There are a few things that we do appreciate:
1. Staffs were polite and friendly. They even guided us to our room when we checked in to, I assume, make sure we know how to properly operate the digital door lock.
2. Bathroom products like shampoo etc. smelled very very good.
3. Beds were comfortable.
However, it was not a pleasant stay, for the following reasons:
1. There’s only so little space in the bathroom. The bathroom sink is way too small.
2. Walls too thin. One morning we were woken up by the alarm from next door. Another night we heard people chatting, and even the video that they were watching. And we could so clearly hear the noise from the street.
3. Same as so many other reviews here, the smell. For 3 nights in a row, the bathroom would be full of smell of sewage at night. We informed the staffs, and were promised a “deep-clean”, which we later on found out that it was just some air-freshener spray LOL. It did not work. But they did try. 🦭 We were also offered a room-change or take another room’s shower. But we decided that we would just stay since it was our last night and we were too lazy. And they gave us to spray to hopefully help a little bit.
4. This place is nicely designed but shows lack of maintenance. Walls are scratched, paints are cracking and chipped off, mold in the bathroom, slippers(washed but old and reused) broken and still handed out to guests.
5. Location is not ideal at all. Nowhere close to any train station, good restaurant, convenient store and, somehow interestingly, any pickup/drop off spots of MuvMi. (It was so much walking!!!)
6. The neighborhood was dirty. We did not feel safe walking around here at night.

Unfortunate as clumsy as we are, we knocked down one of those thin glasses on the teeny tiny shelf in the bathroom and it broke😔. We are so so deeply sorry for that. It costed us 200 THB. So we learned the lesson, and decided to not use it anymore and put it in the safest place in the room :) 👍
