Been coming to Coolangatta every year for around 15 years, stayed at half a dozen places between Kirra and rainbow bay. I like to read reviews so hopefully this will help others when choosing. The location is great as coolangatta has so much to offer. The apartment we got faced north, preferably I’d like a view up to snapper but every place that’s a lottery, so can’t judge harshly on this place. The apartment was nice, simple and comfortable, average of what we have experienced, maybe minutely smaller. The price was lower than most places so I think it’s better value than many places. Outside noise was quite bad on the north side were we stayed, cars and drunks waking you regularly unfortunately but again can’t fault the resort much for that. The negatives are the parking. We expected a car space and didn’t get one, first come first served and there’s people waiting hours to snag one every day, such in demand they were. This unfortunately starts your holiday off with a bad experience as you have to unload and park your car several streets away, and having a new car that’s usually garaged I wasn’t impressed with this. The only other flaw I’d point out is there’s only two lifts. At peak times you wait over 5 minutes and a lift can turn up already full. This can be annoying but not a big deal, just seems worse than other places we’ve been. Otherwise a nice resort, having an in house cafe bar was a surprise, cocktails etc around the pool was a plus. Oh the pool and alfresco common areas and bbqs were great.

Recently here for Christmas with my family. My parents have held a timeshare here but we haven't been here for quite a lot of years. The location has always been excellent. Right across the road from Coolangatta beach. Everything is super convenient - Woolworths next door, a lot of restaurants around the area so never really short of a meal, food or conveniences. There's even a cinema closeby and a large Timezone for kids :) Check in very easy, the staff are friendly and happy to help. Swimming pool and spa onsite was great. There are many activities to do onsite such as half size tennis court, mini golf and activities organised by the staff. The gym on the ground floor was small but had all that I needed for a workout. Carpark super tight and spaces are quite limited so it's first come first serve. The apartment itself is lovely. We were on the 5th floor this time. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fold out sofa bed in the lounge room so comfortable sleeps 6. They have thought of everything for the apartment, it was very well equipped for any apartment I've ever stayed in. They do maintain and update the furniture every few years which is nice as the building is getting older compared to the ones around it. The only really negative thing might be the noise (we were facing the main road) and the lifts were not great and slow. Apart from that, I will definitely come back and soon.

Not exactly family friendly, catering to more older people. The owners are not tolerant of guests, especially children and hold meetings in spaces for guests and fall to inform anyone it's being used. The carpark is fairly tight and smells of sewage but functional. It's a good deal with a time share but not worth the commercial rate. The attention to detail isn't there for a proper commercial operation.

The beach house offers a comprehensive suite of amenities, including bike rentals, a sauna, a BBQ area, and a games room, conveniently located directly across from the beach. Guests can enjoy a diverse selection of dining options at the restaurants and cafes situated downstairs, with easy access to Woolworths and liquor stores within walking distance.

Rooms are not sound proof, constant noise. Our room was overlooking the swimming pool and spa - you can hear all of the conversations as early as 6am to 1am - and about 10x a night you are woken up by load sounds which sounds like a truck emptying bins 😱 Very central location and staff very friendly, overall 1-star, after booking a year in advance and asking for a high-level, quiet with seaviews, we got the opposite - very disappointed - will not return.

We come here every year and never been disappointed. We get the beach side 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment, has its own laundry, spacious kitchen, and a large balcony that has the most amazing views of the coast all the way to Surfers, and we even sat on the balcony and watched the Whales frollicking in the water as they passed by on their migration, there was so many, just wow. You are surrounded by, restaurants, bars, clubs, markets, supermarkets, everything you could want is all walking distance, you would never get bored or be disappointed. Also it has a beautiful swimming pool and spa, what a great place for you and your family or even a couple for a wonderful holiday
