Beach Club at The Boca Raton

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay here during his work conference extending our stay a couple of days to enjoy some time off. The facility itself is very modern, clean, and clearly brand new. We got a room with view to the beach so that was such a dream. The rooms are very clean, beautiful, offering ample space, a beautiful tub and his and hers sinks. The bed is very comfy and clean, got some very good nights of sleep here. What makes this hotel stand out above all is the fantastic customer service by absolutely everyone- the hostess, managers, staff, beach/pool personnel, the restaurant personnel, housekeeping, room service, etc. everyone here treated us with kindness and always with so much attention, never missing a beat. The housekeepers always leave the rooms flawless and organize our stuff, even hang our clothes for us- which I had never seen anybody do for us before in other 5 star hotels. We interacted a lot with a gentleman Alfred during our stay, he was very attentive, went above and beyond to our needs during our stay for the conference events and always made sure that we got what we needed. The beach facilities are nice, with excellent staff very attentive to set up for you. The beach itself is nice, the water is clear, and the water is very nice so you can swim in it and enjoy a full day in the the sun. FYI- this is a family friendly hotel/beach resort so there are a lot of families and small children, especially during the weekends and holidays, so if you’re looking for some peace and quiet all around, I would advise you go during the weekdays or when it’s off season. The only complaint that I have is that there were college students at the beach playing music one day during our stay, so it defeats the purpose of going to enjoy some peaceful day at the beach- which again- this is a family friendly hotel/beach resort so I guess it is expected and that day was a busy holiday weekend so there were so many people at the beach. Also- prices for drinks and food are pretty high. Overall- fantastic experience!

This place is incredible! The personal attention and efforts to go beyond makes this property the ultimate staycation. The staff will go out of their way, with a smile on their faces, to make sure you have the best of experiences. Even housekeeping went out kept the elevator open for us! The property is gorgeous, facilities amazing, rooms outstanding and clean. We have stayed at many 5 star properties in our time. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I enjoyed a lovely poolside lunch at The Boca Raton Beach Club with a dear friend. The recent renovations are beautiful and bring a fresh, elevated feel to the space. I especially loved the orange accents on the umbrellas—such a vibrant, energizing touch! Orange is often linked to health and vitality—exactly how we felt after soaking in the ocean breeze and stunning beach views.

OMG ...what more can I say about this place. Staff was amazing, rooms are beautiful and everything is so clean. We were told the pools closed at 5 which we thought was odd.... after we left we found out they close at sunset (bummer).

The overall experience was closer to that of a 3 or 4 star resort for several reasons. The hotel was overbooked, there were no chairs available at any of the pools and there weren't even any towels available at one point. The service at the pool is extremely slow and they made several mistakes with the food order. At one point we were told to just take the wrong order because it would take too long to reorder. The service at the breakfast buffet was underwhelming, for example the waitress took dirty utensils full of egg yoke and placed them on the clean napkin, we had to ask 4 times for a latte etc. Its borderline insulting that they automatically include a 25% gratuity for a buffet with subpar service. The service in general was disappointing, and the staff often looks annoyed when you ask for something. The property itself is beautiful and deserves better. As it stands, it definitely does not feel like a 5 star hotel.

Where do I start.... From the moment I walked into the Boca Raton Beach Club, I was blown away by the level of service. Everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. Tracy at the front desk was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and made check-in a breeze. Jayden also helped as a added additional nights because the environment and service was that great I had to stay, she was absolutely fantastic. Shortly after, a gentleman kindly took my bags up to the room, allowing me to head straight to the beach and start relaxing. At the beach Kevin and Arnold showed genuine enthusiasm in their work while serving at the beach. They were extremely attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their dedication truly stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. Japanese Bocc delivered an exceptional dining experience. The service was flawless—attentive, professional, and warm. Daniel and Isanotch (short for Isa) stood out for their seamless teamwork and genuine hospitality. You exactly what to recommend. The sommelier John Delo perfectly matched a sake to my taste, showcasing deep knowledge and care with his profession. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a well-curated experience, Bocce is the place. I can’t wait to return. I originally planned for a shorter stay, but because the service was so incredible, I ended up staying two extra nights. The atmosphere was fantastic, but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service from start to finish. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, stress-free getaway with top-tier hospitality. Great hotel. Wonderful rooms and very friendly staff. The only substandard experience was at the Mirasol hotel which was a disaster as far as the service. Great spot for families or couples.

Wonderful spot right next to the ocean. Great view from the pool and the beach. The staff were super helpful and friendly and clearly work hard to keep everything running smoothly.

Still the best!! It was our first time visiting since pre covid and we had yet to see all of the renovations. The resort and club is unmatched! There is no better hotel in all of Florida. We had such a lovely stay for my birthday and it felt like a home away from home. Everything was wonderful besides the super club! The main manager or hostess was very rude, however the Jazz night was great! The food and service was not good at all. So we don't recommend dining there! Take advantage of all the other wonderful restaurants they have and enjoy your stay!!

We have been coming here since I was a kid. I am so impressed with the remodels they have done over the years. My parents live here now and I visit often. It is truly the place to be.

Seemed like a five star hotel; albeit had some small suggestions for improvement. The shower fixtures could use an upgrade and deeper cleaning. The bathroom floor was not grippy at all! In rubber slippers, I kept slipping on a dry surface. For an older or unlucky patron, I could see this being very dangerous. The bathroom area is good for one but may me tight for two. The room itself seemed clean and modern. Beds and air conditioning comfortable. My staff interactions were friendly and helpful. Another room for improvement: no tea in the room or via room service; I could have gone for a cup of sleepy tea during my stay. They provided reusable water bottles which was a nice touch but they weren't prefilled or had a carafe of clean water. Instead they listed a few places around the property you could refill them. None seemed nearby to me and I didn't really feel like going on a scavenger hunt. They were very nice with milk chocolates at night (I couldn't eat them though due to a milk allergy).

The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel/beach club. The staff is beyond unprofessional, the food is overpriced and horrible. The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty and every aspect is disastrous, from the tennis to the valet ect.... Be careful, I have had too many bad experiences. So not worth it, this place may look nice on the outside, but it's all show... it's beyond horrendously awful! Private message me and I'm more than happy to share details!
