Beach Bums Recreational Rentals & Gift Shop

We rented a 7' beach umbrella that was absolutely the best we have ever had. They delivered it to the resort, so it was waiting for us when we arrived and picked it up the evening before our departure. All this is cheaper than buying even a cheap umbrella at Walmart. We went to their shop later in the week to check out beach chairs for our next visit and found just what we wanted again for a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll be doing business with them again for sure.

Loved renting the surrie bike from Beach Bums! We walked in and were served right away - we rented the bike for an hour and they suggested a route to go. It was a lot of fun and the price was great for the hour rental! Would do it again for sure

Rented 5 bicycles from Beach Bums. Spoke with Dirk on the phone before arriving to make our arrangements to have bikes delivered and picked up, which was a breeze. The bicycles were waiting for us in the driveway when we arrived. Their website claims that "all returned bicycles are serviced by their repair team", and I have absolutely no problem believing that. Bikes were all in tip top condition and came with locks, lights, a basket, and even a squeaker parrot on the handlebars to warn others of your approach as you rode. Bicycles are a MUST when staying on AMI. We were able to get everywhere we needed to go with our bikes or the free trolley. Dirk and co were so pleasant to work with and the bikes were in perfect condition. This company also offered the best prices I could find on the island. Great experience all around!

We rented three paddle boards from Beach Bums and had a great experience paddling around the canals on AMI and Bimini Bay. They were kind enough to allow us to drop the boards at the boat ramp to avoid paddling back up wind. Thanks Beach Bums!

We had a great experience working with Maddie and finding one of the only places on AMI that rent tandem bicycles. They provide helmets, lock, horn and even a headlight and taillight. A few online forms to sign and initial and your card is charged the day of the rental. The delivery and pickup of your rental equipment is hassle free. I would definitely recommend.

Easiest golf cart rental experience. We were literally in and out in less than 5 minutes with our reservation. Everything was explained to us, and had top notch customer service. Will be our place of choice for the future. Think Tony was his name, at least I hope it was. I'm terrible with names but He was awesome. (If he sees this review, make sure I got the name right so I can fix this review) Took our picture and remembered us each time we drove by the shop lol. Always asked us if we were good when we saw him.

We have been coming to Anna Maria for about 15 years. Every time we want to rent something we have gone with Beach Bums. They have never disappointed us! Their team has always been friendly and very helpful! We have been kayaking through them every time we visit. I cannot say enough about the service, convenience, and people we have dealt with.
