Beach Lodge Motel Dunedin

Great place to stay, my daughter and I stayed in a studio unit (16) which is away from the road so quiet. Loved the black out curtains and we got such a good night sleep! Hosts were lovely. Comfortable beds & clean. Tastefully and practically decorated. Good price. Would 100 % stay again.

If you are a family travelling to Dunedin for sport, this is ideal accomodation. 5min drive to Edgar Centre, (where we spent the weekend) literally across the road from rugby fields, close to beach you could hear the ocean. Warm with heat pump. comfy beds - we stayed in 1bdrm unit queen in lounge 2xtwin in bedroom, kitchenette. able to cook meals. Quiet, even though appeared to be fully booked. Good quality towels, linens, crockery. Super friendly & helpful Managers. Will try to book this again when we come down for next year's comp.

The Beach Lodge Motel was a fantastic place to stay. We were greeted by the owners who were friendly and helpful and showed us to our accommodation. The sun was shining into a spotlessly clean bedroom and lounge with couch and coffee table. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that’s needed and the separate shower, toilet and bathroom had wonderful big white towels. It is close to the beach with a shop across the road. We will definitely return next time we are in Dunedin and highly recommend the Beach Lodge Motel as a great place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay here. The staff are fantastic, and the units were clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved having a fully appointed kitchen. The motel is close to public transport, and an easy walk down to the ice rink. It was my first stay here, and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

We were so thankful for the owners accommodation of us running late on our arrival night. We had a long drive that day and were held up unexpectedly. The owner called and organised what would happen if we were to arrive late and it all went smoothly. Thank you! The rooms are what you'd expect for the price, looking tired (particularly bathroom and kitchen) but otherwise good. New-looking heat pump worked well, massive bed, quiet location.

Great support for our international student. Fabulous location.. close to the things we wanted to share about Dunedin and our family. Beds mattresses were a bit firm for our taste but plenty of room and very welcoming. Thank you .. we will be back.

I booked a room for my brother last week and he ended up staying 3 nights. We found Anouk and Jared to be amazing. They were helpful, friendly and went the extra mile. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My brother said that the whole stay was absolutely fantastic and we will definitely book here again.
