MY way by Y.

It’s always a delightful experience. The moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the classic interior decoration, which beautifully reflects the building’s historical charm. The atmosphere felt both grand and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for tourists and locals. The food was reasonably priced, especially considering the quality of ingredients and its unique location. Every dish we had was well-prepared and satisfying. One of our favourite places for dining now💖 Overall, I enjoyed my every visit — dining in such a historically significant place added a special touch to the meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates good food served in a beautiful, historic setting. Special thanks to Karen,Tamara, Lisa, Gia and Marisol for their excellent service. Reservation required and be prepared to go through security check.

The BC Legislative Dining Room feels like a hidden gem tucked behind heavy doors. The space has a beautiful classic charm that makes the meal feel special. The food is genuinely delicious and far better than you would ever expect from a dining room in a government building. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. I had one of the best steaks of my life here. It was tender, perfectly seasoned and an incredible value. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. (Recommend making a reservation, I'm unsure if they even do walk-in seating!)

I made a reservation before visiting. The atmosphere was really nice with a charming, classic vibe, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was decent — I’d rate it about 7 out of 10. The main dish was tasty, but the dessert was a bit underwhelming.

Very enjoyable experience throughout. The stately decor, ambience, along with the professionalism and warmth of the staff made it a very memorable meal. The washroom even retained an example of the nonsensical dual faucet British sink amongst the modern no touch ones. Food wasn’t some top notch dining experience, but quite adequate for the venue and not pricey. Note that this place is actually kids-friendly with available crayons and paper, as well as chicken tenders. I highly recommend booking a meal here.

The experience is good if you have never been in the building. Prices are affordable, food quality is not the best, the service I guess depends on who you get, our waitress was an older lady with little patience who rolled eyes several times when my senior friend was slow ordering their dishes.

Had a really cool experience going to this location, felt like I was going back in time! The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and the service was amazing. Portions are a bit small but quite tasty. I really like the specials and wish I tried the dessert, I was really impressed with the dessert display but I didn't have time to linger. I also appreciated we could go up and go straight into the rest of the building without having to go around.

I’ve been to this place a few times already and enjoyed every one of my visit. It is extremely busy so I highly recommend you make reservations ahead of time. You likely won’t be able to get in without reservation because you have to go thru security like the airport and they won’t even open the locked door if you don’t have reservation. The menu items are plentiful with a wide range of choices to satisfy all different dietary needs. The price is also cheap compare to other restaurants. The staff there were all very nice and accommodating. The building itself has over a hundred years of history. Inside the restaurant they have some rather interesting old photos hanging on the wall. Make sure you ask the staff there about some of the more unique photos.

Best kept secret in Victoria. Reservation recommended. The food was excellent, and the service was amazing. Great food and low prices. What more could you ask for. We went there for lunch one day and breakfast another day. Both meals were perfect and under $20. Be sure you plan extra time to walk around the building and see all the beautiful stained glass windows.
