Beach Rotana

Good location, very central and within easy reach to the Corniche but also to Saadiyat (20 minutes) and to the CC/Galleria mall. Service is very nice; everyone was very professional and helpful. Aws and Yusuf were very helpful and professional; thanks. Even housekeepers are pleasant. We had 2 rooms, 1st night on the South tower; the rooms are a smaller there and the 2nd night in the North tower, floor 15. Those rooms have a great view and they are very spacious with larger bathrooms. They seemed clean though when the kids tried to use the Jacuzzi some really disgusting stuff came out (probably no one used them in a while). Breakfast and lunch buffet are good and generous (though very expensive); all restaurants in hotel are expensive btw. The swimming pool is nice (though a little too close to the buildings) and there is a decent beach/sand front. The gym is huge, more like a professional self standing gym and not a hotel gym. They have all kind of equipment and several rooms. Did not check if they have Sauna/Steam though or locker rooms. Overall very good and very nice 4 plus stars hotel.

I recently dined at Trader Vic’s in Beach Rotana for my Birthday and was very impressed. The restaurant has a vibrant and stylish atmosphere, with a tropical-inspired design that feels warm and inviting. The food was delicious, especially the signature Polynesian dishes, and the cocktails were outstanding — perfectly mixed and full of character. The service was another highlight. The staff (Manisha) she’s friendly, attentive, and made sure the experience was enjoyable from start to finish. With great music, beautiful décor, and quality food, Trader Vic’s is an excellent choice for a fun and memorable evening in Abu Dhabi.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. The food was excellent, delicious and always freshly prepared. The rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout our stay. The service overall was outstanding. I would especially like to highlight the team working at the pool and the pool bar. They were always very friendly, professional and incredibly attentive. Their excellent service really made a difference and contributed to a great holiday experience.

Very clean hotel with excellent facilities. The breakfast selection is diverse, and the food was good. The location is ideal, especially for guests visiting the Cleveland Clinic. It’s also a great place to relax, particularly with the outdoor cafes and restaurants. They need though to improve the booking process and make it easier to secure corporate rates through the app, as calling the reservations was difficult as calls often went unanswered.

We have now visited this hotel four times and would like to thank Navin once again for his positive attitude and excellent service. We always look forward to seeing him again. We hope that he receives the recognition he deserves. The team at the Bayview Hotel is also friendly and attentive, contributing to a relaxing vacation.

We’ve been staying at the same hotel for over 15 years and would not have it any other way. The team (especially the manager, May) is extremely friendly, helpful and flexible with accommodations and different needs of their customers. Highly recommended!

This is my first time to post a review. I did it because of the warmth welcome from Charles. He is the symbol of customer service, very jovial,cheerful and professional. The hotel has good facilities and connected to the mall. I recommend Beach Rotana to everyone. Again thank you Charles for the wonderful service given to us.
