Beach Village at The Del, LXR Hotels & Resorts

After the long awaited renovations are complete, Beach Village was a dream. Our room featured a working fireplace, beautiful balcony with an ocean view and comfortable furniture. The room was very clean and new. The staff were nothing but attentive and helpful. Check-in and check out was a breeze. The Beach Village has it's own pool and hot tub that other guests cannot use. While the pool may get crowded during peak times and holidays, it was always pleasant. Highly recommend booking surfing lessons through the hotel. They were great! Also make sure you try Nobu, Veranda and all of the hotel restaurants - they all were superb.

My husband and I shared a 2 bedroom condo at the Beach Village with a couple of friends and the whole experience was wonderful. The condo was beautiful with all the amenities anyone could need. The furnishings were comfortable and worked great for the four of us. There were balconies on both sides of the condo with wonderful views. The beach and ocean were just steps away. Staying at Beach Village gave us access to the Ocean Club which we frequented every day, whether for breakfast, lunch or drinks with friends. The service was prompt and knowledgeable, the food was fantastic. All the staff at Beach Village were friendly and available for any needs we had. We definitely look forward to coming back in the future.

We have made a trip to the Del Beach Village a family tradition every summer and we simply love it. The facility, the location, the view and of course the people make it memorable every single time. We cannot imagine a summer without a trip to Beach Village. Special shoutout to Claire Gionnette who makes our experience extra special every year!

I would not say this was the best stay I’ve ever had but not the worst. The room was clean enough although I did feel something crawling on me in the middle of the night but when I turned in the light it was gone. I’m assuming it was just a fly as they were everywhere on the patio area. Maybe it flew in. I didn’t think the common areas of the beach village area of the hotel were that clean / it’s like it all needed a good pressure wash and the pool area had ratty towels and was dirty. It’s almost time for new sofas and carpets in the rooms too. For well over a 1000 a night I just expected more. And the spa was way way way over priced for completely average services. I’m not sure I would ever stay there again and wanted to love it and left feeling just meh? And for Over a 1000 for a barely average massage and facial is just robbery. It’s my fault for not looking before booking and I got taken.

Amazing experience at the coronado hotel in San Diego. Great customer service. We had and issue with our room, but rep Claire was able to fix it immediately. She was able to find another room for us. Great experience. A little price, but worth it! Love the experience and we hope to come back!

From the moment we arrived, Jay’s warm welcome was a hint of what was to come. We stayed in Beach Village which entitled us to breakfast every morning at the Ocean Club where Maria tended to our every need. The comfort of the room, the Spa, the views, easy access to the beach, and the restaurants made for a perfect vacation. We plan on returning some day.

We hosted our daughter's wedding at the Del but stayed in the Beach Village and it was absolutely spectacular! The Bridal Party got ready there and it was such a perfect space.|Sasha at the front desk and Moses at Valet, and all the rest of the staff were so attentive and helpful and always available.

Beach Village is amazing! Great rooms, fun pools, beach access and views incredible. Staff very responsive. Jeff at taco shack makes killer margaritas- brother in law could not stop talking about that margarita. NOBU was super delicious too. Definitely recommend staying at beach village.
