I don’t usually write negative reviews and normally prefer to give places a second chance. Unfortunately, after two visits, I left disappointed both times. During my first visit, I experienced unprofessional behavior, and my concerns were not handled well. On my second visit, my nails were damaged despite my request to be careful, and when I raised the issue, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that both the service quality and customer care can improve.

I am over the moon with my pedicure / manicure by Rosie and Hazel. They are gorgeous. Gentle, amd precise. I wish I could take them every where I go..

I have been a client to nails since 2005 which means since it got open. Recently the service quality gone downhill. Poor service with unprofessional ladies for hair / eyebrows. Unfortunate for the salon to loose clients due to their lack of proper services. I gave it 2 last chances with no luck in getting better.
