Beachside Inn

We booked through booking.com early into the trip. We drove through the night only to get a text as we were pulling up saying our room was not available. Andy chose to blame the site we booked on (that his buisness utilizes to fill rooms) rather than take any accountability. All rooms in the area are booked and at midnight we are forced to drive an hour plus due to Andy’s negligence. Very disappointed

This place used to be a great place to stay and was one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Seaside, but not after the experience we had recently. To start with, I was overcharged for my stay. When I booked the room it was one price but when they charged my card it was a different price. I thought it was maybe a hold for something, because that does happen, and it would be adjusted to the correct amount. That was not the case. Upon arrival, the hotel was filthy and clearly wasn't cleaned before our stay. Floors has layer of dirt caked on, area rugs throughout were full of sand and dirt, dirty dishes in kitchen, absolutely disgusting bathroom with dirt IN the jets of the tub and pink water mold all along the bottom of the shower curtain, bathroom sink didn't drain. The Internet did not work at all the entire stay, couldn't watch anything on TV and couldn't use my laptop, which I needed to have for work while I was there. I reached out to the property 3 separate times about the issues and finally received a response on the morning we were leaving. The property manager lacks social and customer service skills as they were EXTREMELY rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. They denied any fault, refused any type of compensation for the condition of the hotel, including my request to be moved to a different room, wouldn't provide an email to send the proof I had (pictures and videos). Overall terrible experience, don't waste your money!

I wasn’t expecting much at $143 a night, but was pleasantly surprised. Such a cute little bungalow, clean and only two short blocks from the beach. They have no office staff on site, but every time I called the number provided, a friendly staff member answered promptly and was accommodating. Definitely a nice little affordable gem.

We called the office when we got there because of some issues we had seen right off the bat but they Don't have an on call manager to help us, just the desk guy and he said he had no Authority to help us with our issues. Door has a draft and doesn't latch all of the way and the door knob is loose and wiggly. Curtains are see through and won't close all of the way. We ended up hanging up a blanket to give us a bit extra privacy through the curtains. Towel rod broke off of the bathroom wall the first time that I took a towel off. The people in room 8 were super loud and the lady was either moaning or crying in a weird way. Room is way tinier than portraid online. Tiny 12/12 room. No description on website about sizes, which would have been super nice to have. Wifi barely works, it kept going in and out. Literal party happening in the parking lot all day with loud music and yelling/talking 😅 We paid $634 for 2 nights. Positives; the rooms were newly remodeled so it was very clean and we really appreciated that.

Should have read the reviews before we went there and saved me the money. Location is great clean it isn’t. Bottom of the door is messed up which lets cold air in and so the little heater runs constantly. When we came in the room I saw ants on the bedside table. Saw an ant motel behind the tv cabinet along with crumbs and hair. Laying on the bed there was an ant on the ceiling. Pulled the sheets back hairs in the bed so we slept on top of the covers. Shower door doesn’t close so water everywhere. Almost forgot the ant floating in the coffee pot water tank along with other things. If that’s not bad enough you can hear everything through the walls. Quiet it isn’t included in that is the neighbors fight followed by make up sex. Sent an email for owners to call me and still nothing they respond they would pass my info over and I’m done waiting. Warning, there is no on site staff at this facility. First day had to request toilet paper. There was no service after the first day, so no clean towels, shampoo and not even coffee! Drank the first day. Fridge had sand in it. Called the office and got someone with a strong accent who said he was new and manager would get there soon. Never heard from manager. We stayed in the suite which was a nice size, only good thing I can say. Parking lot is small so plan on finding one on the street unless you get lucky. Never again!

The room was nice, but the locks were barely there, they have hardwood floors, no soundproofing, and there is absolutely no staff to assist you. It is more like an airbnb. If you cancel six days or less before your reservation they will not refund you and there are no exceptions, so beware and be certain ahead of time. I had to pay twice the price just to get a room somewhere a little safer with better staff.

Went with my family and place was so dirty. We could not stay there because we had children and the blankets were unwashed. 🤮We left the place in just 1 hour of being there and they did not want to return any money. Almost $400 spent and did not get any refund. Even their employee said the clean up crew forgot to wash the blankets because of spring break. Rude customer service. Ppl don’t stay there and avoid the bed bugs they probably have in there.

So partner decided on a whim to take a vacation to the beach. It had been a long time, almost ten years since we had had a break. I made the reservation for one night at the Beachside Inn cause we are super poor. We packed our stuff and the babies toys and drive out to the coast. We got into the room and decided to say screw it and get a secnd night. Place was wonderful. Yeah clearly given our curcumstances we have low expectations but the room we got was spacious comfortable had a full kitchen (the only knocks were the gas stove which neither of us are used to and found the smell unpleasent, and the jets in the tub did not work), an absolutely stuffed matress on the bed which i just sank into, and a nice big bath (we only have a shower at home) which was just so relaxing. Then there was the living room. We had so much space for the baby to explore now that she can well more squirm than properly crawl but she had a blast. Kinda feel sorry for these people leaving bad reviews of the place. It is wonderful and we are already trying to raise funds to go back for my birthday in october Update: did go back. Tub jets worked this time. My review stands though I regret there aren't any more stars to add.

It was decent , not very clean. When I called to tell them my bathroom wasn't clean they had a guy come and "clean" it again and it was still dirty.. hair in sink and on toilette and floor. Will not return .

Wonderful accommodations! Would stay again for sure! Love the color and texture on the walls and the fireplace was a beautiful addition.

Such a cute and comfortable place to stay! The rooms are adorable! I love all of the old pictures of seaside. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was nicely stocked with supplies so we could if we wanted to. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone visiting seaside.

very cute place. Needs new mattresses so sad that such a cute place doesn't replace mattresses but puts so much into decore. tiny bath, TV didnt work. sweet little kitchenette with table and all gear for cooking.

Comfort Studio Suite, 2 Queen Beds, Kitchenette - Beds comfortable; shower good, however no hand holes; lockbox for keys hard to get open, almost impossible to put back; took a very long time to get hot water; holes in the bath towels; table with four chairs but no comfortable chairs to just sit; heat only in one bedroom area, gas fireplace in other sleeping area (did not use), no heat in bathroom; bathroom fan only works if light is on; fridge dirty, needed defrosting, didn't keep things very cold even at max setting; no stove, just microwave in kitchenette; clock didn't work; no instructions for TV (2 remotes needed); no instructions for coffee maker with pods

When I called initially I spoke to a nice lady who booked two rooms for me and then sent me the confirmation. She had booked me a month early. When I called to correct their error another person supposedly corrected my reservation but never e-mailed a confirmation. I called again and the "manager" who was not interested in listening to what transpired told me she only had one room booked for me and that I was not being polite so she was not going to let me have the rooms. All I wanted to do was have her correct the situation and she kept barking questions. In addition, she quoted me a higher rate. My guess is they booked the second room and the "manager", (or so she said) probably thought it best to receive a bad yelp review then provide any customer service. I found a lovely Airbnb which slept four for less than what I would have paid. From the other reviews I saw, I am glad that I did.

Cockroaches! I brought my mother here for A Mother's Day getaway and there were cockroaches coming through the sink. I am mortified! We ended up "sleeping" with the lights on and threw out our dinner. Worst two hours of sleep I ever had not to mention the nightmare that came when I did fall asleep. Think Godzilla in cockroach form. We rolled out of bed and got the heck out of dodge. My poor mom will probably never forgive me.

We arrived early evening and initially impressed with the modern amenities. Looked like it was recently remodeled. Decided to take a quick bathroom break and realized the toilet couldn't fully flush. I immediately called the front desk and the lady just said that she's coming over with a plunger for US to deal with it. What the heck?! After us attempting to unclog the toilet, I called back again and the lady also made an attempt and failed. She said she will have someone come out in the morning, which is 15 hours AFTER! The guy came out and unclogged within 2 minutes. We wanted a night for free for all of the inconvenience and they simply gave us a discount of $22, which is not even 10% of the nightly price. The lady was extremely rude in the passive aggressive manner. Do Not stay here. Go somewhere else that is equally expensive yet you are more likely to get treated better.

This place is a joke. We booked 2 nights for $250/night. When we arrived thought the place was remodeled, clean and safe until we tried to go toilet, the flush not working and they gave us a tool tried to do it ourselves since it not our problems. We together with an infant and when we asked the next day they kick us out with bad attitude hospitality and said refund us $22 discount. After they kick us out, the room we booked automatically on the booking.com AVAILABLE ,plust they do not let you review on Booking.com. Would you consider this place to live when you have an infant and you have to flush the toilet when you first checked in. The woman talking on the phone literally hang up and told us to refund the other night and kick us out . Discrimination is a bonus to this

Poor customer service. If you have any issues with your room they will not be resolved during your stay. They will agree to late check out but then pound on your door and demand you leave before the agreed upon time. They will not answer phone calls. Called before the trip for information and they admitted to ignoring calls after other confrontations. During our stay the tv had issues and never heard a call back. They have accused us of having a dog in the room. I'm allergic to pets and we made a complaint with the house keeper about dog hair on the floor where the carpet meets he wood floor. Not once did we have a dog there but you could tell a proper cleaning wasn't done from when the last people were there and they obviously had a dog. If you feel like dealing with poor customer service and people who ignore calls and bad attitudes. Go ahead.

I booked a single queen bed room and I think it has been just recently remodeled because the bathroom around the Jacuzzi tub and the shower was brand new tile very well done and the floors in the whole room were brand new I don't think the pictures do it justice but it was very well done very happy with the stay. 9-7-22

I was supposed to stay at the Beachside Inn on Wednesday, April 4th but had to cut my trip short due to a family emergency that took place back home. I was already in Seaside on Tuesday night and called to try and cancel for the next night. They were no help and told me I had to contact Expedia, who I booked it through. When I called Expedia, the agent said that he would try and call the hotel to help me out (Expedia was extremely genuine and helpful unlike Beachside Inn). After no luck, I decided I would visit them before I went home the next day. After talking to the receptionist about my request for a refund for no more than 30 seconds, I was cutoff and told that she couldn't do anything. She told me that she would have a manager call me later that day, and sounded optimistic when saying that he could issue a refund depending on the circumstances. I never got a call. Their poor customer service and lack of understanding for their customers is unbelievable. They care more about your money than you as a human. Please take this review into account because you never know what might emergencies might come up in your life. Thank You

Umm not sure about this shower situation. It has pink mildew growing up the walls. The key box did not work so I had to call their sister location for assistance and then my check out paperwork was for another guest. This place is dirty. They ask for you to take out your own trash before you leave. Looks like it never gets cleaned. The dishes that they supply are put away dirty. I paid way too much to stay in a tiny, dirty room and they do not allow cancellations.

Amazing little hotel very close to the beach. The rooms are very very nice with all amenities, this hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. I can highly recommend it and I will definitely stay there again. It's a super value for the money they charged.

Incredible location. Amazing views and proximity to beach. Couldn't be better. We stayed in the NW Timber room. It's a vaulted suite. The unit is very clean but very dated. Indoor/outdoor carpet is yuk and the closer you look you see cracked tile everywhere and wonder why in the world they haven't updated some things. Again, very clean!. I got this place on a Groupon for 299.00 for 2 nights. I would be disappointed if I paid much more. Maggie's restaurant is excellent. Views are amazing.

The staff refused to help us!!! The room was 54F when we got there and the fan on the small gas fireplace in the main room wasn't working. We drove to their sister inn to pick up a small space heater but after two hours the room was only 56F. We called for help and they accused of us bullying. They finally said they would not charge us for the second night but would charge us for the first night. We cleaned up the room and left and reached out to them again asking for a full refund. They refused and told us not to contact them again.

I would give this place a real solid "so-so". The location is great- very convenient to walk to the beach or to town. It's kind of old and run down, but the price was right. The oddest thing- when I looked out the back window (no screens BTW) it literally looked like someone opened the window and just dumped it all out the window. Who even does that?

Room 10: Room is compact, but had all necessities. No complaints there. Walking distance from beach. Pretty clean, although I found a piece of hair on decorative pillow case. Directions were laid out and simple. Good customer service with Amanda. Walls are thin, can hear neighbors a little. We didn't have much problems, but maybe bring ear plugs or turn on TV to void it if it's an issue? Overall, simple and just what we were looking for.

Went to the ER Thursday night with my husband, and was supposed to arrive for a two night stay on Friday. Cancelled the reservation (and the weekend beach trip) and asked for them to waive the one night penalty due to our medical emergency. Of course they said no. So, I will never be staying here in the future. Horrid to see that they are so unfeeling and hope they realize I will tell everyone I know to avoid their establishment because of my experience. Please do not financially support the money hungry people who run this place. Thank you.

The COZIEST and CUTEST place to stay! We decided to stay the night very last minute and this place was decently priced and was just the BEST! The kitchenette was SO helpful and SO quaint! The bathroom was small BUT still so cute. I can't get over this place. We'll definitely be coming back

horrendous. shady. cheap. nightmare. do not book with this hotel. they are a scam and will rip you off for every penny once you give them your credit card. do not book here. the people who own this place know its a dump and they will avoid any communication with you and try to squeeze every last penny out of you in exchange for the worst travel experience of your life. believe all the 1 star reviews that come before us or you will regret ever taking a vacation.

Overpriced. Not very clean, dusty. They want you to wash your dishes yet don't provide a sponge. The window frame in one of the guest rooms was broken and glass was exposed. We arrived early on Mother's Day and asked to check in early. They said they would prioritize our room to get it clean first. Even though there was only one other guest, our room wasn't ready till check in, which is fine, we were early, it just didn't seem like they actually made the effort they said they would.

This was really great. I was on a solo trip this weekend and wasn't sure what to expect. When I pulled up I was a bit concerned with the location. But as I spent the weekend walking between Broadway, the beach, and my room, I realized how ideal the location was. Far enough away to leave the noise of the beach and strip behind, but close enough to walk there very quickly. The room was clean, well taken care of, and fully functional. Nice kitchenette that came in handy, with a fridge, stove, and oven as well as sink. Take paper towels, as that was the one thing that was missing. Wifi was easy to connect to and was speedy. DVD player in case you want to redbox something (which I did) as well as cable TV. I never had a need for service so cannot comment on that. But I definitely would recommend and will be going back.

Great little inn. The owners were accommodating and the furniture was nice. My only complaint would be the shower, it's small. But all in all it was a great place to stay that I would have no problem recommending.

I would've given this place at least a 4 or 5 if the website was more accurate. I bought the room #2 called double queen kitchenette and wasn't aware that not all the pictures for the rooms were shown. I expected another room that was shown on website since it was the only "double queen room." I knew it seemed weird. *They might want to put a note that not all rooms are shown. It's misleading . The room has weird layout and pretty small. The cleaners also left dirty rag by the door-not a big deal but some ppl it would bother them. Also we called to ask if we could come in lil before 4pm check in time since we had to get ready for wedding and unfortunately they were able to that. That wasn't expected , but would've be nice esp for big events like a wedding. Besides that, it was very cute beach style and clean and comfy bed and nice tv etc

Read a bunch of not so good reviews before we checked in. Only true one out there is the tiny bathroom, otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars. It was clean, well stocked, and everything worked. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The location is great! We walked everywhere for our 2 day stay. The check in/checkout process is super easy and convenient. The room was cozy and comfortable. The only problem is the thin walls! During our first night people were fighting/arguing, slamming doors, etc and we could hear everything! And this occurred past the quiet time the management suggested, so that was very annoying.

DON'T DO IT!! Dirty room! number 1 was horrible, the carpet was very dirty, the room smelled bad, pillow shams had not been washed, the shower was dirty. no office staff ....have to drive 9 blocks to their other property! Too bad if you need anything. They take the money out of your account 5 days before check-in!!! I called to cancel, but they told me no ... no refunds!

Hotel staff arrogance and,,,as it was extra warm I called 24 hours in advance to check out the next day WHICH WAS THE RULE OF THE PROPERTY!!! However the uninformed staff said I could not and did not get the fact that I was 65 years old and have blood pressure issues I new there was no AC but thought I would try it because it most times cools off but not these ,days plus it was only 69 for a high but real humid. So as I was up most of the night the phone rings at about 1pm telling me I was correct about refund thinking I was gone well I was still there to her surprise. Needless to say rude threaten to evict me in the am, even though I had 1 night left , I said its cooling down credit a night for the misunderstanding and I will stay TALK ABOUT ANGER NO GET OUT IN THE MORNING reduced the night cost but not completely. The most rude MGR. I ever talked to no respect for seniors and threaten me, she would call police i said go ahead and laughed. Even had some one in a gray truck watching my room the morning I left What an ASS WHOLE she was. Would never stay or recommend this place EVER. Also I am slender and could barely turn around in shower and could not bend down if you dropped something !!!

Neat little motel a couple blocks from the beach and the main drag in Seaside. Nicely appointed room, very clean and comfortable bed and linens, small but clean bathroom. Quiet setting in a beautiful area. Excellent communication via email from the motel. I recommend the Beachside Inn.

This is an excellent place to stay in Seaside. It's just enough away from the busy (loud) main road but a short walk to restaurants and even closer walk to the beach. The room was very clean, very cute, and plenty of light. We will definitely be staying there again!

Stayed here for a week with my husband, the place/ room is small, but not bad at all. Close walk to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Heater and stove work. Only downside is the kitchen appliances are outdated. Our pans were pretty rusty. Dishwashing soap was provided but no sponge on hand. Other than that it's convenient for the price your paying. Would stay here again but maybe just for a few days and not an entire week.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. We were in room 9. Bed was very comfortable as were pillows. Decor was pleasant. Room was clean. Bathroom was only drawback. It's tiny!! I mean really tiny! No counter space for your things. Light for bathroom also controls light for "closet" just outside so when someone goes to bathroom in the night, can't turn on the light or it will disturb someone sleeping. Property is several blocks from the main strip, but an easy walk and about a block from beach/promenade. Overall a nice, quaint place.

Comfy and home-y... I rented a 1 bedroom w a kitchenette. The space was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy as was the awesome comforter. Check in was easy. Never actually met anyone from the Inn besides a young lady doing some laundry. Nice people. No issues. It was close enough to the beach for me, 2 short blocks down. and far away enough from the hubbub of tourists on the strip. Kinda wish there'd been a dvd library to chose since I had a dvd player at my disposal... so I just... went to the beach aha! It felt kind of strange to never see anyone to check in, but ultimately it was a easier than expected. Thank You, I'd come back

I am seeing lots about mildew smells.... Wish I would have checked this before booking my room because the mold is BAD!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooo disappointed in this place. Here's why: A small group of my family and friends spent months planning a bittersweet trip where we would come together and celebrate the life of a friend we lost to suicide, Heather. After our 4 hour drive, we were eager to see our room and stretch our legs. The office was closed, as it was close to 7:30pm, but we were able to get right in with a key-code. When we (my mom, grandma, Heathers daughter, and I) opened the door to our room (12-k) we were ALL disgusted by the moldy mildew smell!! I'm telling you- look back at my Facebook page you can see that I give a lot of 5- none of us are divas and we would have made it work if we could have- we walked around in there for a few minutes and opened Windows to see if we could ignore it but that wasn't happening. My grandma has COPD and was literally using an inhaler after being in there less than 5 minutes. So... We decided to call and see what the options were. We explained to Sadie that we just checked in and couldn't stay in that room. We told her that We were embarrassed to complain... But the mold smell was too strong and we had to get our grandma out of there. We said over and over how cute we thought it was to make up for the complaint but she just acted annoyed and said she'd call the owner and get back to us. After not hearing back for 10 minutes, we called her back just to find out that we were out of luck..... They were completely booked so we couldn't change rooms AND we were denied a refund because we "already checked in" and they were "sticking to their policies". Sadie LITERALLY NEVER SAID SORRY or showed any type of sincerity. My mom told her the entire story and she just kept repeating herself, "we're sticking to our policies." No refund. No Room change. Period. We had two choices: A. go home and let it ruin our weekend or B. go to a different hotel and charge our credit card to stay. We decided to go with option B and stay somewhere else. We promised not to let YOUR poor customer service and lack of compassion ruin our weekend that was meant to bring peace and healing. Now we are home and reminded that we spent $1000 this weekend on our room(s) instead of just $500. And reminded that we should check YELP and Facebook reviews before booking. Their website only lists selected (very positive) reviews. I have made it MY goal to tell as many people as possible until my mom gets her money back and they clean or close that room. So here I am.... Telling you. my next stop is fb ...Then locals. Hopefully this will save a few good people from ,losing out on alot of money.

We had a great stay here! Definitely more like a motel than a hotel, but it was great nonetheless. Very clean and quiet. We loved the kitchenette too.

This is a fantastic, small motel in an Oregon beach town that's been taken over by high-rises in the town center along the beach promenade. Our 2-bed, 2-room unit had a kitchen and lots of windows. It was very clean, and the decor looks like it's right out of a remodeling magazine!!! The location is great. My only suggestion would be to add a toaster to the kitchen appliances. We totally enjoyed our short stay here.

Worst place to stay in seaside. People in the next room were definitely on drugs, they were yelling, fighting and the guy was kicking the woman out of the room. When we called the office to complain we were told no one was staying in that room. That should of been our first clue this place was sketchy. Big gap in front door, green dirty shag carpet, no heat in bathroom or toilet paper. We had to go to the store and buy some, we had people out front of our door sitting on their car hoods drinking beer. The office is at another hotel so there is no one around to take care of anything. We did not feel safe there. And management treated us rudely. They get minus 5 stars. BEWARE

This little hotel/cottage is so cute and nicely decorated. We had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would come in handy if you were staying an extended period of time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it kind of has an old smell. Other than that room was clean, cute, and close to everything!

I am so disgusted by the way my family was treated by the staff at Beachside Inn (which is actually a few blocks from the beach... Not beach side). When they entered the room there was an overwhelming mold smell that a staff member explained by saying "well it is the Pacific North West". Not an excuse. They had to leave the room after minutes because my grandma had to use an inhaler to breathe. The staff was horrible to my mom, they told her that she would not be receiving a refund of any kind because that was their "policy". Never once did they apologize, they just didn't seem to care at all. She did not even get her deposit back. They had to leave and PAY for another hotel. I could go on and on but I won't, I am still in shock by the way my family was treated. I would NEVER recommend this Inn to anyone. And I will continue to tell everyone I know about the horrible experience my family had at this "beachside" inn.

I am shocked by the good reviews on this place. Unsure, if the rooms differ. However, our experience was unpleasant. We arrived a bit early and asked if there was a possibility of checking in early, we were told unfortunately they had a tenant in and we would need to wait until 4. No biggy, we came back later and tried opening the door to our room and we're unsuccessful, we contacted them and apperantly they switched our room due to a maitnance issue. However, we were uninformed. Upon opening the door the smell was disgusting. It smelt lime mold and smoke. The shower is a tiny corner shower in which one can not move in. The kitchenette was lack luster. Not enough dishes for the amount of people expected in the room, there was no supply of any kind of paper towels or seasonings. Not, that this is expected but, is normally available when a cooking feature is offered. The stove was also broke, and no ventilation. The beds and all furniture was dirty. Honestly it is the first time I pulled out baby wipes and cleaned all surfaces. I could go on and on, but will end here. I recommend for the price you find another location in Seaside to stay.

We wanted to stay in Long Beach, WA and reserved a room in the Adrift hotel (130$/night), but had a horrible incident there. We checked in and found feces on the "fresh" bed sheets! Anyways, we drove to Seaside,OR that day and found the Beachside Inn. We arrived and the lady at the front desk, which later turned out to be the property owner, let us check out the room. We walked in there and of course after the crazy experience earlier that day in the Adrift, we just lifted up the bed cover and sheet to see if the bed is at least clean. The room was clean, but it looked like a motel from the 70's. Not very welcoming and "romantic". anyways, me and my husband told the lady we would just walk to the beach talk about it and would be back within 10 min. She agreed and seemed fine with that. 10 min . later we came back and wanted to tell her, that we would gladly take the room for the night. She was upset and snapped at us saying: " I am not considering renting to you!". We were shocked! I asked her why, she said, " we come here and destroy the bed and then walk away"!!! I was trying to reason with her and tell her about our first experience and that I just checked out the cleanliness of the bed..., but she wasn't listening, cutting me off and basically kicking us out of the room!. This was the rudest and most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced with hotel staff/owner....I don't know whether that was racist thing or not since we are a mixed couple!!! I couldn't tell, but it certainly was outrageous and put a very bad light on her and this place. Anyways, besides this the hotel/cottage whatever it supposed to be, does not hold up to their description on the homepage. All I can say is: don't go there. You can find some place else where your business is appreciated and you get treated with some respect and dignity, and a place that is worth 120$!!!!!

My husband and I loved our stay at this cozy little inn. Our room was clean and comfy and just a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for our romantic getaway and I would recommend the Beachside Inn to anyone looking for the same!

Awful! Room smelled and sofa bed was broken. Manager came out and left a note saying no issues. My husband went to the office to show him the bed collapsed as soon as my daughter laid down on it. He was unapologetic and wouldn't refund our money. We were promised roll away beds they never came. The property isn't kept up. For $250 a night this place was a joke! the owner was unwilling to make any attempts to make us more comfortable. I went back and read reviews after our stay and say another person had the same issue with the couch being broken. The owner knew it was and still continued renting out the room. He lied and told us the couch was new and it wasn't broken. The room also smelled awful like pot and mold. Do not stay here! Room 11! Owner cares only about money and not about making his wrongs right. I am shocked by the other good reviews here! The code didn't work we were locked out when we got there and there is no office on site. It is blocks away. Your view is a parking lot and cinder block. Pictures are deceiving! Owner should be ashamed! Also said there were 2 sofa beds and there was only one that didn't work!

Our first time staying at Beachside Inn. There are better options in the seaside if you book early. This place is very comfortable to stay in. Has an "old house" smell. The shower was too small for me to move around. The toilet seat was not comfortable because its the smaller sized toilet seat compared with mine at home. But the place has microwave, refrigerator, 32" TV and coffee maker - which is nice. Very limited plugs to charge your cellphone. Most importantly, its clean - so for the price, I appreciate this from them.
