I love their mahi mahi tacos , salmon dish and the tuna cranberry Fuji salad or sandwich. Fresh taste and gourmet. The driver is nice and when you call, their staff are nice and helpful.

Food was very fresh and flavorful! Perfect place to stop for lunch. Alex the owner was wonderful and hospitable. Will definitely be visiting here next we’re at the The Cloisters

Love Beans and Vines! It's delicious and the owners are absolute salt of the earth. So grateful they're up town. Definitely worth checking out and getting (my fav) chimi burger!

I love this place. I order alot. Just one problem they never read my notes. Not sure if its a language barrier. But when I write notes I expect them to read it.

I bought from B&V Express for the first and absolute last time. The mushrooms in the mushroom and goat cheese sandwich weren't cooked properly. They were soggy and leaked water, making the sandwich like eating a wet sponge. The veggie sandwich wasn't that much better. I made the mistake of opening it up to have a look. Yikes! Right out of Kitchen Nightmares. Plus, the bread is weird. The worst of it, though, were the yucca frita. Unrecognizable as yucca frita, and the taste was awful. B&V should be ashamed of themselves to serve such trash.

This dish was delicious. I got double veggies instead of mashed potatoes. One of my favorite dishes here.

I have years buying food here and every time I come service is worst , I was just here I called and placed an order parked in front at exactly 6:00 pm , I ordered two salmon with smash potato's and was told it was a wait of 20 min. we checked in 22 min later and was told to wait 5 min , we went in and out 3 times ! someone came in after us and got their food and left. we had 40 min waiting and all we got was it should be right out , mind you we drove away bc we are starving and an hr later she's calling that are food is ready like really girl !

Screw this pretentious place. Olive tapenade and pesto are not interchangeable, and salads need dressing. Save your money for a place that will actually get your order correct and won't be rude and condescending while they do it.

Food is good as always and I have been a customer for a long time. They decided to start charging if you ask for extra salad dressing (they are all $14-15) which we are already paying a lot for. Everyone is in a pinch and customers want to continue to support during this pandemic but the charge feels unnecessary.

In a short span of time, I ordered from here a lot because their salads are really good and their lamb burger is delicious. At first everything was perfect - delivery was on time, food came well prepared, no issues. There was one order that I asked for some adjustments and it resulted in the restaurant needing to charge me extra afterwards that was a little confusing. Since, there haven't been issues and I will continue to order. Just be careful if you're asking for adjustments to their menu UPDATED REVIEW: I've had too many issues with this place for delivery. The last straw was when I ordered a Greek salad that came with mozzarella instead of feta and the wrong salad dressing and no one called me or anything about the change. When I called to complain, they said there's no more feta. If you can't order what you promise, I'll take my business elsewhere.

It's very disappointing to me that I have to give them a bad review because their chicken chimi are delicious!! The reason for this review is because I call often to order and I always tell them to grill the onions for me on the chimi and it has never been a problem, however today I can and ask them to grill the onions for me and the guy on the phone tells me they can't do that! I ask why because like I said they always do so and his response was that it was a different cook that was doing the grilled onions!!! Like are you serious you can't just put onions to grill for 2 minutes what kind of customer service is that?

I must admit the express beans and vines a couple of months ago was definitely not as good, but as of late they have really changed up the quality of their food. The deserts would feel like a brick when you got it before, but now they actually warm them up. The food arrives quickly and still hot. They have really changed for the better.

I Had the WORST experience today ordering from here, I usually order and have no problem, however today when I ordered my delivery arrived late, I placed this order with door dash a female delivered my food by car. When I opened it to eat I realize it was the wrong order I had ordered a chicken balsamic sandwich and was sent a different sandwich which was not what I ordered did not have chicken. I called the store and a woman picks up I explain to her what happened. She says someone ordered with my name but it was for pick up and it was a male.... clearly that was not me because I ordered through doordash and had it delivered. She says she will call me back to see what she could do. I did not hear from her 10 mins later I called through my cell she was not answering and then I called through my job phone and she answers I saw the name of the server was " JULIE" who had printed out my order. So I ask for her she says it's Julie, I said we were on the phone you never called back to confirm " she says " I haven't talked to my boss yet" I said " do I have to go in PERSON to show you the receipt" she says " yes sure" . I go over 5 mins later and I tell her we were just on the phone you wanted to see my receipt in person. I show her she says she doesn't know how this happened and isn't trying to give a solution. I'm angry as it is being my food was LATE AND THE WRONG ORDER. All I wanted was the correct order she was making it DIFFICULT and all wanted was my correct order. She was telling me I had to pay for something already paid for and that if I wanted my order I had to pay again.. ARE YOU CRAZY!? Why would I have to pay for something already paid for when I was sent the WRONG ORDER. I asked if she was JULIE denys it was her and says she was called to the matter.. clearly it is her... she goes to the chef he checks the receipt comes back and tells me that at the time my order was placed someone else placed a order and the orders got mixed up ... so it WAS A MISTAKE ON YOUR END. He apologized and said he would make my sandwich , Julie asks him why is he making my sandwich " REALLY!?" JULIE WAS THE WORSTTT PERSON IVE COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE AND IM PRETTY SURE THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME WITH HER. The person who resolved everything was the chef OSCAR who made me my correct order and apologized. THANK YOU OSCAR !

Andy the server was so nice to me, he's definitely have good customer services. Although I was just picking up my food to go he Definitely has good people skills.

My credit card was fraudulently charged at this place, when I called to inform them I was yelled at by the guy. He said it wasn't his fault and that he had no responsibility. This is terrible customer service

I ordered their traditional Greek salad which I've ordered several times before. I decided to add a protein which cost extra (again, I've ordered this before with chicken) but this time I decided to add shrimp for an additional cost of $2.75. We also ordered the lamb burger and a large lemon juice. The order took well over an hour. It was passed their estimated delivery time, which I understand tends to happen when restaurants are busy however, on the seamless app it said that my order had been delivered when I'm fact it had not so I called & they explained that this is how it shows on the app after the deliver driver heads out. When the food finally arrived and I opened my salad, I was surprised to see that all they added was 1 shrimp! I'm was appalled so I called for an explanation or to ask for my money back. The person that I spoke with acted as if I was confused about it all. When I told him that I do know how to read a menu and have ordered this before, he said that adding extra shrimp to the salad for $2.75 will only give you 1 shrimp! Mind you it wasn't even a jumbo shrimp it was medium at the least. Needless to say, I'm incredibly disappointed and feel like I was robbed out of my money (they also charge a $3 delivery fee on top of tip!). There was barely any feta cheese at all either. I will never order from here again. They lack professionalism and customer service. It's a shame because the food is decent, but when you spend your hard earned money you should receive the entire package: the actual food you requested, timely delivery And good service.
