From the moment we arrived at Beach Enclave, Nuwan made our stay an experience we’ll never forget. He has this effortless way of making you feel right at home—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. What really set him apart, though, was the passion and energy he brought to every moment.||Nuwan’s skills behind the bar quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. Whether it was a perfectly mixed rum punch at sunset or a refreshing custom cocktail by the pool, every drink felt like a little slice of paradise. His ability to craft the perfect drink was truly impressive—and somehow, he always seemed to know exactly what we were in the mood for, even before we said a word.||But Nuwan wasn’t just a master mixologist—he was also a walking encyclopedia about the island. His recommendations were spot-on every time. From hidden beaches to the best local spots to eat, he helped us experience the real Turks and Caicos, not just the touristy side. Thanks to Nuwan, we found some of our favorite places—local treasures that we would have never discovered on our own.||What made Nuwan truly stand out, though, was his personality. He brought so much life and laughter to our time there. Whether we were swapping stories, sharing a joke over a drink, or just chatting about the island, he had a way of making every moment feel special. His positive energy was contagious, and by the end of our trip, it felt like we were leaving behind a good friend.||To say Nuwan enhanced our experience would be an understatement. He truly added a magical touch to our vacation, and we’re beyond grateful for the time we had with him. What an amazing vacation at BE! We were so lucky to have Nuwan and Chef Augs with us for the week. Chef Augs crafted the most delicious meals for us. He worked closely with us when designing our meals and never disappointed. Nuwan shared his love of Turks with us- he recommended local restaurants, sights, and excursions- his knowledge is unmatched. This team is amazing and we cant wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived at Beach Enclave, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. I had left my phone at the airport on arrival and the staff quickly made the necessary phone calls to locate it. Nuwan, our butler, set me up with a refreshing drink by the pool and retrieved my phone from the airport himself. Just one of many examples of how he would take the stress out of every situation with his calmness and kindness. His service was nothing short of extraordinary, genuinely caring, thoughtful, and effortlessly intuitive. He has a rare ability to anticipate needs before you even realize you have them, and he consistently went above and beyond to make every moment of our stay perfect.|Within the first day, Nuwan had already learned our preferences, what we liked to eat and drink, how we enjoyed spending our days, and even the little details that make all the difference. His recommendations were always spot on, from hidden beach spots to dinner plans and activities. It felt as though everything was curated just for us.|His presence was always welcome, never intrusive, he struck the perfect balance of professionalism and personal connection.|Nuwan didn’t just provide a service—he elevated our entire experience. Nuwan didn’t just serve meals; he created little moments of joy that made each morning feel magical.||Throughout our stay, his thoughtful recommendations, deep knowledge of the island, and genuine passion for what he does enriched our time on Turks and Caicos in ways we didn’t expect. Poolside cocktails were crafted to each of our individual preferences without us ever having to ask — he just seemed to know exactly what we’d like.||Beyond his impeccable service, Nuwan’s personality is what truly stood out. Warm, kind, and endlessly attentive, he made us feel cared for in a way that went far beyond hospitality. Spending the week in his company was an absolute treat.||Our trip simply would not have been the same without him. In fact, his service alone has convinced us to return next year — but only if we can be lucky enough to have Nuwan with us again!||Thank you, Nuwan, for making our family’s vacation so memorable. I don’t usually leave reviews, but our week at Beach Enclave deserves mention — largely because of Nuwan.||What set this trip apart was having someone like him looking after us. He didn’t just handle the logistics; he made things feel effortless. Dinner plans, excursions, even little suggestions throughout the day — all lined up perfectly with what we enjoy.||I also valued the conversations we shared. He spoke about the island, its history, and his own family in a way that felt genuine and personal. It’s not often you come home from a vacation having learned something meaningful, but I did.||We’ve stayed in wonderful places before, but this time, it was the person taking care of us who made it unforgettable. He spoke of his “commitment to excellence” in whatever is asked by his guests. The BE and his guests are not his job it is his family! And we were blessed to in his care!If we return — and we will — it will be with the hope of seeing Nuwan again.| A GREAT HUMAN BEING

Beach Enclave may have been the best hospitality experience we have ever had - other 5 star properties should take notes from Beach Enclave! From booking to planning to our actual vacation the customer service was beyond extraordinary. I was having difficulty booking my trip through AMEX travel, and the reservations specialist Kiana went above and beyond to help me book my trip (I had to call her for help multiple times). Also if you book with your AMEX Platinum card you get additional perks i.e. early check in, late check out, resort credit - and the best part - a personal chef throughout your stay (you just have to pay for food, service fees and tip). Randi was our concierge and she provided all the information we needed to make informed decisions to personalize our experience and schedule activities and dinners. Sajjad, our butler, was certainly the icing on the cake!!! He was so friendly, kind and happy and anticipated our every need. Our group was a group of moms, so it was nice to be taken care of so well by Sajjad. And our chef Jerad cooked us the most amazing jerk chicken and snapper dinner - we wished that we scheduled him to cook more meals for us during our stay. The masseuses were amazing as well; we got massages out by our pool. We would 1000% go back and request the same team that made our vacation so perfect. Thank you so much Kiana, Randi, Sajjad and Jerad.||A few things to note: |Ground Transportation: If you can, book ground transportation on your own, as the company was expensive and BE charges a service fee. There were 5 of us, and our transportation charges were the most expensive part of our final bill. |The Beach: Bring water shoes. We stayed at North Shore and it was quite rocky with a good amount of shells and seagrass in some areas.|Private Charters: We attempted to book a private charter through Big Blue via BE, however (and lucky for us) they were booked. We found another private charter online with Paradise Luxury Charters, which ended up being significantly less than the estimate for Big Blue. We had a great time with Captain Carlee and co-captain John, and they personalized our trip for us as well. |Groceries: Food in Turks & Caicos is expensive!!! Bring packaged goods if you can to save money at the grocery store (1 gallon of juice was $10). The prices were double what we pay in the US.

Beach Enclave was terrific and Nuwan, our butler, was the absolute BEST. The villa at Beach Enclave Northshore was great - our chef was super talented and accommodating- and Nuwan made everything so easy. His knowledge of the island and willingness to go above and beyond was certainly a special part of our vacation. I would definitely recommend the BE experience + Nuwan to any interested parties!!
