Beach Hotel Apartment

The hotel with apartment rooms is located 5 minutes from the beach. The Jumeira 3 beach is a great base for entertainment and restaurants. The rooms are very large and equipped with kitchens. Kitchen equipment is basic, but if you need equipment - knives, boards you can ask at the reception. Service is very nice and helpful! Gentlemen at the reception are very polite. Ordering a taxi or printing documents is not a problem here! Thank you!! On the 3rd floor is a wonderful swimming pool with warm water. In the roof you can see the panorama of the city. Beautiful place! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location near the la mer beach with loads of amazing restaurants from casual to a romantic beach front dinner would highly recommend staying here as the location is just perfect and family friendly. We had a one bed apartment which was quite large and spacious and also had and extra toilet which was great as we had a couple of friends who live there come visit the lil kitchen was prefect for snacks and also warming up our leftover pizza the next day . Overall a great experience I would recommend to eat out for breakfast as it was pretty boring with the standard stuff but great for someone who cannot be bothered in the morning to out without

Being a staff of this hotel I feel great. It's a standard hotel aparment,located in the heart of Jumeirah 1near Jumeirah grant Mosque.10 minutes away from La Mer beach.The hotel provides free access to swing pool and health club for the in house guest.it has a massage and spa on rooftop floor.free parking and WiFi for the guests.very professional staff,they are always ready to assist the guest.come and enjoy your stay ..

Its amazing and big rooms i didn’t expect will like that and its the best very comfortable place and the staffs there are really help full and so kind specially the manager mr.moin he is kind and a he have very good personality and very helpful person..i really appreciate for his welcoming for me ..wish you best of luck

In an excellent location, massive size appointment, the staff were excellent, breakfast wasn't much, but it was ok. A sham about the building site in front of it. Would go back again and recommend to family and friends

Place is in a good location for the beach and la mer..but gosh if you like your sleep don't stay here..the morning prayer was really deal breaker and the view from our apartment was a wall! Breakfast is 1 star..nothing 4 star about it..

This hotel is a scam, there is no hotel at this location! We paid for the hotel arrangement in Dubai through Orbitz agencies, (Orbitz Itinerary # 7476010033160) - Beach Hotel Apartment Dubai. However, when we arrived at the directed/proposed hotel location, there was no hotel - just an empty building. Neither the hotel nor the agency Orbitz never informed us that this hotel was closed or whatever happened - we were charged and received confirmation from both the hotel and the Orbitz that this was a legitimate offer. Their (hotel and Orbitz) failure to inform me caused my family, myself, my kids and wife left on the middle of the street in front of this nonexistent hotel, then being bumped through several hotels because all beds were booked in the surrounding hotels, then finally had to change 2 hotels due to bad capacity,plus I had to pay double the price of looking for a hotel in the peak season asa walk-in guest, and then because we had to pay the hotel we barely had enough left for food until our return flight date, because we spent almost all of our planned pocket money to pay for the new hotel since the one for which Orbitz took my money did not exist. ... that shock caused enormous stress,pain, and financial distress which led to nervous breakdown and anxiety and panic attacks Later, I tried to contact the Orbitz for a refund but got no response for almost 2 weeks, which caused another level of stress - besides the worst holiday in our life, now I was facing a careless corporation who didn't want to reimburse me, which caused my nervous breakdown, I could not sleep or eat for several days, only after a doctor's appointment and prescription of a bunch of medications I could get some sleep and resolve the anxiety that was killing me on a daily basis. I still have a nervous panic attack whenever I talk about this experience or even now when I write this. That stress level continued for more than 45 days,until they finally reimbursed the initial sum, but did not want to reimburse any other costs that they directly caused (price difference in the hotel prices due to being a walk-in guest due to their mistake). We are looking for a lawyer who could advise us if we could sue Orbitz and Dubai Beach Apartment Hotel parent company for compensation due to health problems their mistake directly caused me or their Unfair Business Practices, such as the false representation of a good or service; false free gift or prize offers; false advertising; or deceptive pricing.
