Beaches Negril

This was our first time staying at a Beaches and was for a family trip. My husband and I are childfree, so our prior experiences were at a Sandals resort. I was surprised the Beaches was overall more expensive than the Sandals. We had the same room category (Club) but overall was disappointed in both our room location and what was included for the price. We stayed in the 900 block of rooms which is directly next to the main lobby which you will hear any nightlife activities (including weddings) from 8 PM onward that sound like they are directly outside of your room. The other members of our party were in the 300-400 block rooms and did not hear anything. I was a little bummed that we all at the same Club level but we were the only party that was on the other side of the resort. Not too much of a problem since we stayed on the beach for most of the day but when it came to the noise it was annoying. The beach itself is fantastic and there are plenty of chairs and shade available. Our party ended up on the beach directly in front of the kids waterpark and was surprised that you didn't really notice the noise or kids running around. The restaurants were all 'good' but nothing that really stood out to me as something to try again. Both the kids and adults loved Yoyo's for anytime dessert! Overall the experience was good, if we were not going for the family aspect, we would not come back to Beaches. You get more for your dollar and a better dining experience at Sandals.

We recently completed a 12 night stay of Beaches Negril, our second trip to this resort. What brought us back wasn’t just the resort, but the staff. We always feel like we are more than just a customer. The staff are almost always pleasant and more than willing to help out with a reasonable request. We were met almost immediately by Paulette once we arrived to inform us our room was undergoing some maintenance, and would be ready for us the next day. We were looked after and she was able to make it right for us. We spent a good deal of time speaking with Yanike at the welcome home dinner and she was a wealth of information for the Sandals Foundation as well as the kids club. Everyone at the kids club is amazing and made our kids feel like they were with their best friends. Our kids were disappointed when we didn’t take them. From the beach to the pools to the many amazing restaurants (thank you Chef Lemar for taking the time to indulge our questions), the loyalty office, the concierge, I can’t thank everyone enough who made our trip amazing. One tip, make sure you get your weekly schedule when you check in, they have amazing events through the week and you don’t want to miss out. We have already booked for 2027 and can’t wait to come back.

We had an absolute amazing time on our family vacation! Staff truly made our trip so wonderful from the bartenders to the front desk to the sales team to the managers. Everybody was so professional and went above and beyond to make us stay great. We will definitely be going back.! Food was fantastic. We met a couple of the chefs and you can tell they put their heart and soul into the dining. It was so great 😀

We recently stayed at Beaches Negril as a family of three adults and had an overall positive experience. The standouts for us were the delicious food, the exceptional staff, and the stunning beach.||The beach is absolutely beautiful — calm and crystal-clear in the mornings, and a bit more active as the day goes on. It’s the perfect place to unwind, swim, or enjoy water activities. Keep in mind that afternoon thunderstorms are fairly typical due to the tropical climate, but they pass quickly and didn’t disrupt our enjoyment.||The food exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of flavorful, well-prepared options available throughout the resort. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, and we appreciated the quality and variety.||The staff was another highlight — once approached with a friendly greeting, they were incredibly warm, helpful, and accommodating. While tipping isn’t allowed, we felt it would be nice if it were optional, as many staff members truly went above and beyond.||We did notice that the layout of the resort felt a bit more compact and less open than the Beaches Turks & Caicos property, which we’ve also visited. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something to consider depending on your preferences.||The rooms could use some updating, particularly in terms of the electrical systems. We experienced a few minor issues there, which we hope the resort addresses soon.||While it’s definitely a premium-priced vacation, we felt that the quality of service, food, and beach experience made it worthwhile. We’re already thinking about a return visit in the future.

Was a great family experience for my son’s wedding. Majority of staff friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ta-Ta (?sp) for entertaining and including children of all ages. Tazalee was a great server at the restaurants. This was my 1st Jamaica trip— love the people and culture. Thank you for all warm welcome!

Amazing resort, incredible customer service, ( Hilroy was hands down the best!) . Beautiful property well maintained, plenty of family friendly activities. The only down side, was there were times that most of the places to eat were closed from 3:30-5:30, but that in itself was not that huge of a thing. This is our second stay at this resort with both times being great! Marcia does beautiful job with the spa which was also five stars. It really means a lot when every manager is visible and available at all times.

The resort is first class. Food is great and easy to find. Staff are helpful and attentive. Attractions are fun. Resort was being updated while we were here - it appears all well kept. Rooms are a little dated but comfy enough. The beach is of course the highlight. White sand and crazy blue colored water.

My family just returned from a wonderful trip to Beaches Negril! We loved the staff especially our mornings with Ashara at the Stella restaurant for breakfast. She was extremely accommodating and friendly while dealing with our large group. The beach is beautiful here and we loved our room! We will definitely return to this resort.
