I placed a DoorDash order and it was completely wrong. I tried to call the store and I got no answer. I figured they must be super busy. Since this location is downtown, it was hard to get to, but I went anyway to speak to someone. I show up and there is no customer in line only one sitting drinking coffee. I told the two workers that I had just called and got no answer. They replaced my coffee but didn’t not replace my sandwich. I requested my money back due to the fact the meat on the sandwich was so small it fit only in the middle of the bread. This was misleading and I was already upset about my coffee. I asked to speak to the manager. She was not there. I asked for her phone number they could not give that out. Then asked for corporates information. They couldn’t tell me that either so I just looked it up. This whole process was extremely inconvenient. I can understand if they were busy, but they were not. I received a call back that they could not refund my money for the sandwich because I bought it from a third party. This is bad customer service. This was still unacceptable. It was a simple transaction and no one wants to take accountability. The sandwich is this store advertisement and it was not presented the way it is advertised. This is misleading.
