Overall the hotel has a great location, beats great sunsets, sunrise, food spots. Now, for a nicely price per night they should at least have better mattresses, and definitely offer room service. Towels were changed only when swapped for used ones, bed sheets …. Yup you have to change them yourself and bring your used ones down. Elevator,,. Super slow due to the weekend value of clients staying in there, either more elevators are needed or a better flow of clients needs to be put in place

You get what you pay for. The walls are extremely thin — we could hear the neighboring guest snoring, and strong cooking smells lingered in our room, which is not what you’d expect from a resort-style property. The elevators were slow and frequently overcrowded, adding to the overall frustration. It also appeared that the property does not receive a thorough deep clean, as cleanliness standards felt lacking. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean stay where you feel comfortable and secure, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Best location ever. Amazing view. The girls at the front desk Daniela and Heidy, they are extremely helpful and kind. They guided me to local restaurants and beaches. if it wasn't for them, I would have been lost. I will stay no other place. Thanks Beachwalk for an awesome time.

Meh lol Tons of additional fees, spent an additional $120 for a two night stay after already paying $650 to book the place. Also our car was like being held hostage by the valet driver at first lol we had to plead with him to let us get our things out of the car when we were checking in. Rooms are clean! View is wonderful! Service is just very mediocre. We left early hahahah

Stayed at this resort from February 13-15th and horrible experience. The valet is extremely expensive and inconvenient. They took around 30 minutes to get my vehicle and were very rude. You have to pay extra to use the amentities but when you go to the beach it’s first come first serve for the chairs. We waited half an hour to get a chair and even then we did not get towels because they didn’t have. Do not recommend staying here.

I've been here for a few months and overall have enjoyed my stay. The staff is nice and pleasant, especially Daniella. She is always smiling and in a great mood and very helpful. We're on the 29th floor with a great view of the intracoastal, there's even some ocean front view which was a nice surprise that I was not expecting. Despite being on the 29th floor, the elevator is very fast. Its a little slow during peak hours which is normal, but during the week, the elevator comes very quick and theres rarely anyone in the elevator when I get in. There's plenty of restaurants nearby, walmart across the street, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. Overall nice property with great views and I would stay here again!

This property was a complete failure. The unit was dirty on arrival—filthy floors, dirt and damage on walls, and broken curtains. This was not a quick wipe-down issue. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies just to make it livable. I’m posting photos, including the Swiffer pad after cleaning the floors, to show how bad it really was. We were given only one key for four people, which caused constant access problems. Parking and valet were a disaster due to misinformation. While my vehicle was in valet custody, it was damaged by a valet employee. They claim they’ll fix it, but until repairs are completed back home, nothing is confirmed. I have zero trust in anyone associated with this place. Safety was also a major concern. Elevators malfunctioned and trapped occupants, requiring a fire department response. Staff were seen manually operating elevators and bypassing floors, which was alarming. Wait times averaged 20–30 minutes for only two working cars, and when doors finally opened, people were packed in tightly, definitely beyond safe capacity. There was no accountability from on-site management. Airbnb was the only party that accepted responsibility and tried to help. We ended our stay early. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This resort can have an absolutely breath-taking view depending on the unit that you stay in. I've mostly stayed here via Airbnb rentals and have had decent luck. It is very close to the beach, many grocery stores and restaurants. I stayed there last weekend and one of the two elevators was broken. If your unit is any higher than the 15th floor, you will be waiting over 20-30 minutes for the elevator. The elevator wait was the main inconvenience of my stay. But on a brighter note, the second elevator was fixed by the last day of my stay. Also, parking is either valet or self-park and it's a daily rate of $35. I bit the bullet and paid for valet just to avoid further discrepancies. As for amenities, I didn't utilize any; but I did notice that the pool is small and usually crowded. I'd recommend just walking over to the beach. I suggest booking via AirBnB so you can actually see what you are getting. I am not completely against staying here.

BEWARE: The Nightmare That is BEACHWALK RESORT 2602 E. Hallandale Boulevard, Hallandale Beach, FL As a seasoned traveler who has been around the globe, I can confidently say this was the worst experience I have ever had. From start to finish, BEACHWALK RESORT proved to be a masterclass in deceit and disrespect. 1. Deceptive Upfront Payment I booked through Booking.com under the impression that I would pay at the property upon arrival, as is standard with most accommodations. But no--I was forced to pay upfront, $335 (for 2 nights), BEFORE I arrived. Had I been able to pay at check-in, I would have turned around and found accommodations elsewhere the moment I encountered their front desk antics. 2. Hidden Fees and Holds When I arrived, I was hit with a barrage of undisclosed fees: $60 in resort fees ($30/day) for amenities I didn't even use. $60 for valet parking ($30/day) for a garage where you could easily park your own car. $750 in holds on my account--$500 for the owner and $250 for the property. No one disclosed these holds in advance. Not only did this leave me unable to access $750 of my own money during my stay, but I was also told I'd have to wait 10 days or more to get it released after checkout. When I called customer service about the $500 hold, their representative actually said: "You didn't need to know about the hold because it's not a charge." Excuse me? A $500 authorization that I "didn't need to know about"? Completely unacceptable. 3. Mismanaged Check-In Process Upon arrival, the front desk staff couldn't find my reservation. This wasn't their fault. In fact, they openly shared that this happens all the time and that nearly every guest has similar complaints. I want to emphasize that the staff--front desk and valet--were doing the best they could in a clearly dysfunctional system. They were courteous and professional, but I don't envy them for having to deal with the constant fallout from management's lack of transparency and care. 4. Disgusting and Dated Accommodations For the $335 upfront payment (which included a $120 cleaning fee), I expected a clean and comfortable room. What I got instead was horrifying: A pubic hair on the bathroom floor. Gross bedding that looked and felt unclean. An AC closet housing an old mop, bucket, and toilet brush. Seriously? Oh, and let's not forget: No telephone in the room. No body soap provided. Thankfully, I brought my own, but how does a "resort" overlook something as basic as soap? The bathroom design was equally ridiculous. The shower had a handle on the outside but nothing on the inside to close the door. Clearly, no thought went into the functionality of this space. 5. Disruptive and Inconsiderate Practices Housekeeping began banging on my door at 10:45 AM even though checkout wasn't until 11:00 AM. I was already rushing to escape this disaster, but they still managed to irritate me on the way out. To top it all off, I waited 40 minutes for an elevator just to leave the property. Forty. Minutes. This was the final straw in an already abysmal experience. 6. Absurd Policies The absurdity of this place didn't end with the fees. If you wanted to use a trolley cart for your luggage, you had to hand over your ID to borrow it. Really? Do they think people are going to steal a cart and drive home with it? The True Cost of Staying at BEACHWALK RESORT Let's break it down: $335 upfront payment for the room and cleaning fee. $60 in resort fees ($30/day). $60 for valet parking ($30/day). $750 in holds ($500 for the owner, $250 for the property). That's $1,205 of my money tied up for two nights in a subpar, dirty, and poorly managed property. Final Verdict I have traveled the world, staying in hotels, resorts, and Airbnb rentals of all kinds, and this was, by far, the WORST experience I have ever had. BEACHWALK RESORT is a deceptive, overpriced scam. I urge anyone reading this to save your money, your time, and your sanity by booking literally anywhere else. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE.

Upon my arrival, this is what I found' I was completely disgusted the place had a completely bad odor I'm no longer at this hotel I have checked out at 6:45 am I didn't sleep trying to contact someone ' an I pacifically left in the notes that today was my birthday, and I came in to celebrate my birthday! Have been trying to get in contact with someone from the property and still have not heard anything. Please be aware they are going through booking.com

Rented/Airbnb a one bedroom for 29 days. We were extremely disappointed with our current stay at Beachwalk Condos 2600 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. We moved to Florida from New York for a new job, which was already a stressful transition, and our experience with this rental has added unnecessary frustration. Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were so dirty that our feet turned black from walking on them. When we attempted to clean our feet in the shower, the drain backed up, forcing us to purchase Draino to unclog it. Despite a visit from the cleaners who mopped the floors, they remain visibly dirty, with built-up grime in the grout and corners. This is far from the "perfect" apartment described in their listing, especially considering we paid over $3,100 for this stay. Adding to our frustration, we received a call asking for permission to show the apartment due to the owner wanting to put it up for sale, with the offer of one free night as compensation. Given the stress and trouble we have already endured, this offer was hardly sufficient. We needed to go buy a wet/dry vacuum and after we used it we still needed to get on our hands and knees to get it clean. To make matters worse, the listing did not mention the $300 per car parking fee and mandatory valet parking, which totals $600 for our two cars. We were informed of this only after booking, leaving us with no time to find alternative accommodations. As we are on a strict budget, these unexpected expenses have added significant stress. To get thoroughly disgusted see the pics. Don't rent at this place it is terrible.

Do not stay here, this place is a scam. We stayed for two nights back in December and never got our $200 deposit back. I've sent several emails to no avail and can never get through to anyone on the phone. Today when I tried to follow up via email again, I got an email back saying that email address no longer exists. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

Absolutely miserable place. I have traveled all over the world from Istanbul to Dubai and Shanghai I have never seen such deception. The rooms are poorly designed and the service is terrible. They changed my room in the middle of the night. Every customer looks angry. They deserve a class action lawsuit or a big complaint with better business bureau.

If i could put 0 dollars i would the front desk as an collective are extremely unprofessional and lack the common sense to deal with tourists or the customer on a respectful level. Also they barely speak any english so there is any extreme language barrier and they come off as rude seeing you have to ask them to repeat their self. I will never be staying here again ive been waiting to check in for 45mins and counting now definitely trying to switch my room tomorrow.

First off - avoid booking this property through Expedia. They market this on their site as a hotel, but it's actually been converted to independently owned air bnb units as of Oct. 1st. There was no communication about the change before we arrived. Expedia has been useless in helping with our concerns. No follow up & even rejected my hotel review related to this property on their site. We arrived to a dirty, smelly, disgusting room. The rooms are dated with old carpeting. They have an okay view, but the rest is dated & dirty. The front desk said since they are air bnb units they are not responsible for cleaning and toiletries. They also said we had the room booked for only one night when the reservation clearly states we are confirmed for 3! The only saving grace for us was the help of a woman at the desk named Indira. She was kind enough to get someone to clean the dirty room & give us a few towels. I would avoid booking here.

Check-in a complete clusterf@#k. Cars backed up on the road and nobody can get in or out of the tight circle neat reception. Check-in time is 4:00 and there at least six parties waiting for their rooms at 5:00. Pool is nice but hanging out there for hours waiting for a room gets very old.

Perfect location! The location is great, close by Walmart, Publix, Burlington, Ross and a few other restaurants. The beach is also close by but you do have to cross a bridge to get there so keep that in mind. Staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful during our stay (we are on the Airbnb side) Pool area is always clean and again the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. You get one pool towel per person and must return it once you leave the pool area. Apartments are beautiful and very spacious! Gorgeous views and perfect balconies to sit outside and have breakfast or just lounge around

Cockroaches!!!!!!!! Cockroaches Cockroaches The rooms looking cute are deceiving... there is a roach infestation in the room we are in.. the carpet looks like no one has cleaned it in years. It's nice to have the amenities we need but I don't want to be cooking food or have anything out of there are cockroaches running around all over it. Looks like they just hatched bc they are in our bedrooms and kitchen and living-room. The building itself is nice but There is only 1 working elevator for 30plus floors of rooms. Line to the entrance door from the elevators... make sure you aren't in a hurry. They take about 1hour each way. The pool is tiny, for the amount of people there are in these buildings. It's unfortunate.

I got COMPLETELY SCAMMED by this place. PLEASE look at the pictures of the room I got compared to what they advertise. I also booked this place with my rewards travel points and Capital One won't do anything bc Beachwalk won't approve the refund. So I lost $1000 and was up til 2:30 am the night of my checkin trying to find somewhere else to stay (costing me another $1000 for my trip). My room looked like it would be room drug addicts and prostitutes rent by the hour. Completely disgusting.

You pay for the view let me tell you hotel is gross the elevators takes at least 20 minutes and then when you finally get on it you stops at each floor it's packed no room to breath in the elevators if got plans make sure you give yourself time because you wait a long time for the elevators. The staff isn't nice at all not helpful. Top it off our last night at the hotel the valet lost our key and ruined our last night at the hotel. They finally found it 5 hours later missed our dinner and then didn't even call us to tell us the found the key nothing we had to go back down to find out they found it. Just wouldn't recommend staying to the price they charge you

The view is amazing but otherwise? It's terrible. Our air conditioning was broken. My bed broke twice. The fire alarm malfunctioned and we had to evacuate 3 times between 5:30 am and 7:30 am. One of the elevators broke down and the fire department had to come get the passengers out. And these are just the incidental problems. The things that really bugged us ... Only two elevators for 29+ floors (one time I had to wait 10m for one with room for me to get on) The pool closes at 7pm. The "bistro" is only open when the clerk feels like opening it. The beach shuttle stops at 5pm. There isn't any kind of shop where you can buy a bottle of water or candy bar, etc. No place in the lobby to get a drink of water, even though it's in the 80s and 90s and crazy humid. You have to request room cleaning and PAY for it. I could go on. Even though the staff is very nice, they don't really do anything to help.

The worst Hotel that I ever stayed in . Elevator literally doesn't work ! Waited for 20 minutes. It's crazy . And it broken they can't even fix it ? I have three kids and a newborn. Worst . Pool even small no amenities. Nothing . Breakfast some days open little coffee shop some days closed. Horrible . No options. This hotel is not for picky people. Even toilet paper they give u one ! I asked for more , she was like we gave u two yesterday!?!?!???!?!??! I'm like reallyyyyyy just no words. Can't wait to go home. Bad bad and sad experience of my life. Also there was a raining storm when I was here but that's beside the point . Oh and security guy was nasty . I went to the gym and he said you can't be here with your kids . Get out .

The photos online looked amazing! We were so excited about staying here. We scheduled to stay here the weekend before our cruise and the rate and views were striking. 2 weeks or so before we arrived, we communicated with the property manager and he seemed friendly and nice. He gave us his phone number, in case we had any issues and suggested we can call at any time, since we were arriving late in the night. The check-in service was very nice and simple, but strange.... They started telling us about the owner, the caretaker and the building management were not all aligned, so we headed to the room we were assigned. The moment we got to the room, it reeked of smoke and we immediately saw stains on the floor. Without wasting a moment or unpacking, we texted the manager who we communicated with before we arrived, since it was very late. We told him about the condition and he made believe he cared, suggested he would see if he had another room, but nothing happened. We didn't unpack until the next day, thinking he would get back to us, to no avail. Since it was Friday and we were leaving on Sunday, we waited to late on Friday to see if he would call us back. We called him and he stated he is communicating with the building and would get back to us. Nothing! The TVs did not work. The Smoke detectors were removed and inoperable, which explains the smoke smell. At 2AM, there was a high pitched sound coming from the AC closet, which I recorded and called the building, in fear of something seriously wrong. The building stated that they have had these complaints before, but it was up to the tenant to fix it. I will never stay here, or a similar building, for concern of getting an apartment like that again.

Well, upon checkin, there's a line and wellllll if you're black no one will really be eager to help you. I was highly upset. The stay itself was okay, the price is usually decent depending on where you book through. I may give them a chance again, but not any time soon i hope.

Do not. I repeat do not use this place. I had a terrible experience and to this day all they did was ignore and avoid my contact. I'm pursuing legal action if anything now. I starts 6 days 5 nights and I have pictures to prove everything that wasn't my fault they ruined my birthday and time with my kids. The ac was broken before I got there ,it was ridiculously hot, the ac flooded out my room, and they wouldn't assist with cleaning the water out of drying anything. The fire alarms were all broken. The sheets had stains and dirty weren't changed and was ripped and tucked in the sides no pillow cases. The carpet was soaked. He ac flood alert alarm went off my entire stay. And I have videos pictures emails to prove it they never compensated me for it, no refund, or atleast a better room to make up for what they caused my entire stay. My kids are asthmatic had to leave the heat and smell was terrible. And even the washing machine and dryer was broken I was trying to use to wash damaged clothes from their leak and flood of ac. I paid 1k and it's been the biggest loss ever they ruined my birthday they even admitted it. They knew the room wasn't habitable and made sure they had my full deposit .ahead of time. But didn't inspect the room before I got there. And it's almost may again and still no contact very rude and I rather warn people of this. They don't respond to bbb . So I do also plan to go on channel 7 . They accepted my complaint for help me Howard. They are very unprofessional. I work corporate as well and with the nature of what happened I'd definitely refund or redo customers stay especially being at fault. Don't do it. Don't stay at beach walk on Hallandale bch blvd the air bnb neither resort side. U will regret it

Check in is a disgrace to the hotel industry. the desk clerk had to purposely write our room was 3205 after an hour and half found a maid that could speak english and told us it is mph on elevator! Get to our room and it looks nothing like the room advertised and all I can say is the view is fabulous. The parking is $175.00 plus taxes for 3 days. Our room has no air conditioning working. they come up unclog the condensation line and it is shut down again. maintenance does the same thing, every 4 hours until the go off duty at 11 p.m. The fully equipped kitchen has one pan and the bedrooms have the smallest cheapest pillows with no extras. People save your money and go to the Hampton Inn or do drop in. Until tomorrow good night. will update tomorrow when maintence comes back on duty. Had I not prepaid a week I would have been gone in an hour upon arrival. would give it zero stars but cannot post without a star

My go to hotel/Airb&b when in south Florida. The hotel is perfectly located across the beach in which the hotel offer daily shuttles across a small bridge. Nearby there is various restaurants, supermarkets, liquor store, mall and casino. All rooms offer great views and balconies. The one bedroom unit provide a kitchen, living room area and washer & dryer. The lobby area is extremely busy around check in time (4pm) so try to check a bit later to avoid waiting too long or sitting in traffic. Only down side to this hotel is the elevator, there are only two and it takes a while for one to become available cause of the delays.

Great location! Walk to the beach or take the shuttle that runs every 15mins. We had a hotel room, 2 beds, small fridge, coffeemaker, BEAUTIFUL view on the patio all day long. You have to request cleaning services, which wasn't a big deal to us. The pool area is great; nice view on the intercoastal. There's no hotel restaurant but more than enough a short drive away There is a Walmart and CVS right across the street which was very convenient. The front desk staff efficient and extremely pleasant. I would definitely stay again!

FALSE ADVERTISING!! Beach is quite a distance and the staff on the AirB&B side - were not very helpful or friendly ( the Hotel side Staff were extremely friendly- literally night and day in attitude!). There was nothing provided in the room as the Airbnb person needs to do that - and all though the host was responsive to the request- she never supplied the items. When she ( or had someone) come into the room - while we were gone - the door was left ajar - so our room was unlocked for many hours !! The Elevator was EXTREMELY SLOW- 2 elevators for 30 floors and staff / housekeeping/ maintenance used those elevators as well- making the elevators even more congested- especially during peak hours. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I'm a pretty laid back traveler and don't expect a lot out of hotels /AirBNB - but this place along with the host- didn't even meet the minimum expectations!! Really wish - I would have Paid the extra $$ and stayed at Margaritaville Resort- Run as far as you can from this so called Resort!!!

Cheap hotel next to the beach. I know they present like "luxury" through pictures, but overall it is not. Hotel is in Hallandale right next to the bridge. Super close to the beach, walking distance which is nice. They have regular rooms and suite type rooms all for a good price. Overall good place to stay for what it is. My only real concern was the lack of covid protocol. The elevators have no limits and there are only two elevators for over 20 something floors. This creates an issue bc the the wait time for the elevator is so long and then when they finally come people crowd in them as if we are not in a pandemic. Elevators had anywhere from 7-10 ppl in the small confined space and would stop on every floor which drew the ride out longer.

This place kinda confused the hell out of me. We actually booked it through AirBnB. Is it a hotel? A condo? A little of each? I. Just. Don't. Know. Parking is expensive, but there's free street parking right nearby. The staff were friendly enough. But they weren't exactly super welcoming in the way that I'm used to at other places. There's two towers and a nice lobby with free fruity water. There are only two elevators. So the wait for elevator can, literally, be 10 mins. It gets insane. And some of the elevator doors are scratched with graffiti. The hallways look nice and have some neat art / pics. Our adjoining rooms were kind of a disaster. Very stained carpets. Horrible smells. Couldn't control the temperature/ thermostat. Not enough towels. Etc. Etc. Fair warning: Some folks like to blast their music on their balconies late at night. So leaving the balcony doors open for a nice ocean breeze wasn't really an option. All that said, though, the view is AMAZE. And if your goal is to hit the beach, you can't beat the location. You can literally walk to Hallandale Beach. It's also convenient to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. There's plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around, etc.

This is the WORST hotel on the planet for a black family. Does not matter if you pay $400 for the apartment. Front desk is unfriendly. Valet is not there and arrives with an attitude. Carbon Monoxide alarm goes off twice at 12:30Am and 1:30am. Maintenance decides to assault my CHILDREN in the lobby while i speak with the attending firefighters, angry and belligerent because I called the fire department alarm that THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO, EXCEPT TO SHOW OFF TOUGHNESS TO A GROUP OF MINORS. Be warned.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered regarding a hotel.. The service was awful, the hotel reeked of marijuana and they required each guest to wear a wristband because of unwanted guests they have issues identifying. Once we checked in, we had about $250-$300 additional fees we were required to pay which included parking that the hotel didn't have. Once we got into our room, we found almost ALL the dishes were dirty (food still on forks), bed sheets were still dirty, and the floor was disgusting. I felt extremely unsafe the whole time and ended up checking out immediately. I would not recommend this place to anyone and the pics online make this place look high end, but it wasn't at all.

The hotel is definitely not luxury as the pictures. The hotel lobby is very small. You will pay for parking upfront although other hotels make you pay at the end. ( third party parking staff was very accommodating) . The toilets are stopped up. All maintenance does is plunge, we flush one time and its back broke. Hotel has over 20 floors and only 2 elevators to accommodate guest. Elevators are so backed up we have to take stairs. ( we have 2 pregnant women and 2 elderly people). The restrooms are small. Because of covid, I assume thats why we are short on towels. On the good side, the rooms are a nice size. We were a party of 9 adults and 4 kids so it was plenty of room for us. (We had 2, 2 bedroom suite). Overall, we enjoyed our Christmas here but will not stay at this hotel again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The only good thing I can say about this place is that it's relatively cheap. However, there's several other places you could go to for a similar price that's way better than this dumpster fire of a hotel. The staff are rude, lazy, and not accommodating whatsoever. The only nice staff that I encountered was the security and the front desk guy that has pink hair. The rooms are not well cleaned and overall pretty disgusting. There was barbecue sauce spilled all over the floor on our floor near the elevators. It took them 3 days to notice and clean it, despite seeing many cleaning staff constantly being on the elevator. The elevator situation is horrendous. This will significantly hinder your experience. We waited 20 minutes to get down from our room to the lobby. There's 30 floors but only 2 elevators, one of which doesn't always work which makes it very hard to easily access anything outside the hotel. The place is pretty crowded with guests which makes the already slow elevators extremely crowded. The pool is very small and a lot of the guests tend to be very loud and obnoxious. (I totally understand being loud and having fun but this wasn't the case, they were clearly very inconsiderate of the other people around them). The balcony had a decent view but isn't nice because it constantly reeked of weed. Definitely somewhere you shouldn't take your kids, not kid friendly whatsoever. Another very annoying thing- if you have naturally straight or wavy hair that tends to get greasy, stay away! They have a hard water problem that will not fully clean your hair and leave it very greasy and disgusting. I've been to plenty of hotels in Florida and have never had this experience before. If you are going to any significant event such as a nice dinner, birthday, etc, you definitely don't want to stay somewhere where the shower doesn't wash your hair and leaves you feeling dirty and disgusting! Any nice pictures of this place is deceiving. I had to leave mid stay to go somewhere else because I couldn't handle the poor conditions. Save more money to stay somewhere nicer, I wish I did! ANY OTHER HOTEL IS NICER THAN THIS ONE!

Worst place ever ! Bathroom did not flush for 2 days and had to run around for 2 days at restaurants to use the bathroom, asked for service twice called 4 times no one ever came ! Horrible experience. Stay away.

Good location but the elevator situation is absolutely ridiculous. They only have one working elevator for a 30+ story building. You will wait an hour and it will SIGNIFICANTLY affect your experience and hamper your ability to go to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. Do NOT stay here!!!

This resort is full of people smoking Marijuana, not a place to stay with kids. It smells soo bad! I'm here for 4 nights and We didn't even get a crib for our infant as I called ahead to reserve 1 week before. Terrible customer service. Valet is busy busy! Make sure to park somewhere else. Never will I make reservations here in the future. Also, housekeepers didn't even clean my room.

Very pathetic excuse of an resort. The front desk is very rude and careless. Couldn't even get extra towels. The lady hung up on us when we called back a second time for towels after a 2 hour wait. They charge you extra for a "damage deposit" after you pay for the room. It's refundable but that's something that should be included in the price. THERE IS NO PARKING UNLESS YOU VALET! You will have to find parking on your own. Also they charge 100$ for a background check as well. The photos are what the room looks like upon arrival. The towels were stained. The carpet is stained. The lamps do not work and you can tell someone heavily partied in this room before. The ice container also smells like weed. The WiFi is absolutely horrible and if your a business person I do not recommend even trying to connect. You're better off getting a WiFi hotspot or going to the nearest Starbucks. There is also NO ROOM SERVICE. There's also no soap holder or anything in the shower which means you're going to be holding the bar of soap the whole time unless you have a gel bottle you can sit on the floor. This is by far one of the lowest end resorts I've ever stayed in and this is a joke compared to Miami's normal standard. I will not be revisiting this one again and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this resort. There is a reason why it stated why it's NON REFUNDABLE. The Better Business bureau has been notified.

Even after this email, I had to make over a half a dozen phone calls to get anything done. Was not till late Thursday afternoon that the air mattress was delivered with no sheets or blankets. Not till Friday evening that we were given more towels. We didn't have enough towels to even goto the beach and that is all my son wanted to do for our entire vacation. This is the worst rental property and stay we have ever experienced with a company. They do not care about your concerns and they do not care to make it right or compensate you for all the troubles they have caused. Do not waist your money with this unprofessional company. Resort not at all rooms are low budget,dirty and they only have one elevator for 30 floors. I expected so much more for the price. I visited last summer and just taking the time to write my review. But from the recent reviews I see nothing has changed.

I could ditto just about every bad review. Not impressive. No instructions at check in. Not clean. Every morning and evening were greeted by the smell of weed coming from other rooms/balconies. No washcloths. We were told they had a shortage. Towels had holes in them. Parking had an arm bar that wouldn't raise, so every time we wanted to park our car we had to get someone from the desk to walk down and use a clicker to open it. Our first time in the Miami area, so lesson learned. Inexpensive is not the way to go.

We book this place for 3 nights through airbnb his name is Daniel and it was the worst experience ever all beds are broken they came to fix it and they did was stuff the bottom bed with sofas cushions the walls are all stained the locks are broken shower pressure is terrible there where hairs all over the shower and blanks we requested new ones and the replacements were dirty too

Worst place I have ever visited in my life. First it started with a filthy black room which we literally can't walk without shoes in. Then we call the front desk complaining of the dirty room and also a lamp not working them they start pin the blame on each other and saying it's not their responsibility. If that's not enough there's also a ridiculous 40$ a night parking that was mentioned no where on the bookings site. Highly not recommended and will never go back here again.

My family has resided in Hallandale Beach since the late 1940s. The views of Hallandale are breathtaking. The staff truly warm and friendly. The amenities are state of the art. Beach Walk cares for the environment. To transport guest, electric vehicles are used. Bike rentals on site to top off tackling the heavy beach traffic. Beach Walk recently supplied dinner and more during HB City hurricane preparedness seminar, proving their commitment to the community. I stayed here for a week for work with 2 other colleagues. The location is great and thats where any positive review ends. First off the Unit was 801 and the owner Nancy was very rude and uncooperative. The cheaply made key broke off in the door, and needed a locksmith to replace. Nancy does not leave spare keys. Nancy will not pay for a locksmith so we were out $150 before our first night. Great location with view of the intercoastal and ocean on 26 floor. Walking distance to ocean. The Room was modern, clean with a great bathroom. Only thing that could be changed is maybe some more elevators usually had to wait for an elevator. All the staff were very friendly and helpful if anything was needed.

Don't fall for the story of brand new. Sheets were dirty. Apartment was dirty. Had to go out and buy towels. Towels were from the W hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Furniture damaged. Called them. had to send the cleaning crew in the next day. Imagine. Toilets dirty. Dishes in the sink.sheets dirty. Had to go and sleep at a family members house with my kids. Awful. They told me they would figure out the 260$ for the first night. ZERO. view was nice but the room needs a renovation. Dirty showers. See pics.

I booked this trip through Orbitz I'm a gold member with them and I booked this vip access hotel. I stayed four nights here I'm glad I didn't stay any longer. This hotel/resort definitely proceeds themselves as luxury but this hotel is definitely mediocre. I had booked two rooms upon arrival I had VIP check in which totally felt like regular check in nothing special. They definitely don't train their staff I had a couple of questions and the front desk response "let me text my manager to find out because I'm not too sure". Upon checking in as well we weren't informed on any amenities or how to even book these amenities if you didn't ask they didn't tell. I had two rooms that were double beds one of the rooms only had ONE TOWEL for a double room that sleeps four people doesn't make any sense at all. We were told the next day after we didn't get our rooms cleaned that we needed to book housekeeping to come because of Covid which is understandable. We book the cleaning and they only cleaned ONE of our rooms! They are completely unorganized. We had a great view from our room and that was literally the only plus. There was only one trash can in our room which was in the bathroom and that was it. Also you could see the stains in the carpet they made a bad choice choosing such light carpet. Also we saw on our second night a huge altercation between a someone who had a reservation and the front desk person who was a young man assuming he always does the night shift and it was not pretty as someone who works in the service industry he definitely should of remained professional with and customer and that was not the case. Overall I wouldn't recommend nor ever go back.

I came back for a second stay this time we were on the other side in a penthouse on our own floor with a Personal elevator so we didn't have to deal with the slow elevators (we used the public one a few times and it's still an issue) but our whole entire condo had no trashcans!

The room was nice however if your getting a room for 4 people , get TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS . Do not make the same mistake I did by getting one room 2 queen beds one bathroom for 4 people . We all fought for the bathrooms and had to drop BOMBS in the hotel lobby . The views from the room are very nice , beds are a little stiff : sleep on your back or your going to get a DEAD ARM . If you are staying in an air BNB here - stop by Walmart across the street and grab toliet paper , Towels and pillows because they only give u 1-2 each of everything . Which is why we had to run to the hotel lobby to DROP THE BOMBS . The location is great - close to Miami for the beach , and 15 min from hard rock . Very safe , you will need a key to get up to the rooms . The main issue we had was the elevators , it's a shame because this issue cannot be resolved for obvious reasons . Sometimes we would wait as long as 20 min for the elevator : not because it was slow but because it stops on every goddahm floor . You will be stuffed in their like sardines with random strangers who are equally as frustrated , enjoy I would come back here again not going to lie , me and my girlfriends were safe and had some good laughs . The valet guys are super nice - WE LOVE THE COLOMBIAN BOY
