The food served on the Sunday brunch was very good, however the service was not top class. No one asked if we wanted coffee and it took too long time before the plates were clearad from our table.

Great location with good food. Place is really nice and waitstaff were really nice and checking on the table frequently.

We were guests of friends staying at the hotel and had a wonderful afternoon. Loved the Buffett which worked very well for a slow leisurely lunch. Lobster and other various shell fish. Oysters. Lamb chops various steak. Salmon. Lovely salads and potato dishes etc etc fresh fruit. Cakes etc but did have to ask for ice cream which was the best! The waiting staff were very good on our table but did forget to bring my plate of Jamon 😢 Did have to ask for someone to come to bbq my meat after waiting some time. After lunch we sat in the comfy seats by the pool and the staff set up our drinks and parasol for us just what you expect from a five star hotel. As our home is in Elviria we certainly would return as it’s such a stunning property and gardens

We were dining for Sunday lunch as local residents. The staff in general are ok but one female waitress ignored us in favour of hotel residents which is quite naive. Didn't see anyone overseeing wait staff which is why perhaps this venue has an ok review rating across all platforms.

Nice location and friendly service, but the food quality was very disappointing considering the high prices. A good spot for a cocktail, but definitely not recommended for dining.

Our meal started well with good service and nice starters. However it seems we got the “old European” treatment as a few tables came in that clearly were deemed more important. We then were totally ignored for the reminder of our meal. We finally asked for the bill when our entrees took over an hour to arrive - only to be brought both our entrees and the bill. When I tried to gently mention this, I was totally ignored. We stayed at the Puente Romano and the service there was far better. Oh and the kids food is pretty bad here especially for the price. My daughter barely touched her pizza and they didn’t care. If that happed at Puente Romano, the manager would be there immediately and would address it. All prices are high in Marbella, but this place was yet higher and not worth it. We planned to stay at the bar for a drink but as they didn’t care about us, we didn’t care to stay longer. We were very ery happy to return to Puente where they seem to care about their customers.

If u want to pay for glass of wine 18 euros with a beautiful view that’s a right place. As a restaurant Absolutely No! The food is waaaaaaaaay overpriced for absolutely zero special and our stomach was hurting after all. The atmosphere is nice though. But that’s about it
