"With 21 suites, all of them larger than 1,000 square feet, set among grassy dunes on a less-developed swath of Grace Bay, Beach House is both intimate and roomy. Condo-like in their dimensions and layout, every suite has a kitchenette and a large balcony with a daybed. A few of the suites face the pool, but most have an ocean view that looks out on a white-sand beach and snorkeling reef just beyond. There’s adventure on the beach, with a list of water sports, and at the table, with a variety of ceviches and Kitchen 218's signature sticky toffee pudding."

One of my top vacays of all time. We got upgraded to a water front corner view and it was superb. We went for a mother, daughter, girls trip! They accommodate special room requests, have their own organic garden, amazing food, and fabulous beach. Wish I could go back many times over.

Our trip was amazing! The entire staff was friendly and attentive! They were constantly checking on us to make sure our stay was perfect. Great food and drinks! One of the nights of our stay we had dinner on the beach and it was excellent! Dio and Carlton were our favorite staff members, they went above and beyond for us! We can’t wait to come back!

This resort closed in September of 2021. I am reviewing it because some of the most recent reviews are in-correct (they are not reviewing the correct property). In addition, this location was perfect with kind staff, delicious food, extremely large rooms, and an immaculate beach. ||||This resort was in a group with Blue Haven and Alexandria--so please consider staying there even though they are much larger.||||As stated, this small adult-only all-inclusive was perfection. I am so sad that they sold it off because it was the one place that I would consider returning to (even though I never like to travel to the same place over and over). Here is what they did well:||||--BEACH: The beach had very soft and clean sand. The view could not be beat--there were very few vendors so it was very quiet. You also had chairs that were labeled by room so you never had to worry--in addition, there was a red-flag that you could put up and someone would bring you drinks and food.||||--OVERALL AMBIANCE: Because this was adult-only it was romantic, but people were still friendly. In addition there were many larger groups visiting--so you don't have to go as a couple. We have stayed in touch with some people who we met because it was nice to talk to them every day at the beach.||||--ROOM: We had an ocean-view room. It was beautiful. There was a full bedroom, waterfall shower, spacious living room, dining area with a full table, and even a patio with a table and chairs--plus a sofa. This room was about 2x the size of my apartment at the time--it was incredible.||||--FOOD: We visited during summer 2021--you had the option of taking breakfast in your room (free of charge) or eating at the outdoor restaurant. Both were delicious with generous portions. For example once we asked for a side of bacon and an entire plate of bacon arrived--with over a dozen strips. The last night at dinner my boyfriend asked for a bowl of ice cream for me--and an entire chalice arrived with tons of different flavors. The staff goes above and beyond. Dinner was sit-down and very formal, but the food was delicious even if the meal-process took a long time. Lunch was provided by the beach-side cafe--I loved everything that I had especially the conch salad and loaded fries.||||--DRINKS: I don't expect much from drinks at all-inclusives, but the drinks were all delicious and original. They were colorful and very instagramable (if that matters to you). The bartender (Wellington?) was very personable and wanted to know you but also made your drinks quickly. ||||--ENVIRONMENT: This resort had very beautiful grounds. We saw many lizards outside. In addition while some people thought the pool was small, it was beautiful and surrounded by plants. We never used it because we loved the beach so much.||||--LOCATION: This resort wasn't too far from the airport--it was a quick ride and cost only about $20 per person. When we arrived we checked in and the process was very fast. They took us on a tour and explained the hours for each meal and how everything worked--including the gym.||||--COVID TEST: At the time we needed a covid test to return to the US, so we were shuttled to Blue Haven or Alexandria to take the test. It was fast even if it was about $160 (total) for both people--I appreciate that they arranged it for us and it was efficient.||||Honestly I am very sad. This was the perfect adult-only all-inclusive. Having gone to other resorts, no other one will compare to this small house with personal staff who care about your needs. The beach was perfect--especially the view, the labeled chairs and flags for service. Although the whole visit was a beach indulgence, I truly hope that this resort re-opens. It would be perfect for one's honeymoon or anniversary. It was perhaps the one time where the beach, rooms, food, and ambiance was even more perfect than the pictures could capture.

Convenient location, near great restaurants right on the beach, great housekeeping staff. Very clean 3 bedroom condo. One problem that we had was the roof leaked we had to use a cooler and towels to collect water. Did not affect our stay except weird seeing water from roof leaking to the family room floor. Spoke with management staff was told that they knew about the leak but that’s all that was said. Pool was small but rarely busy. Plenty of chairs by the beach, beach staff not very attentive. They would help but often we had to search them out to set up umbrellas and we felt we were inconveniencing them. Had to go to pool bar to get drinks and a weird closing time for the pool bar 6:00 PM I believe. Easily fixed we brought our own drinks to beach. All and all though I would stay here again.

Amazing property and staff. Suites are spacious, airy and quiet. Property is beautiful with lush tropical gardens and pristine beach. Shuttle service available to visit their sister properties for those wishing to try different pools, beaches or restaurants. Food is very good and The Beach House menus offer variety. Personnel are responsive and genuinely interested in your experience. Management is visible and participates. We stayed for 3 weeks and can honestly highly recommend The Beach House!

Oh my goodness. The picture does not do this serenity justice. I am so happy we were able to stay at this resort. If you plan on going to Turks and Caicos anytime soon, this is it. The staff are friendly, courteous, and inviting. We were in the enchanted room and the view was amazing not to mention the suite had a spectacular ocean view. You will feel a sea of pure relaxation.

Beautiful resort with nice rooms, comfy beds, and excellent service. Their beach front is lovely and it was nice to have beach chairs specifically designated for each room...no need to fight for a spot first thing in the morning and could come and go at your leisure. Food and drinks were nice. Very relaxing place!

This place was amazing. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, I can't say enough good. The room was perfect, the private beach space with reserved loungers and umbrellas was amazing. Food was some of the best I've ever had, anywhere. The staff was attentive, rooms were cleaned twice daily. We went in September, technically the off season, and really hope to go back every year. Such an amazing vacation.
