Beach Rotana

Excellent service and a beautifully designed hotel. The pool is massive and even has a bar, so you can sip a drink while you’re still in the water — big plus. The private beach is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and come with balconies, which is a nice touch. Would’ve been great to have a bathtub, though. Shoutout to the receptionist/guest service manager who upgraded me to a top-floor room with a lovely view — much appreciated. In-room dining was quick, the food was great, and overall service was on point. Overall: 9/10. Would definitely stay again.

We have been to Abu Dhabi a few times before. When we were searching this hotel popped up with an all inclusive plus option. Great got us as we like our wine and drinks and of course food. Although it is in the middle of the business district area its like an oasis. We went as a couple as our children are grown up. We wanted a hotel that provided a range of restaurants so chose this hotel. The room was fine, nothing special but we opted for the basic room so no complaints. The pool area is packed with families and children so we didn't venture to the swim up pool bar too much !|What was great though was there were always sunbeds available .. non of this crazy early morning starts to secure beds !|There are 2 areas of beach, they should make the smaller hotel side beach adults only as less sunbeds and so much calmer. The great thing is they have buzzers on the umbrella's.. so press and someone comes over and takes your order .. fantastic !!|So tp the restaurants .. amazing !! |The signature fish restaurant is great food and an lovely dining experience, service was ok but not great, lacked attention. The Italian is real Italian food and offers great food and service, our favourite place for lunch and the staff were so welcoming and attentive (don't normally have lunch but it was too good not to !) Breakfast was really good and the head chef running it is everywhere making sure it runs smoothly and no wait times .. brilliant ! We went to the Teppanyaki restaurant, great fun with an amazing chef full of tricks, not tacky just good fun evening.|Now saving the best till last the Rodeo Grill steak restaurant .. SUBLIME ! The food was amazing from starters to mains to deserts .. wow, we have been lucky enough to eat in great restaurants but this was the best hotel restaurant I've ever been to .. and amazing service by the whole team .. making sure everything was how you wanted it and nothing too much trouble. |Overall we weren't sure about this hotel for a couple only holiday but we were so impressed .. will be coming back for sure !!||

I recently stayed at this hotel, we were supposed to stay 1 night but plans changed and had to extend for another day. May who is the receptionist who assisted me was amazing. Her warm smile, professional attitude, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. What impressed me the most was how attentive and accommodating May was, she took the time to answer all my questions. To top it off, she kindly offered me a special discount on my stay, which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like May does. She made my visit feel personal and comfortable, and I can confidently say her service turned a good stay into a great one. The hotel itself is clean, well-located, and offers great amenities, but May’s exceptional hospitality truly made the difference.

I recently stayed at the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and it met and at times exceeded all expectations. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city with direct access to the beach and direct connection to the Abu Dhabi Mall. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering stunning views of the waterfront. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, doing all their best to help the guests. We were celebrating a birthday and they were helping with the cake and restaurant arrangements, especially Mia. One of the standout features is the variety of restaurants on-site, catering to all tastes with delicious and high-quality cuisine. I especially enjoyed the outdoor dining options with relaxing sea views. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide selection of international dishes. The pool and beach area were perfect for unwinding, and the fitness center and spa were well-maintained and offered great facilities. Whether you're in Abu Dhabi for business or leisure, Beach Rotana strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I had a fantastic stay at Beach Rotana. The location is perfect – close to the mall, the Corniche, and everything you need in Abu Dhabi. The entire team was welcoming and professional, and the service throughout the hotel was top notch.||A special mention to Gayan, who looked after our room during our stay. He was friendly, thorough, and made sure everything was always spotless and well-presented. His attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed and really added to our overall experience.||Highly recommend this hotel – we’ll definitely be back

We had an amazing stay at this hotel as a young couple in our 20s. From start to finish, the hospitality was incredibly and I cannot fault anything. All the restaurants we went to, had incredible food with our favourite being the steak from Rodeo Grill- cooked to perfection. Our room was lovely, clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was great was good variety of options from fry ups to fruit and pastries. The pool and beach is amazing- managed to get a subbed everyday. The service staff at the pool and beach were great and brought over anything we needed. 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time and we will be returning.

The rooms are nice and the service is okay, but I had a bad experience with the staff. We brought a guest who didn’t want to swim, so we went in without saying anything. Then, the staff followed us into the locker rooms and started asking questions. They told us we weren’t allowed and were very rude about it. They almost kicked us out just because we brought a guest who didn’t use their facilities. This is not what I expected from a 5-star hotel!

I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed with the experience. This place used to be much better in the past, but sadly it has deteriorated significantly over time. The service was very poor, with unhelpful and inattentive staff. Housekeeping was inconsistent with their response and their commitment is not true. To make things worse, there was a mistake with our reservation, and it took time of frustration to sort out, with little urgency or apology from the front desk. If you’re looking for luxury, spacious rooms, a nice swimming pool, or decent hotel amenities, this is definitely not the right choice. You’re better off booking a good 4-star hotel where you’ll likely get much better value and a far more pleasant experience.
