Beach1 Smokehouse in Wasaga... I have no words. That has to be some of the best smoked beef brisket I have ever had outside of the U.S. Perfect mix of marbling, fattiness, umami and smokiness all packed neatly into a beautiful piece of meat that you can literally pull apart with just a fork. Not to mention the perfectly seasoned fries, coleslaw, beans and barbeque sauce which all just complement each other so well. The owner greeted us warmly, kept checking up on us and even gave us his backstory on the restaurant and meats. Absolute gem of a place in Wasaga - definitely coming back if I'm ever up there again.

Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, the place was quiet and peaceful. We ordered 3 burgers. The cowboy brisket burger The Maui burger The beach1 burger We had coleslaw and fries. Strawberry ice cream for dessert. Everything was amazing. The brisket was perfect and the burgers were too. Tasted homemade and delicious. Service was phenomenal. 10/10 will be back again!

Stopped here on a whim and sure glad we did. I had the Maui burger and my better half had a regular cheese burger…both were excellent as were the fries. Service was great and very attentive, the patio was dog friendly (they brought our big guy water), and the restaurant is very clean. Just wish they had beer! Maybe next time.

Delicious burgers. Maui burger was so good. Had a full slice of grilled pineapple on it. Delicious. Fries were really good too. Loved the big salt pieces.

Has to be the best meal on Wasaga beach. It's such a relief from the chain restaurants, pizza shops, and bad carnival food. Cowboy brisket burger was beautiful. I think the crispy brisket they use beats bacon any day. I also tried out the daily special, which was a lovely fall off the bone beef rib with a side of smoky sweet beans. Amazing location by the beach plus patio. The owner and BBQ master is a chill and interesting guy. His passion for his food shows. Will come back!

Super friendly service and top notch food! We had Cowboy Brisket Burgers and loved them! It's a burger topped with brisket, and the smoky flavor really stands out. Fries were nicely well done and topped with flaked salt. If you like a good burger, put this place on your list! Ample parking and right by the beach.

This gem sits at Beach 1 only a few steps away from the beach. Checks off all the boxes, great service, food and atmosphere. We ordered a Greek salad and burger with home cut fries. Delicious and filling! Menu has something for everyone. Highly recommend Beach1 Smokehouse. 😊
