Beach Luxury Hotel

Beach Luxury Hotel is centrally located in Karachi. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Mr. Rajah Afzaal was especially welcoming, and we enjoyed a friendly conversation with him about the beauty of Pakistan. The rooms were slightly old but comfortable. The hotel is near a river and can be quite windy and cool. The food was tasty, but the breakfast menu was the same every day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good service and a convenient location.

Hotel is good old fashioned, not modern. furniture flooring elevator electric fittings and fixtures gym equipment all are dated and that's why room charges should be lesser. If these charges are to be maintained then hotel needs to be modernised. Location is excellent near waterfront and easily accessible. Staff is very good and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and adequate. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall very good but less value for money

Special thanks to Palwasha, Sheza, Moin, Amaad, and Aroush for their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and the bell boy staff were always courteous and helpful. The entire team made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. Highly recommended — we look forward to visiting again!

I visited this hotel for an event. The views were beautiful, and the garden along with the vintage ambiance added a unique charm. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff was cooperative, though they tended to respond only after repeated requests. The service man Mr Sajid room no 502 properly, miss me Sajid has doing good job with polite behavior and also he have good behavior. Overall, it was a good experience

The hotel is one of the oldest in the city. Likewise the rooms need upgardation. Still using flat screen TVs with satellite cable. No smart TVs. Also, the electrical outlets are quite outdated. Room service and others were exceptional. Location is also ideal as Port Grand and other attractions are close by.

I visited Beach Luxury for a two-day training session. The parking area is spacious and convenient, and I had no trouble finding a spot, likely because the hotel was relatively quiet during my visit. The building feels a bit old, but it is well maintained and gives a clean, neat overall impression. The staff was very friendly, and lunch was served as a buffet in a dining hall, offering a good variety of food options. The chola chaat stand was a highlight and is definitely worth trying. There is also a dining deck overlooking the ocean, which adds a pleasant touch to the overall ambiance; however, the ocean water near the property was disappointing, appearing dirty and black with an unpleasant smell. During my visit, there was also a wedding setup underway, which suggests the hotel is a popular venue for events. They also have a nice swimming pool, which appears to be well maintained. Overall, the hotel has its positives in terms of facilities, food, and ambiance.

I love this place. Comfortable, safe, and the staff makes you feel like royalty. Sundry, my floor attendant, always seemed genuinely concerned about my needs. This is truly a great place for a home away from home.

It's an antique hotel, meaning things aren't updated or remodeled. No sound proofing at all. You will hear all the sounds of Karachi. I kind of liked it because it reminded me of my old room in our condo many decades ago. But if you're looking for total peace and quiet, choose a different hotel. The breakfast buffets is much smaller than PC or Marriott. They serve tea bag chai, be warned. Initial room they gave me had issues so they upgraded me in the room was nice with a great view of water with people rowing and kayaking in the morning. Nice sunset over the harbor view.
