Beach Rotana

I recently stayed at Beach Rotana, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was perfect, the room was extremely spacious, everything was clean, and the scent throughout the hotel was amazing. The place is quiet, the price is reasonable, and the service was truly exceptional. The food was also incredibly delicious, whether for breakfast or dinner. Every detail felt perfect, making the stay unforgettable. This hotel holds a special place in my heart, as I previously celebrated my wedding there. Being back brought back beautiful and unforgettable memories. A special thank you to Mr. Mathew for his outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine kindness. His dedication and support made our stay even better. Highly recommended.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Beach Rotana, Abu Dhabi. The rooms were lovely. Clean, comfortable, and a great base for the week. Food was a big highlight too. The steak restaurant was amazing, and the buffet restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice and consistently good quality. The Indian was nice and we enjoyed it, but we didn’t rate the Italian. The only thing to flag for anyone coming for winter sun is that the sun drops behind the surrounding buildings in the afternoon, so the pool area can lose the warmth and the water feels colder later in the day. It would be less of an issue if the pool was on the front side of the hotel. That said, it didn’t spoil the trip, and there are still plenty of sunny spots earlier on. One tip: the “Dine Around the World” option is absolutely worth it for the variety and value. We just wish it was explained more clearly, and that it was offered as something you could buy before arrival. It wasn’t well communicated on the website or at the time we booked, so we only properly understood it once we were there. Overall, a great hotel with excellent dining and a strong standard of accommodation. We’d happily return.

Me and my family we love this place. This is the second time when we stay in Beach Rotana and it won't be the last. The excelent service, food, location, swimming pool, parking...the view from the rooms.... it has everything that you need , the direct link to the Abu Dhabi mall is so convenient for shopping. Thank you for the beautiful experience!

Our stay was more than great, but what truly made it unforgettable was Mr. Charles. He is an absolutely amazing person with an incredible sense of humor and the kindest heart. He made us feel welcome and comfortable, always spreading positive energy and joy wherever he went. Mr. Charles has a special way of making people smile and laugh, and he really brightened our days. His friendliness, warmth, and genuine care made a huge difference and turned a beautiful stay into an unforgettable experience. We will never forget him and the happiness he brought to our time here. One thing that really touched us was that he even remembered our names. It may seem like a small detail, but it meant a lot to us and showed how much he truly cares about the guests and their experience. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, but it was Mr. Charles who made this place feel special. We truly hope to come back one day and see him again.

Great experience perfect city break hotel to have the best of everything, dine around package across the restaurants was excellent especially Trader Vics, where you fundamentally get a redacted al carte menu in each restaurant. Only down side was the drinks included in the Dine Around package as for a hotel of this standard expects more, I.e going to the Brauhaus should include German beer not standard drinks across all; which cheapens it slightly. Best asset were the staff, especially the pool bar who were excellent. Credit especially to Nivan who gave a great effort everyday to ensure everyone was happy particularly the children. Very much an asset to hotel as could see Navin acting as genuine leader of the team getting things to guests. Great experience!

We spent New Year’s Eve at the garden beachfront gala dinner, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The food and beverage variety was excellent, we truly enjoyed it. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were very attentive, regularly checking on us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the entertainment. The only performance was a DJ located near the dessert section, and there were no additional elements such as live singing, dancing, violin, or other performances that could have made the New Year celebration more memorable. Additionally, there was no fireworks or drone show visible from the garden view. This was especially disappointing as the hotel’s Facebook posts showcased beautiful fireworks and drone performances, which did not reflect the actual experience on the night. While we enjoyed many aspects of the evening, the difference between what was promoted and what was delivered was disappointing, and we hope this can be improved for future celebrations.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. The food was excellent, delicious and always freshly prepared. The rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout our stay. The service overall was outstanding. I would especially like to highlight the team working at the pool and the pool bar. They were always very friendly, professional and incredibly attentive. Their excellent service really made a difference and contributed to a great holiday experience.

We visited for New Year and got a sixth floor room with a view. Rooms and bed comfortable. We had the dine-around, all incl package which makes a tremendous difference. The menus in the package are slightly more restricted in choice but not so as would bother you. Ensure you book for the eight restaurants for the length of your stay as soon as u arrive to avoid disappointment. We particularly liked the fish and steak restaurants but all are good. We quickly discovered we could breakfast in the Italian restaurant which is much less busy than the enormous main one. You must visit the museums like Louvre, Natural History and Sheikh Zayed which are all excellent and, of course, the Mosque. ( try and get on a tour for the Mosque, and go around 4/4.30pm so you see it at sunset). We also did a one hour Yellow Boats trip which allowed us to get a different view of the city and the amazing buildings, and then a quick visit to Emirates Palace Hotel close by, which is vast & luxurious. ( Allegedly it cost 1billion USD to build back in 2005) All in all, the Rotana was excellent and we will be hard pushed not to return for some winter sun.
