Very nice experience. The staff helped us very good. Nice pool. Also natural sea pool where u can see the fish. The Breakfast is good. I will recommend the hotel to friends and family. Until next time! I will sure be back when i visit Cuba again.

The natural pool has the most beautiful fish! The personel has been very helpful and nice which we appreciated very much. Also the breakfast was very delicious. The espresso coffee in the lounge was very nice.

Pros: located in an affluent area of Havana, in a political area off 5th Avenue, where there are beautiful villas, a sea pool, and a delicious omelette for breakfast. Cons: far from the historical center (15-20 minutes), the hotel is old, the decoration near the pool is crumbling, the old rooms are poorly cleaned. And the biggest disadvantage is the feeling that the bed linen is washed in seawater - it is sticky, salty and it is impossible to sleep on it. We left ahead of time, we couldn't stand even one night. There are undoubtedly good hotels in Havana - even for a couple of days you can find better options. If you are coming for a couple of days, choose an option near the central park.

Everything was great. Considering the situation in general in Cuba. Rooms clean, food excellent for the price and the staff made our stay amazing. Everyone really just wanted us to feel happy and enjoy our vacation. The area is safe for teenagers to go out. Made our New Years celebration perfect!!!!

All the personal was amazing, everything was comfortable. The internet is a little bit slow but the view was amazing to the ocean. Also the bathtub doesn’t work because it doesn’t have the stop for the drain but the service was excellent. Also the pool is accessible.

It was my second time on this Hotel, the room allocated 1319 the AC was not working, Safe was not working, Minibar not working, on arrival the room was full a black long hairs all over, I came to reception for a room move the receptionist said, it was not possible as they were having a government event therefore the hotel was sold out. The AC was not fixed, HSK went to the room an cleaned. The bath glass was not cleaned for long time, As I paid for full board, on my second day , I wanted to have lunch, what a joke, no one knew about where the lunch was served, I was sent from the buffet to the Pool, from there to the Italian, and back to square one, ended not eating. There were a leak from the corridor to the room. I will never ever returned to this hotel. As the pictures on the website are not what you get.

I visited the hotel for a week’s vacation and had a fantastic time . The rooms were spacious and clean, the beaches and pools were all I imagined and more , included was a fabulous buffet breakfast. |The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful.

You have to understand that you are in Cuba so you should not expect new facilities, but we have flooding twice in the lobby and the facilities definitely need an update. The pool is OK and the staff is more or less. The highlight of the hotel is the food, specially lunch
