My thoughtful boyfriend was staying in Evanston while working on a several week project for work, and invited me and my 11 year old daughter to fly up and visit during her Spring Break. He wanted to make our trip special and found this beach front condo for visit. Definitely a perfect pick, Beach house themed condo makes perfect sense for our visit during “spring break“. No other property is like it on the street.
I’ve been to Chicago, but not Evanston, and the property itself was not at all what I expected. It’s on the water, the building has been updated and it definitely has a beach house look from the outside.
They owner did not forgo quality, all amenities needed for a comfortable stay are available. The decor, impeccable, professionally done. The custom painted walls, modern lighting, each room has its own style, very well done. From the linens to the pillows and towels, it’s quality. No skimping on the details that really matter when you’re away from home.
Great open living area and beautifully custom painted island, large windows looking out onto the lake. Waves are so big you feel like you’re Oceanside, and it was a wonderful sound to wake up to.
Outdoor door patio and grille.
Large screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room, with full accommodation of streaming television.
Our unit was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath.
Great layout.
Despite the stress of the time we were there, with the beginnings of city shutdowns in the US with Covid19, this little beachfront condo was a great getaway.
Five Star Property, Five star experience! Highly recommend!
