Be Cosy Apart Hotel

😊: Swimming pool was beautiful but very small place. 😢: - all glasses and cutlery were on a high shelves and not easy to reach. Microwave was out of reach on the upper shelf too. - no security available at the entrance at the hotel - the balcony door were not locked and you couldn’t even locked it. They were all broken. - you need to sign an agreement that it’s not shown on booking.com when you check-in. The agreement state that if anything breaks you need to pay the full value of the item. - The first room given had all balcony doors unlocked and we waited an hour to get a new room. On the 2nd room the balcony door around the kitchen couldn’t lock at all. - you have to lift your own luggage to your room and use the stairs (no lift) - there is no loop in the door to see who is knocking on the door and no security lock on the door. Lack of safety measures for the guests. We stayed one night despite paying for 2 nights. It wasn’t to my expectation and we were pretty unsafe..

After reading some negative reviews we were most pleasantly surpised. Lovely spacious, well equipped suite overlooking the pool and gardens. Serviced daily. The pool area is well maintained. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Lots of fresh fruit and freshly baked pastries + cooked of your choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Front desk Priyanka and Seira were excellent. Big bonus 200m from the best beach on the island + shops, bars and restaurants.

The room was clean spacious and had all the amenities you need for self catering. I experienced the room only did not opt for food. Great location close to an amazing public beach. Sufficient supermarkets and food spots in walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Good value for a 3 star.

Great spot. Very nice hotel for 3 star. Pool bar has no drinks and the breakfast was ordinary but everyone is really nice and helpful. Across the road from the best beach in the world

I have stayed here many times over the years and it has always been excellent, until now. The bed side lamps are gone and so is building maintenance, It is under new ownership since my last visits.

😊: Location, Facility Layout.. 😢: Front desk staff were borderline rude, Breakfast (Boring and mundane) It was quite a stark difference from our stay in 2018 when it was not under LOV. Staff was very nice, Facility was maintained in a much better condition. Room was well provided with (e.g for our entire stay of 5 nights with family of 3, only 10 ml or Bathing Gel and Shampoo was provided, although we buy or carry our own but for the front desk to say that only 1 pc is provided for entire stay, is rude, it doesn’t cost much, it’s the effort that make s a lot of difference, we had a lot of instances of bad experience this time around at Be Cosy). Since the LOV has taken over the facility it has drastically deteriorated, both in facility upkeep and staff behaviour. It was not a pleasant stay for us. The warmth of the previous management and staff was being greatly missed..

We are currently staying at Be Cosy Aprt hotel for two nights since Friday on a half board basis around 16persons. Me and my husband room (217) had experience a disgusting encounter🤢 we cannot explain. Wish we could post videos. But see pictures below for more information. Just while we were going to sleep, we found these on the beds. The surprising thing was, they just did a housekeeping😅. We were really having a good time here until sleeping time. Atmosphere and food are all good. They need to do a pest control because it is a lot. Luckily we were able to shift to another room with difficulties as no one was present except for a security officer. Im sharing my experience here (like just occured) i couldn’t control myself to post this comments. Kindly look into the maintenance please because we were planning to come again here.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of five, booking two rooms. While there were some positives, there were also notable issues that made our experience less than ideal. Pros: The location is fantastic, with plenty of sites and attractions within walking distance. The service, though not exceptional, stood out as a positive aspect. Additionally, the pool was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. Cons: If you’re staying in an upper apartment, be prepared to encounter insects and cockroaches, which was unpleasant. The beds were unbearably squeaky, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping was inconsistent,our rooms were sometimes forgotten and left uncleaned. The food and drinks were overpriced, and the kitchen facilities were limited, with small fridges that barely accommodated our needs. Overall, while the location and pool were highlights, the issues with cleanliness, pests, and amenities made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. This hotel has potential but needs to improve in some areas
