This was a great place to buy gifts and personal clothes/items (bags, coin purses, jewelry, knick knacks, accessories, etc.) I bought a ring and Onya was amazing and wrapped it expertly! I recommend coming here if you want to buy smart Japanese-style items. Bring your passport for tax free buying! Many of the workers spoke English too!

Thanks to Go-san for his warm hospitality and kindness. He was our go-to person for every purchase, always showing the highest level of professionalism and genuine care for us. Will definitely revisit. Unlike the image we had of Japanese top-tier select shops—where employees can sometimes come across as rude or unapproachable, our experience here was the complete opposite and the best we’ve ever had. This impression didn’t just come from Go-san, who guided us so well, but from everyone working there. Thanks again!

thank you so much to Yuan at Beams for helping my partner and i with our first time visiting Beams, she was super helpful and gave us great styling advice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 edit- i still stand by my first review which was originally 5 stars, but coming today felt completely different. the store was quiet and when i turned around to ask about an item i had just picked up from the hanger rail i had 5 pairs of eyes looking at me which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, all i wanted to ask was if it was a 2 piece set and the staff said it was and i wanted to try it on and potentially buy, but when i saw 4 other staff members staring at me it made me put down the item and leave the store. i know that i look like a foreigner and i’m not from here but this was still a very poor and sad experience which is why i lowered my rating, still 5 stars to Yuan though for being so helpful ✨

Big thanks to Yuan san, at Beams! She was super friendly and helped me find the perfect size. She also kept the shirt I ordered safe for me, so I got it without any problems. Really appreciate how well she took care of everything🙇‍♂️ I’ll be dropping by again for sure!

I had such a great experience at this store! The atmosphere is super nice, clean, and welcoming — everything is displayed beautifully, and you can tell they really care about the details. A special shoutout to FUJISAKI, the sales associate, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and honestly so cute! 💕 She made the whole shopping experience even better with her sweet personality and warm smile. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

The shopping experience here felt bizarre. BEAMS is on the second and third floor, so we took the elevator up. On the second floor the doors opened to a dim office hallway with no signs, so we tried going up to the third floor — which also was a dim office hallway with stacks of cardboard boxes blocking the way. We figured out that we had to go around the boxes to a tiny door that said BEAMS, at which point we entered their mens formalwear floor and got completely ignored by the sales staff. We went down to the second floor and found some interesting streetwear-style bags, which was nice. However, on this floor the sales staff were chatting amongst themselves and ignoring all customers. Only the staff member manning the register was helping customers. Really bizarre experience overall.
