Beach House Restaurant & Bar

Had a nice lunch time there. A bit overpriced but it's understandable with the location. The food was okay. We took Chicken espetada and chicken schnitzel with sprite as a drink. The chicken schnitzel is so tasty and the mushroom sauce was so good. The view is also amazing 🤩. You can also swim and relax in front of the beach house or even enjoy your lunch outside on the beach. Definitely a place to go but parking very limited. Enjoy.

A nice place on the beach to enjoy the nice sunset view. The cocktails are good , a bit pricey but that’s how it is with the view. The food was good. There are lots of choices on the menu but for me it’s quite difficult to find what I want because it seems all the specials they have are in the big size, such a pity. But altogether it’s a nice place to enjoy the evening.

If you're looking for a place that combines a local and touristy vibe, great views, and incredibly tasty food, this is it! It's definitely one of my top food spots on the island. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant, making it a perfect spot to enjoy delicious dishes. My advice is to visit either before or after the lunch rush, as it can get quite busy during peak hours.

The Beach House I'd describe as a hidden gem as it is tucked away and you could blink and miss it almost. However, you should definitely not give it a miss. The restaurant is popular and gets busy. Reservations would be recommended in peak season. It overlooks Grand Baie and the views are absolutely stunning! Coming here just for sundowners is well worth it. The drink options are plenty and they have a selection of signature cocktails which are good too. Good options are good too. I selected a Mauritian curry (Chicken and Shrimp) which tasted amazing, but it was so mild. I wish there was a hot option. It's a crime to have a curry mild. This is more of a restaurant than a bar, just FYI

Great setting on Grand Baie. Booking essential to secure a seat close to the beach. Awesome sunset and Baie views. Companion's battered fish and calamari was too heavily battered but my garlic butter prawns and peri peri sauce was the bomb. Nachos was average. Great service from Wasim.

We came here twice already. The seafood is delicious, the best that we tasted on the island. The waiter is welcoming. Prices are OK. Don’t bother yourself to read this review. It is 5/5, go there!

The Beach House Pizza is amazing top 5 in Mauritius 🇲🇺 and I am a pizza expert. View is spectacular. THE ART WORK in the bathroom is amazing if I could I would have chipped it off and taken it home... Waiters were a bit distracted by the soccer that was on the TV.

I had pretty low expectations of the place given its low-key exterior, but how wrong I was. The food is so good. The choices are really extensive given other restaurants in the area are limited. The fish dishes are the best IMHO, with the sashimi first class. The cocktails were also really creative with the Jack Sparrow the pick of the bunch.The service is really good with efficient staff. The atmosphere was also great with a live singer performing local and mainstream songs. I'll definitely be back.
