We bought a vacation club contract with this hotel in 2009 and the management of the hotel and International Vacation Club has changed hands 3 times since then. It makes it nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone to pay maintenance fees, book a week, deposit a week into Interval, etc. They only provide one means to contact them, reservations.marpp@marienhotels.com and that Hyatt manages the contract. I have sent 1/2 a dozen messages and made 1/2 a dozen calls and nobody has helped me. I contacted the LifeStyle Holidays reservation service, reservationssvc@lifestyleholidaysvc.com, and they said they no longer do the reservations for this contract and they have no idea who does. This is unacceptable customer service. I paid my dues last year and was told to use these contacts going forward and it's a total scam and misdirection tactic. I warn everyone to carefully consider NOT buying a vacation club contract with this resort. Unless, you like to chase these things around for days and weeks.
