Simply the best beach around ... shallow water, very large sandy beach. Walks along the shore towards the tour fondue and explore the pedestrian path. The only thing that is to be know is that there is a no shade around and thus you should take your own equipment to protect you from the sun. Parking available and can be very busy during summer.

This is a very cosy beach, without hundreds of parasols, visited mainly by local people. No problem using English in even the smallest shops. French people have been amazing, very friendly.

Lovely long beach with golden sand. Perfect for young children. Sea really good for swimming and clear. There is parking available which is free in low season. Dogs are not allowed on the beach but this is totally ignored by dog owners. There are some public toilets but they are repulsive so don't rely on using them. Came here for half term would come again.

Family beach. While Almanarre on the western side is windy, rough and not always pleasant for swimming, this is the exact opposite, not only geographically. The water is unusually calm, shallow and warm, making it a great place with small kids.

Good for small kids. Shallow water goes far. A small caffe with great burgers and panino just nearby (Miam). From downsides: shower is installed, but no water in it; water in the sea usualy becomes a bit dirty after lunch.
