I just stayed at Beaches Negril in Jamaica and it was hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at in my life. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely incredible. The food was AMAZING — every restaurant we tried was top quality, with so many options that there was something for everyone. Every meal felt like a five-star experience. The beach was beyond beautiful. The sand was soft and white, the water was crystal clear, and the sunsets were unreal. It honestly looked like a postcard every single day. The activities were so much fun and there was never a dull moment. Whether you wanted to relax or stay active, there was always something going on. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone just looking to have an unforgettable vacation. The staff made the experience even better — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. I would 100% recommend Beaches Negril to anyone thinking about going to Jamaica. I already can’t wait to go back!

The resort is nice enough. The rooms are spacious, nicely air conditioned, and with balconies. However, they are dated -- they need to remondeled. The staff is super nice. Plus, we loved that everything was included. It was great to walk up to food truck or one of the many restaurants,, order, get out food and then walk out. So seamless. There were plenty of bars for those who wanted drinks. The beach is very nice. The ocean is great -- but the water is only about hip high. Plus, there are limited beach activities. They need to look into some of the newer types of water bikes/play ground (like the blow up ones) However, all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Wow what an amazing vacation! It was so worth it! Where do I start. This was our 4th time at Beaches Negril with our family. We love coming back and enjoying our time here. The team at Beaches makes the resort worth while! We really enjoyed our time with Oran, Shanice, Janay, and Nicolette. The list goes on. Everyone at the resort makes you feel like family. Every time we go to Beaches it’s getting better and better. The food has improved as well as lots of variety too. Our favorites our Kimono’s, Soy, and buffet for breakfast.The Entertainment team work so hard to perform great shows at the resort too. One thing that was really special Oran and Shanice organized a beautiful 60th Birthday Dinner for my husband on the beach for our family. They went over and beyond to make sure it was special and memorable. We’ll never forget how beautiful everything was. That moment will stay with us forever. Oran and Shanice made our vacation! The chefs making sure the food was great! Thank you for making my husband Birthday so special. When we went back this year it was after the hurricane. You would have never known that a hurricane came through. Everything was great no problems at all. The best part was coming back to see the beautiful faces of the staff that we have known and everyone was okay. Management was always walking around and checking in and always asking how everything is. I would highly recommend Beaches Negril! You won’t regret it. The resort is amazing, safe, and outstanding staff. In fact we have booked our 5th trip to come back to Beaches Negril.

We had a fantastic experience from airport greetings, to check-in with the concierge, to dining experiences, to snorkeling adventures, to relaxing on the beach or by the pool. We have older children (11, 15 and 17) and there was lots for them to do. The staff were all truly incredible - very friendly and attentive. The Tropical Oversized Concierge Family Suite worked fine for the 5 of us especially given that we didn't spend a lot of time in the room! The food and dining options were impressive. Although we dined at the 3 restaurants requiring reservations (all of which were excellent), a pleasant surprise was the ever-changing selections/variety at the buffet. It was a terrific holiday - thank you.

We absolutely loved our time at Beaches Negril. There was something for each of our kids - ages 12, 9 and 6. The 12 year old enjoyed played snorkling and playing sports on the beach with the Entertainment staff. Our 9 year old loved the lazy river and helping himself to fro yo and other treats. Our 6 year old loved the Kids Camp and the waterslides. The food was excellent - we really enjoyed all of the restaurants, especially Soy and Stella. The staff is SO kind, friendly and accommodating. My daughter even commented that they were always asking her if she needed anything. And because they were so great, my husband and I got to relax too. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. We cannot recommend Beaches Negril enough!!

I just came back from a wonderful amazing trip to Beaches Negril! Everyone there was marvelous and made us feel right at home! I would like to give an extra special shout-out to the following people: 1. Nicarno aka Sarge and Anita for making our beach excursion so special! 2. Victoria, Renae, and Kimberley who knew our orders at Soy sushi by heart and made us feel so welcome, as we ate there everyday! 3. Kerry-Ann gave us very warm greetings and took such good care of my family! 4. Micah and Lawrenzo from the Water Sports Dept always recognized me as Grover and made certain our family and especially me as I am 80 years old were safe on the Hobie Cat and other activities! 5. Sansheya created the best Nutella crepes ever, as I visited her everyday! 6. Chanicka the Chef from Yaku and Christie made gluten free specialties for my grandson and made us feel right at home! 7. Danielle always made us feel right at home at her resort!! 8. Akeem went above and beyond in providing the greatest gift of all by training my daughter and grandsons to become scuba certified and even came in on his day off on Christmas! 9. Finally, I have to thank the Grover Sesame Street character for always including me in the Grover activities, including the parade and dance numbers, as I always wore my Grover shirts and hats! We are a family of 5, and this was our 3rd time visiting Beaches Negril. We obviously love this place otherwise we wouldn't have gone back again... we love the staff, the place, the beach, and the food. I do have to admit, that even though staff is incredible at constantly maintaining the place, it's definitely starting to show it's age. Some of the areas are feeling a little run down and could use a little update. One thing I found a little different this time though, was some of the staff weren't as friendly or attentive this time... a couple of times I felt even ignored which was so unusual... but PLEASE don't let this take away from the hundreds of staff that DO go above and beyond to make sure everyone's happy and taken care of. We also had to ask a staff member for the pool to be cleaned one of the days... we noticed that for a couple of days, the same band aid was floating around, and also many bugs in the pool. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our family time. Delly and the entire entertainment team were PHENOMENAL as always!! ALSO, do the photoshoot - it has become a family tradition and it's such a nice souvenir to look back on year and years later - the entire team there is so great and so helpful as well!|Thank you, Beaches, for more great family memories!

Beaches Negril was fantastic — a truly relaxing, family-friendly resort with an amazing vibe from start to finish. We stayed Concierge Level, and it made the whole trip feel effortless: everything was smooth, personalized, and taken care of.||||A special shout-out to Sabrina (Concierge) — she was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead, she made sure our stay was seamless and memorable.||||Every staff member we met was genuinely warm and welcoming, and the service consistently felt caring and professional. The food quality also impressed us — lots of variety, great flavour, and consistently well-prepared meals throughout the trip. We especially loved Yaku Peruvian Kitchen — we ate there two nights because it was that good. The food was excellent, and the staff there were incredibly friendly and attentive, making it one of the highlights of our stay.
