An old but nice, pleasant and relaxing hotel, next to the sea. The rooms are spacious and airy, the room door opens to an airy corridor like a balcony with fresh breeze (very different from the dark, gloomy modern hotels). The buffet food served in the restaurant was delicious and with good variety. The room cleaning was immaculate. The staff is very polite, courteous and eager to help especially Hammad, Shiza, Palwasha, Liaqat (from reception), and Ramzan, head of security. However, some maintenance and renovation of the rooms and the property is required.

I've had the pleasure of attending multiple events at Beach Luxury Hotel, and each time has been exceptional! Their Chinese cuisine is outstanding - hands down the best I've had. But what truly sets them apart is the breathtaking view, which provides a stunning backdrop for any occasion. Highly recommended for events, conferences, or weddings. The team's attention to detail and hospitality ensure a memorable experience.

Old deteriorating property not maintained properly. The rooms are not noise free, not dark enough even at night to sleep peacefully due to glass panels above the doors, avg quality / taste of food, the creek has turned into a sewage line drenching the hotel with a continuous stink making you cringe every morning after you freshen up. The list is long but these were some of the highlights of my stay that make me never want to return again

To say that Beach Luxury has become my second home in Karachi would not be a stretch. ||Due to an online timezone related booking confusion, my husband had mistakenly not booked a room for the first night of my stay in Karachi. This also meant that the hotel was unaware of my arrival (early am) and an airport pick up car was not in place. ||This setback threw me into a panic during my layover and I started messaging Beach Luxury profusely asking them for an airport pick up, as I did not want to take a cab with my daughter so early in the morning by myself.||...and in comes Mr. Khursheed, my absolute savior and the sorcerer of the night shift. Not only was I pleasantly surprised (and relieved) that there was a hotel car waiting for me at the airport, but Mr. Khursheed also managed to arrange a room for me for my first night on the spot, in spite of the hotel being completely booked at the time. ||And so began this wonderful relationship with everyone at Beach Luxury.||When I was up at odd hours due to my jet lag, I wandered the grounds which are absolutely beautiful and a much needed break away from main Karachi. Everyone from the security guards to the front desk staff would keep me company and some nights, they would sing me lullabies to put me back to sleep :) ||My first encounters in the morning were always with the staff at the (all included) breakfast buffet. Once my waiter found out how I like my coffee the first morning, I never had to repeat my order for the next 10 days. My coffee was always ready for me when I walked in every morning thereafter. The overall staff at the buffet works very hard to keep the tables turning and provide immaculate service. A big shout out to the back house buffet chefs and the omelette station chef!||Mr. Faisal runs the day shift at the front desk. His gentle and solution oriented nature was an absolute blessing. Whenever I needed anything at all, including cabs, his team would arrange the rides for me. I kept them on their toes, to be honest, as I was traveling on my own with my daughter, and God knows, they delivered! A big shout out to the girls at the front desk for always helping me as well as taking out the time to chat with me about all things random when I would get bored!||And how can you get bored when you have Liaqat bhai on the floor? Liaqat bhai is the keeper of the grounds. He has been with Beach Luxury for a long time and knows hospitality inside and out. Liaqat bhai and his team would keep me company as I waited for my cabs everyday :)||I spent 70 percent of my time at Beach Luxury just sitting outside and absorbing the Karachi air. The views of the Mangrove bushes and the creek are beautiful. My daughter played in their lovely gardens everyday. And then came in Abbas bhai, who runs the show at the pool. Whenever we went to use the pool, he was there to offer us towels and pool equipment. He would also arrange our poolside tea and lunches with perfection. ||The chefs at Beach Luxury are top notch. From the food available on the terrace to the food at the Seafront Restaurant and Casbah, the ingredients are fresh and everything tasted heavenly. A big shout out to all the waiters at all the restaurants and grounds; you are all doing very hard work! And with that, I must extend a big thank you to the kitchen who delivered me delicious food at bizarre hours of the night :)||As an avid traveller, I am aware that housekeeping does not service your room every single day. However this was not the case at Beach Luxury. Our room was tidied up every single day, along with water/coffee/tea refills and fresh towels. I was absolutely delighted to walk into my room every evening to find a clean, fresh room.||During my stay, I had several guests come over to see me at Beach Luxury at all hours. One of them showed up at 2am, as Karachi never sleeps :) The staff all around, treated all my guests like royalty and delivered their best. I am forever grateful to them for taking such good care of my guests.||I would like to extend a big thank you to everyone at Beach Luxury who works day in and out to keep this "institution" going. Beach Luxury is a very communal space based on (late) Mr. Avari's ethos. This energy shows in everyone who serves at the hotel. ||Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. Had a large and comfortable room with a balcony over the pool, it was perfectly satisfactory. I cannot emphasize enough that the food is absolutely great. There is sometimes a distinct smell though that reminds me of sewage, but not very often.
