Beach Motel

The loft room with a balcony was great with a bit more space to sit and relax for the in between times when not at the beach or out for breakfast or dinner. The balcony gave a great view of the beach and the bed was very comfortable. They sauna and spa area are perfect for when it's a bit cool. Best location for my favourite beach in Germany!

Loudest hotel ever. Don’t go here if you want a quiet stay. Walls are thin as paper. This place will also fight to take down every bad but honest review.

We loved staying here in April, 2017! The rooms were cozy and the buffet breakfast was great! They had a bike rental shop close to the hotel, a restaurant, a bar and the beach was a walkable distance away. We would stay here again in the future.

Overall the experience here was really nice despite the very high prices. €25 for a burger €18 for a plate of nachos, kids meals €12. Breakfast buffet for about €23. Staff is friendly. The hotel’s Dike restaurant was good but the Owl restaurant was not very good in my opinion. The rooms were clean but the sand was never vacuumed which was hard avoid. Our bed was very sandy as well which wasn’t great. Rooms don’t have any ceiling fans and even with the windows opened it was quite stuffy and hot. Mosquitoes were pretty bad as well. Staff is friendly and I was able to make sandwiches from the buffet breakfast to bring with us to the beach so that was really nice and helped save us some money. 😅😆 overall a lovely place and nice location. Parking is very bad so we rented bikes to leave and that worked out quite well for us. We have a 4 year old and 10 year old.

Loved this place. So close to the beach and the dunes. Very dog friendly. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. Breakfast is optional but worth the money. There were also vegan options. The hotel restaurant serves mostly American food and very limited vegan options. Thats a little sad. Besides that everything is great. The spa has two saunas some rooms to relax. A little outdoor area with a jacuzzi. Entrance to the spa is included in the booking. Highly recommended especially if you want to travel with your dog.

We have stayed here for two nights with our two pups. Room was really nice, comfortable and super clean. Our dogs got food and water bowls in the room and even some treats which was really nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had dinner in their restaurant both evenings and the food was great. The accommodation is at a perfect location, just next to one of the beach entrances so you can get there by foot in a few minutes. There is a bakery and small shop just nearby. I can only recommend. We will surely go again.

We love it and will come back! One of those places where you walk in and know it is a great place to stay. Super friendly, warm and kind staff, clean and stylish interior with a lot of perks. The loft room we had was perfect for three with a big bed at top level where you can snug into. Nice view, reasonably short walk to the beach and the BREAKFAST! seriously, among top three I have experienced globally. Hats off! Not only the variety and freshness, but also the fact that the super attentive staff made sure everything was available at all times. Fully recommended for a week to stay.
