Be Live Havana City Copacabana

Everything was great. Considering the situation in general in Cuba. Rooms clean, food excellent for the price and the staff made our stay amazing. Everyone really just wanted us to feel happy and enjoy our vacation. The area is safe for teenagers to go out. Made our New Years celebration perfect!!!!

All the personal was amazing, everything was comfortable. The internet is a little bit slow but the view was amazing to the ocean. Also the bathtub doesn’t work because it doesn’t have the stop for the drain but the service was excellent. Also the pool is accessible.

I visited the hotel for a week’s vacation and had a fantastic time . The rooms were spacious and clean, the beaches and pools were all I imagined and more , included was a fabulous buffet breakfast. |The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful.

It was my second time on this Hotel, the room allocated 1319 the AC was not working, Safe was not working, Minibar not working, on arrival the room was full a black long hairs all over, I came to reception for a room move the receptionist said, it was not possible as they were having a government event therefore the hotel was sold out. The AC was not fixed, HSK went to the room an cleaned. The bath glass was not cleaned for long time, As I paid for full board, on my second day , I wanted to have lunch, what a joke, no one knew about where the lunch was served, I was sent from the buffet to the Pool, from there to the Italian, and back to square one, ended not eating. There were a leak from the corridor to the room. I will never ever returned to this hotel. As the pictures on the website are not what you get.

First of all, I would like to thank the Hotel management and its workers for the magnificent work done during the period we were at the Hotel.|We are a dance school from Sweden that stayed for 14 days and everything worked perfectly. Thanks to salesperson Kenya for the attention, see you soon.

Excellent and pleasant stay. I love the hotel, the good vibes of the workeng are incredible, they are very helpful. I want to thank the staff of the commercial and public relations departament for their generous attention. My room súper clean. The buffet dinners are spectacular and i also want to thank the the kitchen staff for their wonderful preparations. I will return to Copacabana soon

It has been a great experience. The accommodations are nice, the food is good especially the workers in the staff are nice such as Kenya, yuly, carla and others are very nice. Very close to some other good places nearby for eating. Overall very good place to live whenever you have a business trip or vacation planned in cuba.

You have to understand that you are in Cuba so you should not expect new facilities, but we have flooding twice in the lobby and the facilities definitely need an update. The pool is OK and the staff is more or less. The highlight of the hotel is the food, specially lunch
