BEAMS GINZA

Had a great time here at BEAMS Ginza. Was judt going in with a friend as I have been at a few other BEAMS before hand but I couldnt help but buy another hoddie with the new year sale! Thank you so much to the workers, especially watanabe who had really good english and was also kind to let me practice my Japanese speaking a little. The clerk Hijikata was also very kind and took good care of packing my order up. This store is a definite must come again!

Yoshihara was amazing! She helped me from the beginning to the end of my shopping! I had a problem with my credit card and tax refund. She was always very patient and friendly when things got a little complicated! Thank you Yoshihara!!

Had a marvelous time at the store. 2 whole levels of well-curated apparel and kit. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially Negata 根方 who went out of his way several times to assist and accommodate to our requests. He also offered many personal recommendations on places he thought might be of interest to us as well as his favourite spots to check out. Excellent service and hospitality from a top bloke.

He was incredibly professional, friendly. He helped me find exactly what I needed and gave thoughtful suggestions that made my shopping so much easier. Highly recommended!
