Karen and her staff are amazing and friendly! It's clean, and organized. We love that she provides everything you need for the beach. The home made breakfast every morning and the salt spa and awesome perks! It's in a perfect spot for walking to the beach, shops, and food. We'll definitely go back in the future! Especially since my fiance and I got engaged at the top of Tybee Island Lighthouse during our stay!

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights; I can honestly say it was the very best vacation I've ever had. Friendly, welcoming staff, a tasty free breakfast, comfortable rooms, and the cats reminded me of Key West at Papa Hemingway's house !

We spent the Fourth of July holiday at the Beachview Bed and Breakfast, it was more like a small hotel or inn. We stayed in the Oasis Room which is in the Spa building. It was a perfect location, walking distance to the pier, beach and lots of restaurants. We used their bikes to explore the island. This was our first visit to Tybee Island and we loved it! The breakfast at Beachview is cooked to order (there are 3 choices plus a daily special), delicious and filling. The beds and furnishings in the room are comfortable. The bathroom is a generous size with a separate claw foot tub and large shower. Everyone is nice and super friendly, providing suggestions on Things to Do. There are rocking chairs on the porches and four friendly cats hanging out on the property. We highly recommend Beachview!

Owner (Karen) was super friendly and funny. Excellent hostess. Breakfast was delicious and the place is within walking distance of everything ( beach, bars and restaurants ). Would definitely recommend visiting.

A very homey place! The host Smokey goes above and beyond in friendliness and efficiency. The place is spotless and so conveniently located. They have everything you need for the beach also, and the breakfasts are delicious. I will definitely come back.

Close to the beach. The owners are very attentive to every need and we return here year after year.

Yelp
Where do I even begin? This place and all of their staff are AMAZING! 1. We stayed in the Garden Suite, absolutely beautiful. It looks just as it does in their pictures. The beds were so comfortable and the room was completely spotless from floor to ceiling. 2. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. We had great conversation with Karen and puppy Zoey! We arrived late and went straight to our suite, while outside Frank came over and greeted us and gave great recommendations on food. 3. Location, location, location! Not only can you be at the beach in a three minute walk but also to all of the little shops and several restaurants/bars. It was also great being such a short drive to Savannah.(legit 20 minutes) 4. The breakfast that was served at the Java and Juice Bar(part of their property) was delicious. The peach and blueberry french toast were amaaaazing as well as the quiche and everything we ate. Also, the coffee=heaven. 5. We hadn't paid the remaining balance for our stay until what we thought was our last day. When we entered the office/spa Karen greeted us and talked us into staying one more night(which wasn't a hard decision), she was so thoughtful to have gone into the computer to see that the room would be vacant and we could simply stay another evening. She also let us try out the new Salt Room, it was beautiful and relaxing. 6. Also, I can't forget to mention. They provide beach towels everyday, a cooler, bikes, chairs, they even had OFF spray. Anything you could possibly need on a vacation was provided. These folks are all around amazing, kind and thoughtful people. They go above and beyond for their guests. I recommend a stay at the Beachview to anyone. Thank You Karen, Frank and everyone at the Beachview! We will be back!

Yelp
Amazing spot very lovely and quaint.! The owners go above and beyond to accommodate all their guest. The food is amazing and if you love antiques and restored historic homes or rooms with clean lines and live wood edge furniture it's your spot. They have a room for any design love. They offer free bikes to use beach chairs and towels even individual coolers in each room. They have not forgotten one detail to make you feel at home. I have rented huge homes on the north end and south end, stayed in the nicest hotels tybee has to offer. Never again this is across the street from the beach and just amazing ! Please give them a shot if at tybee beach.

Yelp
Owner is trying to say this never happened, but they said we had to be there by 10 pm no excepts. We ended up booking another place that welcomed us after 10pm. Beware of this place.

Yelp
Wonderful stay- I appreciated the attention to detail at this Inn. The towels and linens were nice and the bed was comfy. It's all inclusive for the beach which is why we decided to stay here. Having ice, water, cooler, beach gear, chairs and bikes at hand made day trips to the beach a breeze. We loved the homemade breakfast and chatting with the owner Karen. My only small complaint was the cheap drug store shampoo in the bathroom - but I did love the local made soap. We would love to stay here again.

Donna M.

Yelp
Just the absolute best place to stay on Tybee Island and Savannah included. Enjoy being pampered with anything you could need in your suite. Wonderful fresh homemade breakfast fit for a queen. Yummy homemade treats in the afternoon. Hosts Karen and Frank Kelly make your stay a true treat. I went as a customer some years ago and became a friend. Perfect location between the two beaches. A stone's throw from all the best eats and shopping.

Yelp
CAUTION!!!! PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING HAVING YOUR WEDDING HERE!! Beachview is by no means a PROFESSIONAL wedding services/coordination place. In fact, I venture to say they stumbled into the wedding business because of the location of the bed & breakfast... I booked Beachview because I was told they could do EVERYTHING for me.. from securing vendors & decor to making sure my husband's elderly grandmother was escorted onto the beach by local lifeguards.. NONE of these things or anything in-between happened!! After months of communicating with Wendy literally NOTHING had been planned or secured so naturally I began securing my own vendors and decor... long story short it wasn't until about a week before my wedding that I was told that bringing my own decor, securing my own vendors, etc is very out of the norm for Beachview weddings. Upon my arrival Karen (owner) made it a point to pull me aside & let me know that they have a set way of doing things & they normally don't deviate from their way but would "do me the favor" of using my decor, setting up, etc. (never admitting or acknowledging the lack of communication and follow through that caused me to secure my own vendors/decor in the first place, which I had been vocal about twice before) She fully acted as though this was "favor" versus a signed business contract. Had I known this in the beginning I would not have booked my wedding here. Had I known the temperament of Karen I surely would not have booked my wedding here. Even my guests noticed she was all over the place. The day of my wedding my dad (dressed in his wedding clothes) had to set up tables because she exploded in the middle of set up about the lay out of the tables. On two separate occasions she stormed off away from my guests because she couldn't understand their accent while they were asking her a question. She shouted at my DJ and rudely dismissed him for "being late" although he arrived at 3:30pm for a 7pm event.. It was a true mess from start to finish. From securing my own vendors down to my father and other guests setting up some of the wedding as the staff walked around confused from lack of direction and Karen's explosive behavior. Honestly I regret having my wedding here and could not wait for it to be over simply because the planning process with Beachview was so miserable. I paid for wedding coordination services that I did not receive. I'm grateful that the majority of my guests who traveled far were not negatively impacted and overall had a good time. I also appreciate Elaina & Frank who were pleasant and accommodating all weekend. I truly caution you if you are considering having your wedding here. Wendy (wedding coordinator) is very nice but she has zero passion for the business. It is painfully obvious that she gets put through the ringer by Karen, which ultimately makes it very hard for her to do her coordination job. I honestly felt bad for Wendy & other staff members after dealing with Karen first hand. She is truly all over the place.. one moment she will shower you with hospitality and the next moment she is manic with a horrible attitude toward guests and her own staff! Another thing I will caution is the wedding contract... the contract they make you sign for weddings states NOTHING that the bed & breakfast is responsible for and/or promises to execute; it is simply a money grab that ensures they recoup money if anything happen from the client's end. Seeing how they operate, I am sure they purposely omit what clients should expect from them or would have had a lawsuit on their hands by now! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

Yelp
An unbelievable place to stay and relax for our anniversary. Close to everything but also far enough to just sit in the quietness. The breakfasts were undeniably delicious and the owners are just the warmest individuals.

Emily M.

Yelp
This place is beautiful, relaxing, perfectly located and the venue owners/operators are incredible! We stayed and had a wedding on-site and it was incredible. Everyone had nothing but positive experiences, food was outstanding, service was amazing and very clean. Will be staying again!

Lynn C.

Yelp
The place to stay on the tybee island. Clean, well kept, unique design . Not very old and you can tell they didn't cut any corners when building. Coffee shop welcomes you even if you don't stay there . Peach french toast is heavenly. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We were always made feel like a family.

Yelp
What a lovely B&B, 6 stars! A nice 3 building compound, our room was very comfortable, beautiful and absolutely spotlessly clean. Loved the rockers on the covered porches all around. Great location with beaches, pier, restaurants, shops and bars all within blocks. Lots of no charge extras included - bicycles, beach chairs and towels, wine/beer/snacks 3-6pm, etc. Breakfast was wonderful with 6 choices every day, way more than any other B&B we've stayed at. Karen & Frank are outgoing and will proactively accommodate any reasonable request. We didn't try the spa, but it looked very nice inside. Several other guests while we were there were repeat customers. If you're visiting Tybee Island or Savannah, you can't do better than the Beachview!

Yelp
I will start by saying that we stay in B and B's frequently. We stayed in one in North Central TN in early Oct 2020 and then another in Covington GA the first week in November. Beachview is very pretty. We stayed in Mary's Suite with my mother in the adjoining Cove. Pros; 1. Free beach bikes 2. A long block to beach approximately 1/4 mile 3. It's on a very busy street but by 9 pm street noise is minimal and it is quiet. 4. You are allowed to bring your family pup. 5. Front porch is lovely and we had wonderful weather so we could sit outside in the rockers even in the evening. 6. Kathy was extremely friendly and tried hard to please us. 7. There are beach chairs available however we did not use them. 8. We arrived around 6:30 pm but Kathy had called us to let us know how to get into the rooms as she left before we arrived. 9. Very good email prior to arrival with information about restaurants. 10. Small refrigerator in both The Cove and Mary's Suite and microwave in Mary's Suite. Coffee makers in room with both decaf and regular coffee as well as sugar a few creamers 11. Welcome chocolate chip cookies in both rooms on arrival. 12. Rooms were clean on arrival 13. Interesting cats on the property just hanging out. 14. There is free parking which is difficult to find on Tybee Cons; 1. The Cove does not have its own thermostat. I was able to call Kathy and find the spare key to let myself into the room which did control the thermostat in The Cove as my 83 year old mother was cold. Thermostat was set at 67. Once I got her room temp to 71 she was happy. 2. Internet is very spotty and frequently bumps you off. So if you are trying to work remotely it is impossibly frustrating. 3. Breakfast is served in cafe next door. Other non guests are waiting in line to order take out breakfast but guests can sit at the tables. Breakfast is ok but not nearly as good as other B and B's we have been to. Once you get your cup of coffee or juice it is often hard to get refills. Perhaps a small pot of coffee could be left on the table for guests? On the day we left, Saturday breakfast was the best which was 1 waffle, scrambled egg and 2 sausages. Other days you could choose crustless quiche OR French toast casserole OR scrambled eggs and bacon OR a breakfast sandwich on croissant. 4. No linen changes or garbage take out due to Covid. We were there for 4 nights so we had to take out trash and ask for trash bags and new towels as well as coffee and creamers. Kathy was very pleasant helping get us to get these things. She tries very hard. 5. Mary's Suite was very clean when we arrived but there was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. Was not an issue for me as I just put it in the dirty towel pile but some people might not like this. 6. Walls are thin and you can hear who is the next room. 7. Both beds were too soft for us (individual tastes I know ) but Mary's Suite was the worst of the two. With 2 people in a king bed it's tough when you both sink to the middle. This was an issue with one of the other B and B's we stayed at in October as well. I think high end hotels have a schedule they adhere to in regards to replacing mattresses. Not sure same applies to B and B's.

Yelp
This place has a coffee shop that provides breakfast to all, unfortunately they have two classes of service. One for guest and one for patron. As a patron you wait in line, guest move on in, as a patron, you will be disappointed with the food, the scrambled eggs are mixed with your meat choice and they hold the fruit for guest. Save yourself some disappointment and go to the omelet cafe.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Great service and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and extremely responsive. I highly recommend.

Yelp
We just returned home from our Tybee Island vacation. The Beachview Inn was a fabulous place to stay. People were warm and friendly, room beautiful and clean with a one block walk to the beach. So convenient with beach chairs available and bikes. The breakfast provided each day by Karen was spectacular and a big thank you for my delicious Americana coffee. Would highly recommend Beachview Inn for true southern hospitality and a wonderful time.

Yelp
We LOVED The Beachview B&B! Everything about our stay was PERFECT! My husband and I booked The Loveshack for a Monday through Thursday in late August as a small getaway from our busy military lives. As we were passing through Savannah we got a call from Erin (the cook) asking our ETA. She wanted to be sure our room was completely ready for us if we arrived earlier than check in time. We got there around 1200 and found out we had been upgraded to Mary's Suite in the main house. The Loveshack is a block away from the main house, and evidently there was some construction going on at one of the nearby residences. Since there were other rooms available Karen didn't want the noise to bother us, so she put us in a different room. So I can't tell you much about The Loveshack, but I can tell you that I was not disappointed with Mary's Suite. It was perfect! Decorated in a comfortable beachy style and so neat and clean. Also, Erin had a bottle of red wine and a plate of fruit, cheese, and crackers waiting for us in the room. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic every morning... Fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, freshly baked breads, PLUS whatever Erin was whipping up hot in the kitchen. There was always a jar of cookies and coffee ready to brew. Juices, teas, lemonades... Plus bicycles were available for guest use. My husband and I biked everywhere on the little island. We got in about 10 miles a day! The Beachview really didn't leave much to be desired... Except (and this is my ONLY complaint) the wifi. My husband is taking online college courses, and to complete any of his work assignments we had to take his laptops to other establishments. In their defense they were trying fix the problem, but it just didn't happen during our stay. I would (and already have) recommend this B&B to anyone and everyone looking for a nice place to stay on Tybee!

Mike M.

Yelp
Beach View is an awesome example of a great B&B. Karen and Frank have done an amazing job of restoring this property to its visual glory and added modern touches to make it really comfortable. The website pictures are accurate. This is in a really nice location on Tybee, but grab yourself a bike from Fat Tire and you can check out the whole island very easily if you want to get away from the (relative) busyness of this end of the island. Beach View takes care of everything for you. Beach towels, chairs, some beach toys, umbrellas, and ice machine, bottled water. The food was great for breakfast, and there was always a snack and drinks out in the common area. Wifi worked great, but I used it just for my iPhone because the signal is a little weak out there. Super comfy beds, pillows and linens. Sitting on a rocker on the porch listening to the ocean breeze and the waves a couple of blocks away was a wonderful respite from the real world.

Yelp
What a wonderful long weekend! I was in a wedding at Beachview in late March, and the bridal party and some family stayed on-site at the B&B as well. Breakfast every morning was excellent (I'm still dreaming of the cheddar grits and french toast bake!) and our room was beautiful and so clean. Very conveniently located to the beach and restaurants, and they had everything you needed for a day at the beach (towels, sunscreen, chairs) - they even had bikes you could use! I very much appreciated how pet friendly they are also, being able to bring our dog saved us so much money in a dog sitter and the stress of worrying about her while we were away. As far as the wedding went, it was easily one of most well-run weddings I've ever attended or been part of (or planned myself). Karen, Frank, Wendy, and their staff were gracious, friendly, helpful, and so on top of everything. None of us in the bridal party had to worry about anything or track anyone down at any point. They even shuttled us around in the golf cart for photos so we wouldn't have to walk too far in heels. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and if you're in the market, having your wedding here!

D B.

Yelp
The Beachview Inn & Spa was a wonderful experience! Frank and Karen are extremely welcoming and eager to share their beautiful island with visitors. There are beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and plenty of beach cruisers (bikes) to explore Tybee's beaches, restaurants and more! The room (Private's Quarters) was super clean with great wifi connection and a shower with hot water and great pressure. The included breakfast from Java & Juice was delicious, local and very accommodating! Highly recommend this Inn!

Amanda H.

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay at Beachview Inn. The location is great being in walking distance to the beach, pier and so many restaurants. We didn't have to move our vehicle until we made a quick 20-minute trip to Savannah. It was our first visit to Tybee Island. We usually go to the Destin, FL area for the beach. The entire experience was better than expected at Tybee Island and Beachview Inn. So much that we decided to stay an extra night! We enjoyed the comfortable feeling of the breakfast/snack area. The breakfast was super convenient, delicious, and included the perfect options. The afternoon cookies were yummy. We liked the feeling of the older house and how the age has been preserved. It was so much better than looking at plain white walls in a regular hotel room. It was all very peaceful. The mattress was super comfortable and I'm super picky about that. The rocking chairs on the porch are a nice touch that we took advantage of. Everything was very clean. We could tell the owners care about every little detail.

Shane G.

Yelp
I don't recommend. Food mediocre. So hot in pavilion. Air conditioning can't keep up. Owners rude to multiple guests. Turned lights out on us as we were trying to pack up. Will not be back.

Laura B.

Yelp
What a great B&B! The owners and chef were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the Hunter's Nest which was perfect for a weekend getaway and to allow the bridal party to get ready for a wedding. It would have been nicer if only the room was able to get the temp lower, because it got really hot when we were getting ready. The chef makes breakfast daily and always has fresh cookies in the main area. The southern charm of this place from the decor to the hospitality is great. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tybee Island.

Yelp
This review is long over due. Last December my fiancé and I went to visit the Beach View. We picked it as our wedding venue because it was pretty, the location is what were looking for, and most importantly it was in budget. We sat down with Wendy, the owner's daughter, and she did a budget for us for 50 guests. It was spot on. We signed a contract, paid the deposit, and started to plan our wedding. A month or two down the line our wedding started growing (funny how that happens). I called Wendy and asked what the maximum capacity would be. She said she would ask her mother and get back to me. She TEXTED me to tell me it was 100 people but there would be a 20 dollar charge per additional table needed for table clothes. Cool. No biggie. Wendy had been great through this process about finding cost saving tricks. For instance she suggested half pieces of cake because it was a brunch wedding. Any way fast forward to a little over a month prior to the wedding, I called Wendy and let her know our final count was 80 people. I doubled check my math was correct based off the written estimate she'd given me. She said it sounded close and would send me the final bill. Later the night I got a phone call for her mother, the owner Karen. Karen left me a voicemail ranting, crying, yelling (I still have it). Saying that the package I selected was for a max of 25 people (then why did Wendy in writing quote me for 50 and in writing say the max was 100). She also told me that it would not be 25 dollars per person but 90 dollars per person. WTF! Of course I called her. I tried as calmly as I could to try to understand this person. She screamed at me. Cried. Called me names. All witnessed by my fiancé. She told me I was cheap and took advantage of her daughter. Her daughter is in her late 30s to 40s and I never asked her to reduce a single price. She did tell me she'd refund my deposit and room deposit but needed to know now! Because she had another wedding booked that weekend and she could just give them the rooms.... oh I get it now... we left it as she would give us a new quote for wedding or we could cancel. A decision must be made the following day. Who cares we have a signed contract? Who cares we put down a deposit? We decided to cancel and figure it out. We did not want this women who we perceived as emotionally unstable in charge of our wedding. I let her know the next day we'd take our deposit back. She basically told me I was wrong and all weddings go over budget. She did call us the next day and offer to do the wedding at the original price. Umm no thank you. I assume this is because she called the other wedding and they changed their minds. Her venue was never rebooked that weekend. Now to find the time to report them to Better Business Bureau and Small Claims Court because our deposit WAS not completely refunded. She decided to keep money to cancel the cake and photographer. She never showed proof of those charges and it was her fault anyway.

Yelp
The Beachview Bed & Breakfast did a fabulous job hosting our wedding. The rooms are gorgeous and the food is delicious. Breakfast was amazing every day! Karen and Wendy were incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. They were always able to answer my questions and make everything easy. Day of the wedding, there was rain and we had to change plans last minute. They worked so hard to make everything perfect and to make sure I didn't have to worry about anything! I was able to enjoy every moment of my day, everything turned out beautifully, and I greatly appreciate all the effort they put in!

James I.

Yelp
What great spot to relax and enjoy the quiet community on Tybee. Breakfast is not to be missed in the morning and whenever an issue popped up someone was available to help make it right. I can't say enough good things about a genuine B&B that offers a warm and inviting home with all the southern charm and appearance anyone could want from a visit. As this was the off-season the island was quiet and provided a perfect respite for a quick weekend away. I would love to come back when it warms up to enjoy the many beach amenities that the house offers! Be sure to make time to say hello to the house cats that lounge around the porch and enjoy a glass of wine with some dessert before you call it a night.

Al S.

Yelp
Beachview Inn & Spa take care of you like a friend coming to town for a visit. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. You will get personalized recommendations and help with arranging whatever you need. With COVID concerns, this was the only place I felt comfortable staying as their cleaning standards are always excellent. They are taking extra steps to make sure you feel safe during your stay. I can never say enough about the staff and wonderful place that is Beachview. The spa is looking amazing and is a great addition with some amazing services! I am sad to leave each and every time we stay. My friends and family will be back, though I know it will not be soon enough for me! I can't wait to use the spa and get another great massage!

Andrew H.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing stay! Wonderfully clean and comfy atmosphere. Homemade breakfast each morning. Accommodations are beyond expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves every minute of our stay!! This is a must-stay place for us every time we visit Tybee Island! And to be honest... we will come here just to stay at this incredible Bed & Breakfast!!!

Kathy G.

Yelp
It is a nice place and great location! The room was large. The only thing about the room I would change is to add an additional TV on the wall in the bedroom. You could see the tv from your bed, but it was far away in the front room. The owner and chef were always willing to help and we used the bikes on site to tour the island. The food on the island was good. Felt safe walking from the restaurants to Beach View at night. Our trip was in December 2016, after Christmas. The weather was foggy in the morning, but beautiful during the day and at night. The rocking chairs are nice on the porch, with a throw if you got cold.

Courtney S.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place 10 stars. It was exactly what my husband I envisioned when we were looking for a Tybee bed & breakfast. The owners Frank & Karen are so nice and welcoming. The rooms are adorable. The house is close to the beach. They make a homemade breakfast each morning and it's delicious food!! The have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and bikes all free to use while you are there. Made going to the beach so enjoyable. In the evenings they have a happy hour with cookies, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. The rooms are reasonably priced! You can stay in this amazing place for the same price as one of those trashy hotels! I'll take this place any day. We will definitely be back. Thank you Karen for such a perfect Tybee Island experience.

Laurel K.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at the Beachview in September 2013. It was a wonderful experience. I am a fanatic about cleanliness and have to inspect my room before I can relax and settle in. Karen, the owner, is also extremely dedicated to cleanliness and the room was spotless - every day. Not even sand on the floors. I would love to know how she manages this at a beach b&b! She even has the mattresses and pillows in allergy encasements (why doesn't everyone in hospitality do this?!). On our first night, Karen and Frank took us out on their boat to watch the sunset. You can tell they truly love their business and their customers. The service and experience was over the top and definitely a great value. Aside from the spotless rooms and warm greeting, Beachview is perfect in every way. The breakfast and coffee was delicious every morning (my husband is a coffee snob and he approves). In the early afternoon they serve beer and wine with yummy snacks (fruit, cheese, cookies). And everything you need is included - bikes, ice for your cooler, beach chairs, beach towels... I think there was even a basket for sunscreen. We loved it so much, we've already booked a return trip for this spring.

Stephen S.

Yelp
Better than any Hotel! What hotel provides an everyday, unique, hot, ready to go breakfast made within minutes? What hotel hosts wine, soft drinks and hors d'oeurves every evening? What hotel provides bicycles to ride, unlimited water, coffee, tea all day. What hotel provides towels, sunscreen, chairs and umbrellas at no charge for the beach that is a block away? There is a porch with chairs with a view of the beach. ALL of the rooms are gorgeous and fun and clean and tastefully decorated and furnished. We have stayed in Mary's Suite twice, two years in a row and I intend to go back. Karen, the owner, is a former realtor and contractor. Who better to create the perfect place to vacation? This place is rated #2 by Trip Advisor on Tybee Island but, in my opinion, it should be #1 with a bullet! Check out their website. The rooms look EVEN BETTER than the pictures when you are there in person! I had never stayed at a B&B before my first stay in 2016. I have been spoiled! Lots of sites to see near Tybee and Savannah (30 minutes away) is a historical treasure, a beautiful city with great things to do and fantastic restaurants.

Chris C.

Yelp
Got married on the beach and spen 3 wonderful nights in this fabulous B&B!! Will definitely go back

Debra S.

Yelp
Wonderful mini vacation. Gorgeous rooms, incredible hospitality, delicious breakfast and the best location. One block to the beach and shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc.. No need to drive anywhere. We will be back

Macy M.

Yelp
I have visited many places at tybee over the years and this is by far the best place to stay. Great breakfast, home made snacks, and drinks! Each room is cared for carefully and cleaned with care. I loved the location, bikes, food, and the other sweet people that were there while we stayed there! I couldn't have asked for more from a bed and breakfast!!

Kat E.

Yelp
Had a perfect girls weekend! This place is so cute and right across the street from the beach. Great amenities, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and perfect atmosphere. Will definitely come back and have a romantic weekend with the boyfriend next time.

There is so much we could say about our Beachview trip this past summer. Tybee is a beautiful island, and Beachview was the perfect place to stay. We seriously cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The kitchen is always stocked with yummy treats, something delicious to drink, and the breakfast will keep you going all day! We really liked how we could easily access the end of the island that tended to be much less populated. Beachview is perfectly located, the owner is so kind, and everything is ready and waiting for you such as bikes, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. We can't wait to get back!!!

Yelp
- Our "Waterscape" Room was tastefully decorated, spacious and clean as was the whole inn, from interior to exterior. Breakfasts were served every morning that were displayed attractively and tasty. Karen, the owner, hosted a daily 5")) PM happy hour, but was friendlier to some guests more than others, Her husband was aloof.. The support staff were personable, genuine and contributed greatly to our stay. Beach view is located just a couple of bocks from the beach- no need to bring beach towels, sunscreen, cairns nor umbrellas- just relax. A good choice for a vacation

Yelp
A great place to stay! Very close to the beach! Beds are very comfortable and a wonderful breakfast and with snacks served throughout the day!

Yelp
This bed and breakfast does not look anything like the pictures online. Upon arrival the rooms smelled stale, and of smoke/chemicals. My husband has asthma. Rooms advertised as smoke free, but outside the room was a container for cigarette butts. We told the owner that we could not stay in rooms in this condition. Instead of apologizing and crediting our account the owner immediately began to charge us for a full stay (4 nights). We are currently in dispute with this establishment along with our credit card company. Buyer beware!

Yelp
Way above 5 star!! Romantic, fun, and relaxing....We knew as we walked up the stairs and heard the wind chimes we were going to stay here! Karen and Frank are very pleasant and helpful in their efforts to make sure you have fun on the Island. The Island walk/loop is a must and was a great suggestion. Chef Erin cooked an amazing breakfast of Ricotta Lemon Pancakes, thick bacon and onion scrambled eggs! She even chatted with us about great places to check out on our stay and offered us yogurt parfaits. Our room was majestic and the wind blown curtains and wind chimes on the deck as we lounged in our rocking chairs at happy hour with free drinks was the highlight of our stay! We will definitely be back and will suggest this place to everyone we know! They just finished a brand new Wedding and Event pavilion that is really cool and well thought out! The owner even called and made kayak rentals for us! Just a few notes: Includes, breakfast, beach coolers, sunscreen, umbrellas, bikes, towels, happy hour, coffee, tea and a romantic atmosphere. Beds were amazing and each room was special!! BEST DEAL ON THE BEACH!!!

Yelp
Karen & Frank provided everything that they said they were going to provide and they were as laid back and accommodating as can be. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Love the bunnies.

Yelp
My husband and I just got back from staying at this wonderful bed and breakfast. It was a little mini week end get away/ belated anniversary trip for us. The owners are very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. The room we had was very comfortable. We did exactly what we wanted to do, we went to the beach, and then we would sit back and relax on the veranda in the evenings.

Yelp
Very comfortable and fun place ...great food in the mornings especially. There was some construction going on which is great for the house and it's future guests and the owners were trying to be accommodating but you can't control the power board ya know...especially not in GA. I would recommend this place to anyone !!! GREAT STUFF !!!
