Beach Suites – Byron Bay

Beautiful accommodation! Excellent customer service from the moment of booking, through to departure. We received a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom penthouse, it was very spacious, gorgeous interiors, heated rooftop pool with ocean views and excellent mini bar. Fabulous location and we loved riding around Byron on the complimentary bikes. I book and stay in a lot of luxury accomodation in my business, this property was definitely a 5 star experience - loved it and will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Our late check in was easily accommodated and the instructions made it simple to access our room & parking. We had our dog with us and felt so welcomed to have her there. The external gate access from our room was great to be able to come and go throughout the day, and it was lovely to have our own pool & outdoor space to relax in.

We stayed at Beach Suites Byron Bay for our baby moon and wedding anniversary weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The room was stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every little detail felt luxurious and thoughtful. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, so peaceful and private, with incredible views. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Byron, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Everything was so convenient, yet the suites still felt like a quiet oasis. We loved it so much, we’ve decided to make it a yearly ritual. Already counting down the days until we return!

Absolutely beautiful apartment on the beachfront at Byron. I had booked the 1 bedroom corner penthouse to be upgraded on arrival to the 3 bedroom penthouse which worked perfectly due to husband’s snoring. All the front office staff were very helpful and friendly and so were the lovely young girls who came to do our daily service with great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was beautifully appointed and I can’t think of anything that was missing. Upstairs we had our private heated pool but unfortunately we didn’t get time to have a dip. |Walking distance to town for some nice shopping, Tommy Bahamas, and the usual surf shops and lovely gift stores. For dining out try The Balcony which can be very hit and miss and Fishheads which was perfect each time. The Beach Hotel is great for a few drinks and a dance even for oldies like us. |We will definitely we back. Winter specials. Check them out.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in (and I’m fussy and stayed in many a 5* around the world). We had the (huge) room with the whirlpool and direct access to the beachfront. All I can say is wow - the whole place is immaculate, high standard, and the aroma of their own scented candle is divine. ||The room was huge, with a kitchen with a proper coffee machine, a large sofa and the linen bed linen was so soft. Bathroom again huge, with loads of towels and amenities. ||You are right in the centre of Byron, with rooms overlooking the beach.||Spent 3 days here and so sad to leave. You will not regret booking here !

I cannot rate Beach Suites highly enough. As far as Byron Bay goes, the location cannot be beaten. No need to fight for car parking when you step outside of your room, exit your private gate to the street, walk across the road and you’re on the main beach or within a few steps of Byron Bay’s most popular bars and restaurants. Beautiful rooms with excellent amenities including excellent coffee machine and kitchenette. Fantastic spa bath and the private pool and deck were lovely. I would recommend rooms with beach views. It’s a busy location and can get noisy at times but the convenience was more than worth it. Staff were always friendly and helpful and we loved the chocolates the Easter Bunny left for us!

Simply Superb! The location is outstanding, across the road from the beach and in the heart of everything. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and the heated private pool was fantastic even as the temperatures dipped at the end of April when we stayed. The service was amazing, a small hiccup was handled so professionally and efficiently and to top it all off they are pet friendly. I was a little reluctant to write this review because I don't want everyone to know about this amazing place but ultimately they deserve all the praise and we can't wait to go back again. Can't recommend highly enough.

What a fantastic location directly opposite the beach! We stayed in a two bedroom garden suite with our 3 children which gave us plenty of room. The room was very well appointed and the hotel had thought of everything we would need. There were complementary Byron Bay biscuits, waters, a fantastic coffee machine with beans and an abundance of towels. We could have borrowed board games and games and chairs for the beach and they also seemed to have bikes to borrow as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as well. They even washed and dried our clothes for us which was super helpful when we are travelling for a month. ||Just something to be aware of is there is a bar directly behind which was noisy the two nights we were there. I had already read on previous reviews so was prepared so it didn’t really bother us. My children are deep sleepers and the high standard of everything else meant we were happy to ignore that part. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
