Beach Street Inn

We had a really great experience here. We ended up making a last minute decision to change our trip and stay in St Martin and the owners here were extremely accommodating. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and had lots of places to sit outside. We stayed in the Bradshaw Room and it was very clean and very quiet. We were travelling with a baby and there was plenty of room to set up our travel crib. The owners and staff are very friendly - they will sit down with you at breakfast and talk about stuff to do in the area and provide directions. We ended up following their suggestions and had a fantastic time visiting the Sea Caves and Fundy Trail Provincial Park. Samantha and Paul were always around to help with anything and answer questions about the area.

This is a great place to stay and explore the Fundy Trail Provincial Park which is truly spectacular! We had a very nice room with bay window overlooking the water. This is a long-standing family run inn, and everyone was most friendly and helpful. Family also runs the attached Periwinkles restaurant and Henry’s Bar. The breakfast platter, served each morning in the restaurant, was outstanding. You can add additional breakfast items if you desire. We also ate dinner at the restaurant on two occasions, excellent menu and chef!

What a great place to stay, dine, relax and enjoy the fabulous St. Martin’s area. Excellent location; pleasant and helpful staff; top notch restaurant/bar and just great NB charm and hospitality. You walk up the front steps, by the great porch with a sea view and enter the Inn and you immediately feel relaxed and in a very special place for your vacation. Very close to beach and sea cave. Restaurant has sea view. Room was clean and cozy. Staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. And, they have a nice and well maintained piano if you wanna play😎

Had such a great stay here. Beautiful inn with lovely rooms, but it was the excellent service that I'll remember most. Brittany elevated the experience in every way and went above and beyond for us! She's the reason I'm writing my very first Google review :) thanks for an amazing time!

I’m SO glad we found this perfect spot! We wanted to hike in the Bay of Fundy area and “thought” we wanted to be in Alma near hikes and Hopewell Rocks. We drove there AFTER our stay at the Beach Street Inn and realized we were closer to the incredible views and hiking trails and AWAY from the much more touristy spots.||The house was quiet and our room was especially comfortable. Breakfast was just right! And we ate dinner both nights at Periwinkle’s. One night we ate at the bar. That was fun!! Food was great! They even did a “custom” fettuccine Alfredo with bacon! Delicious!!! Wine selections were great too!||I’m sorry the owners were on vacation, but their sister, Pam, took great care of us! Loved the hospitality and great advice of where to go on the rest of our two week trip!

Beach Street Inn is a charming property in St. Martins. We loved the beautiful room; the attention to detail is phenomenal. The owners and staff are super friendly. The chef at Periwinkles (the restaurant at the inn) is fantastic. We shared the St. Martin's summer salad and the baked seafood platter. One of the best meals we had on our trip. The breakfast (which was included) was also delicious. One of the many great things about our stay was how wonderful the owners and the staff were. They made us feel so welcome. Our only regret is that we did not spend more time at Beach Street Inn.

Really great 2 day stay at this Inn while exploring the Fundy Trail Parkway and Hopewell Rocks National Park (2 hr. drive from the Inn). I'll start with the staff and owners who were delightful and helpful - really fabulous. We stayed in the Patriot room with 2 beds and while small was perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast plate was amazing. Best croissants outside Paris! We also ate dinner there one night and hung out at the bar one night. Really good meal and drinks. The weather was less than ideal while there, so we unfortunately did not get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor seating area. St Martins is a small town and I highly suggest enjoying the coffee shop nearby and Molly's Pub next door. Locals were very happy to chat with us and discuss travel and the state of US/Canada politics! Very relaxing place to stay after a day seeing New Brunswick's beautiful parks.

Twice a year we make a one-day drive take two days just to stay here. Now our kids and their partners add it on their trips as well. It feels like we are *home* as soon as we get here (but much nicer). We began staying here pre-covid under different ownership (and we loved it then) but the upgrades since are truly remarkable. It has made the transition from a lovely B & B to true Boutique Inn.

Very nice, quaint hotel, within a mile or so of the sea caves area. Very friendly staff. Restaurant is good too. We only had breakfast there, but the eggs benedict was very good, and we were told that it's a good place for dinner as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we're ever back in the area.

We decided to visit this spot while in town - booked a reservation and got right in! Showed up, got seated outside & ordered some drinks. Service was quick and efficient - 0 complaints. I ordered the wings & the wife ordered the Ricotta & Spinach Stuffed Chicken and kid #1 got wings and kid #2 got a pizza. The wife said the chicken was perfect & vegetables were delicious. My wings were battered honey garlic and kid #1 had the BBQ - 0 complaints, great wings! Kid #2 surprisingly ate over half of the pizza - I don't know how that happen, as the pizza came out way fancier than she likes with green things on top (as she described) - kid #2 is a grilled cheese girl and she went outside of her comfort zone and ate it - I tasted a piece and I thought it was delicious!

After kindly requesting a refund over 2 weeks prior to my intended stay. The host Beth Winkle blatantly lied to me abou giving me a refund. She went on to charge my credit card over 450$ I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place. Unworthy of your business, spend your money elsewhere.

Paul and Beth were both amazingly kind and went out of their way to make us feel MORE than welcomed and that we had the best experience ever. Which we did!! It was nothing short of a magical couple of days here. Highly recommend. Will be coming back.

Dishonest management. Had to cancwl our booking well in advance. Management promised to refund in writing and never honoured it. Don't trust and never recommend this place
