weren't half bad! Apple Maps is very tricky I got lost and circled downtown western springs maybe 4 times. The donut shop is right across the street from BMO Harris bank. (I think it's bmo).

The location is next to none! (Next to @Properties) Debbie and her staff have been kind and helpful for every visit I've experienced. This time I'm posting photos of the wide variety of topping options. Either 1/2 dozen or dozen and up to 3 toppings. I've tried; cinnamon roll, smores, mint chocolate, peanuts butter &oreo and recesses. Mouth wateringly delectable! They are efficient, friendly, and helpful too! The donuts are fine - similar to a food truck I've been to in the city. I was deeply offended by their "Uncle Tom" donut. It definitely made me feel like I wasn't welcome in the store and I will not be going back.

Very cute Mini Donut shop in Western Springs. Just steps off the Train Station this location is perfect for this "too sweet to be true" donut shop. All of the baby donuts are made fresh in front of the customers. They are all the same flavor to start. After the donut is pulled from the fryer, the flavor choices come into play. If you order a chocolate baby donut, It is a white cake with chocolate sauce drizzled on top. These can be messy. We ordered a Bucket, which held thirty baby donuts. I would order sets of six next time so the toppings photographed better! The Cinnamon Sugar is honestly my favorite to date. They somewhat remind me of a funnel cake at a fair. This is the perfect place to take a child. Indoor and Outdoor seating is available. A great place to celebrate the little moments in life with young family members.

We love BB'S! It is perfect for a Saturday morning treat, the kids love it, and the coffee is fantastic so I don't mind making the 30 minute trip. My kids prefer vanilla sprinkles and I like the cinnamon roll. Even the plain ones are amazing. This weekend we ordered some catering trays online and they were perfect for our daughter's donut-themed first birthday party. I even changed my order completely the day before and they were able to handle it with no issues.

We've stopped here many times for their tasty baby donuts (my favorite is the snickers) and are always pleased with the service and sweets. Today we tried the box lunch and it was also great: tasty hot dog, chips and dip and two donuts. Delicious! While we were waiting for our order we sat at the outdoor tables; it was so quaint, made me regret getting our order to-go.

Have always loved walking uptown for a dozen freshly made mini donuts. Although a bit hidden, this spot located on Lawn and Burlington will always cure a sweet tooth craving. Choosing between six or a dozen, the donuts are always crisped to perfection and taste amazing. They have a wide variety of unique flavor combinations to choose from, as well as many drink and coffee options. My favorite donut is the Cinnamon Roll flavor. To add, the staff is always a delight and inviting. I have yet to have a bad experience here! Definitely a must if you're strolling through the neighborhood.

This is a perfect, cute little donut shop. I'm not a big fan of donuts, but a friend of mine recommended this place. So we decided to try it out. And they were so delicious! We tried the cookies n cream, chocolate covered strawberry, and the cherry pie one. All of them were so tasty. My favorite was the cherry pie one, especially because it was tart flavored. My daughter was licking her fingers out of deliciousness! Definitely recommended this place!

Such a fun place to take the kiddos! We got a 1/2 dozen minis and a wild berry smoothie. Delicious!

Super cute local donut shop! A definite hidden jewel, they make it very COVID safe by allowing you to order from the pick up window, we will definitely be back to try more flavors of the baby donuts!

We stumbled upon this place on our way to the park. The lunchboxes was a perfect for my son and I. I plan on swinging by more often when we are in the neighborhood or on our way to holiday festivities.

I have been wanting to come here for awhile. They had a lot of staff and knowledge of their product. I got two dozen and it was about $20. There are no seats inside and they don't have a parking lot. The flavors were great and spot on to what they are supposed to be. They are made fresh there. I believe it is a bit expensive for the size and there is no menu or prices. I would recommend trying them out for a sweet treat! It is very cute and small inside.

Adorable little donut bakery in Western Springs! Super friendly and quick service with a ton of options for delicious, teeny tiny baby donuts. We got an assortment and the faves were Nutella, chocolate strawberry, and s'mores, but they were all delicious. The drinks are delicious too, and come with a tiny naked baby donut on the straw! The key is that they freshly fry these guys, and dress them with the flavors to order, so they don't have that heavy, gross, stale feeling. Plus they're SO small, they're not that bad for you... RIGHT?! I could totally see buying these to bring to a brunch or serving them at a shower. Will definitely be back again and again!

Oh BB's. What an amazing idea for a donut place. Create your own donut holes are fun and delicious. We tried every single flavor because why not! Then we rated by flavor so we would know what to get next time. The votes were in, and the top flavors were Reece's, cinnamon roll, Bavarian cream, lemon, and banana cream. Pretty sure you can't go wrong here! So good!

Found them online, ordered the specialty donuts; cinnabon, bavarian creme, and snickers. Wow! Delicious! These little morsels are soft, and topped with flavor. Highly recommend! You just oder online and then go to the store and gt them at the pick up window. The website says they also deliver. Oh, and Joe said, "Just keep calm and eat more donuts..."

Expensive donuts that were dry and pretty basic. I was duped by the "cute little donut shop" storefront. Also, the lady (owner perhaps) who was behind the counter lacked customer service skills; was not warm and friendly like I was expecting from a mom and pop shop.

First time there and we loved it! Very quaint and clean atmosphere. Chalk you can draw on the tables to entertain the kids. Delicious donuts with creative flavors. We highly recommend the cinnamon roll and smores flavors. Our two year old loved the sprinkle donuts. Talked with the owner and she was very friendly and seemed like she loved being there. Lots of options for catering, customization, and fun events year round. We will definitely be back!

Step aside Starbucks, this place will be a contender. Amazing "little" donut shop. Amazing flavor profiles. The personal touch that is given by Deb displays her passion for what she does and how personal she takes in each "little" creation. The coffee and Lattes are very tasty as well. Really cute donut shop. Always support small business! The donuts are small and of one kind but the toppings you can put on it are fruitful. My favorite was the Nutella and Bavarian cream but nothing too exceptional. However, the staff was really friendly!

This is a tiny shop that makes mini donuts to order before your very eyes! It is fun to watch them move along a conveyor-like apparatus into the fryer until done to perfection. Fascinating for the kiddies, I'm sure! Staff is attentive and friendly. We tried the cinnamon donuts and the maple bacon varieties. They were quite delish, out of the fryer hot and fresh! Street parking is available.

Super cute spot and the donuts are awesome. Got a 6 pack, 2 of each: strawberry jelly, fluffernutter and the special, dreamsicle. All were amazing- the donuts themselves are light and fluffy and the toppings delicious. My favorite was the fluffernutter- surprisingly as I was worried it would be too peanut butter-y. Yet the reverse was true, it was more goopy marshmallow-y and ahhh let's just say I ate the icing that melted off with a spoon and cleaned out the container! Big bonus is although I just ate 6 mini doughnuts, they were so light I don't feel weighed down at all just happy and on a nice sugar high!

We were meandering around Western springs waiting to get into my dentist appointment. I found the little gem on Yelp with 4.5 stars and let me tell you, they are deserving of every bit. Deb is cheerful and just as sweet as her creations. The atmosphere is light and happy! The music is 50's and every once in a while you can hear Deb singing along. We ordered a dozen and picked 3 flavors. We weren't disappointed! Cinnamon Roll, Fluffer Nutter and Maple Bacon. Deb shared some very quaint details about the background of how some of the flavors came to be. This is a family affair and they enjoy whipping up new ideas. Of the flavors we shared, Maple bacon is my FAVORITE! The bacon is crunchy and the maple is sweet and creamy (without being all sugary). The Fluffer Nutter was a delight with the savory marshmallow and peanut butter drizzle. ( and not a sticky mess, like magic) The Cinnamon Roll had an abundant dusting that coated the rich, fluffy donut. I will return and bring friends. Thanks for the hospitality Deb!

Best donuts! Found this gem while on a road trip. Hands down the best donuts and the service is exceptional. They're minis too so you can eat a handful and still go back for more. Definitely on our saved list!

I order donuts to bring to customers. They always have them ready on time and my customers love them!!! I have a couple customers from the Joliet area that now take a trip to Western Springs to get donuts from BB's. My kids are also huge fans of BB's. The college kids first trip when they get home is to get donuts. Highly recommend this donut shop.

Picked up donuts from their pick up window! They were very fresh and reasonably priced. We tried Nutella and snickers and liked both! Enjoy!

Dear sweet, baby Jesus these little delectables are delicious! The donuts are made right in front of you, and they are warm and dance on your tastebuds! Came here with my mom after we got our hair cut. We split an order of the cinnamon and original. The donuts were soft, not oily or greasy, and just filled you with warmth. They do offer other flavors, such as s'mores, fluffed nutter, marble, and a bunch of others! I definitely recommend this place! Small family business that gives you what you want! And they also have coffee!

Such a cute little shop and a fun place to go get donuts. They have a variety of flavors for everyone. I got a tray of different ones for my sisters birthday breakfast and it was $38 after tax for 4 dozen mini doughnuts. A little pricey so I wouldn't get them all the time but they were very good. They are cake doughnuts but not real heavy. We fed 6 adults and 3 small children but there was nothing left over. The lemon and the strawberry with Nutella seemed to be the favorites although the bacon and the cinnamon also get a shout out!

Great, and yummy donuts small enough to try more than one flavor. I will definitely be stopping by again.

What great things could you not say about this fabulous little donut store. The donuts are delicious just on their own. The owners allow to try the donut without any toppings and then you choose what you want from there. The half dozen size is perfect and I highly recommend the cinnamon and sugar and pj and j, they reminded me of my childhood. Great service and lovely cute donuts.

Came across this donut shop by accident. At first I thought the donuts were gonna be your typical size. But, to my surprise they were tiny. Bite size donuts and so many flavors to choose from. My taste buds did cartwheels with the first bite!!! So soft like bitting into a cloud. My only complaint is I wish they had regular size glazed donuts.

Walk up window is open today. And I was able to park right out front on the street. Was great to get a dozen - 6 original and 6 cinnamon sugar. Fresh and hot and so delicious. A local treasure!

The best donuts! We ordered online this morning and they were ready less than half an hour later! They were done to perfection and so irresistible. One of the best donut places in the burbs. We got the maple bacon and the cinnamon roll ones :)

I had the honor of having Debbie come out and set up donuts for my wedding. She made the whole process a breeze, starting from a tasting in her shop, to constant emails to making sure everything is what we wanted. From there, she came out to my wedding venue and was able to decorate and set up a donut table for me and my wife, and boy, it was such a big hit! We only found Bb's Baby donuts because it was close to our venue, but now I have a reason to make a pit stop and head over to get some more donuts. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend working with Debbie for any events you may have, otherwise just stopping in to get a few donuts is totally worth it.

Not only are they adorable but also delish!!! And the donut cake tower is so perfect for special occasions!!! Love this place, and so does my toddler since it's super kid friendly inside.
