I have to agree with other reviews I read that the front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had called to inquire if they had a room available and was told they had one. I said I would be there in ten minutes and asked them to hold the room. I arrived in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived the 2 young women at the desk said they had not spoken to me and I must have spoken to someone who had left because they had just changed shifts. They had no note from the previous staff of my name and request to hold the room. It was very awkward! Luckily they still had a room! When I approached them other times I felt like I was not very welcome! They need to train them on customer service because the front desk staff are the face of a hotel and need to make guests feel welcome! I am not the only person to have had an unpleasant interaction with the front desk which made me feel better that it wasn't just me!

We stay at this lovely bungalow every year on our way to visit family in Morocco, and we’re excited to return this summer for vacation! It’s very well situated—peaceful yet convenient for exploring Tarifa and enjoying its world-famous kitesurfing spots. The bungalow is always clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the hosts are incredibly welcoming. It’s a special part of our journey, and we can’t recommend it enough!

Our favorite place on our visit to Tarifa in November. Stayed there by chance, after our booked hotel down the road turned out to be overbooked. The hotel is by the beach, you literally walk out to the beach. We spent a lot of time walking on the beach, and enjoyed it. The breakfast was very very good. They even allowed us to get breakfast earlier than their normal breakfast time to allow us to catch the ferry to Tangier. Well recommended.

super nice hotel, super good location, very nice staff, incredible massage, I recommend you after a good surfing, kite or wing session, a massage before leaving and returning home. It is done with great care and it feels great. So thank you for this beautiful hotel that was able to contribute to our wonderful vacation. See you next year!

Delightful hotel in a fantastic location nestled between Tarifa city and the best beaches of the area. Excellent for a true Tarifa experience, good food, a wonderful kite school (one of the best along the coast) and great, simple amenities, highly recommended in the region, especially if visiting with dogs.

AVOID THE RESTAURANT. RUDE RUDE RUDE. The service was attrocious The food was bland like a cheap street cafe The atmosphere was diabolical The menu was overpriced We were going to book a room tomorrow night but wont be going anywhere near the place again No courtesy- dismissive - very loud almost shouting - - he left our drinks on the bar for us to collect ourselves and iit got worse from there A bad waste of money

Positives: - the room was nice and spacious - the bed was comfortable - the beach front - good coffee Negatives: - at breakfast I was waiting to be seated and asked for my room number or anything but the guy was just standing there. - I had to pay the full one night upfront through a link in an attachment in the mail. Which I've never had to do before so it was confusing, also bc it wasnt in the messages in Booking. - the link didnt work so I had to transfer manually and send a proof. Which I did. - upon arrival the receptionists werent the most welcoming - before and after check in i got emailad again for a payment i already did - at check out they wanted me to pay again. I told the receptionist I paid and I showed her the proof and she said "no" Like how is it a no when i am literally showing you the proof? I told her the link didnt work and I paid manually. She checked and it was in fact paid. I tried to explain that its not very friendly to say "no" when a customer is showing proof. Find out where the money is by asking questions or when you know the link doesnt always work (as she said) you must realise the customer did a manual transfer. Bc of the whole pay up front and miscommunication I wouldn't stay here again. It's unnecessary annoyments before the vacation even starts

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and liked it very much. The location is great, not far from Tarifa or Valdevaqueros beach, where we went daily to wing foil. The room was comfortable though the decor could definitely be improved. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The restaurant is nice and a great alternative for dinner if you don't feel like driving to town. The hotel has a pool and other amenities that seemed good, though we were uninterested.
