CANCEL THIS APARTMENT (Vittoria 72) IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE! We arrived here in early July and the apartment was a 4th floor walk- up (not noted on the site ). There is very poor AC...and in NONE of the bedrooms. We asked to move to another of their properties, as it was not suitable to put children into airless rooms, but we were not accomdated. So if you have a chance CANCEL ! DO NOT STAY HERE. Lots of other great places to stay in Rome

DO NOT STAY HERE! I just arrived and found out that we are in a unit on the fourth floor, no elevator! There is no AC in the bedrooms and as it is on the top floor, it is like an oven...I have asked for another room, but to no avail. We are with small children, and I can't put them to bed in this very hot apartment. I would think very carefully, and learn more about this apartment service before you book

Good location. The room was very comfortable and renovated even though the building was the classic ones you find in the centre of Rome. But the stairs going down were very dangerous. Nothing to hold on while descending the stairs. Therefore i fell and broke my ankle.

The WORST place on the world!! NEVER GO THERE!!! Ugly, extremely dirty, old, terrible!!! P.S. We NEVER HAD PHONE CONVERSATION!! If you are pre-exponation the situation, it will not help you on the real situation on your property! The photos said more than the world. If I want free sleeping, I will not paid again to sleep in another hotel, because your condition were on the top of disgusting! The reason to stay in your property was, that my flight came midnight and I was with a child! The LIARS never succeeded with anything!!! This is not the first time BAD REVIEW FOR YOU!!

The place comes across as very dishonest, irresponsible, and manipulative. Firstly, a camera with lenses was stolen from our camera case in the luggage room by the reception area, where we were instructed by the receptionist to leave our bags. The hotel manager, who was only reachable via WhatsApp, promised to assist and report the incident to their insurance company, but this was never done. The reception/luggage room was accessible only to staff and other guests, but the staff admitted that the security cameras were not working. We received neither assistance nor compensation from the hotel. Furthermore, the rooms were advertised on Booking as luxurious and offered at a significant discount. In reality, they were small, worn-out, and ordinary, with outdated bathrooms. Other guests we spoke to were just as disappointed as we were. Lastly, we were informed that the management had recently changed, which seems to have negatively impacted the place. Strongly not recommended.

The room was artistically decorated, the bed firm but comfortable. My biggest complaint is the hot water was actually boiling and spitting so much that it was dangerous adjusting the shower. This however helped when I could not find an iron for my shirts, I was able to steam them quite quickly in the bathroom.
