Was a very nice breakfast. Small difficulties finding the dining room. You will need to leave a picture of and go through a metal detector to enter the restaurant.

Great place for a unique, historic dining experience. Ideal place to have breakfast if you are visiting Victoria. A bit awkward to get into the dining room, you must show ID and go through security.

Classic and formal layout, a little tricky to access. Good price, tasty food and lovely staff. Make sure to bring your ID

First of all, reservation is a must. Food is good considering the affordable price. We went there just because of its location. To have a full experience of our Parliament building tour. Service is excellent. Antonette (I hope I rember her name right) was very able and considerate. She made things possible. I really appreciate it when they try first and not just say “no” up front. She said she will see what see can do and talk to the chef. Very commendable . A must try when you go visit the Parliament building. I have seen some very familiar faces I think I saw on TV hehehe but can not put a name on them. Adds on the dinning experience. Thank you for our delectable 3 course meal.

This was a very cool experience. Definitely a great place to eat. The food was amazing. My steak & eggs were cooked to perfection! Also when you come in your kind of under ground that was really neat. I would highly recommend eating here while in Victoria. We will definitely be going back for lunch.

I’ve been to this place a few times already and enjoyed every one of my visit. It is extremely busy so I highly recommend you make reservations ahead of time. You likely won’t be able to get in without reservation because you have to go thru security like the airport and they won’t even open the locked door if you don’t have reservation. The menu items are plentiful with a wide range of choices to satisfy all different dietary needs. The price is also cheap compare to other restaurants. The staff there were all very nice and accommodating. The building itself has over a hundred years of history. Inside the restaurant they have some rather interesting old photos hanging on the wall. Make sure you ask the staff there about some of the more unique photos.

Do not get the Thai cod burger. I came here for lunch and got the tomato bisque soup and Thai cod burger. The soup was great and very flavorful, although it would be better with bread or crackers as it was quite salty. The Thai cod burger isn’t very seasoned and the fish didn’t taste very fresh. The fries that came with the burger were crispy and good with the ketchup. Do not come here if you can. If you do, get the tomato bisque soup.

This restaurant would look fancy in the early 18s. The waiters were polite, friendly, responsible and kind. The food is pretty, fresh but neutral, fine with affordable pricing(fancy plating). The food is flavorful, strong, palatable. Remember to make a reservation!!
