Bought a midweek season pass last season. Did not use the pass. I called at the beginning of the season requesting a refund. Was told that that was not possible, but that he could do a rollover for the following season. At the end of the season went to the resort and talked to the season pass Supervisor. They Stonewald me, gave me the runaround, gave me a phone number to the icon, pass office, which is not associated with the Big Bear, only passes. Then denied me a refund or a rollover. For medical reasons, medical documentation. I have been a customer, patron since 1978 bought season passes for entire family over the years. Was told they would do a rollover for the following season if pass was not used.
December 2024. At the end of the season, I went to their customer relations department/season passes. Which they denied me a credit for a pass I never used.. Their word and loyalty to a long-term relationship Customer, Is zero. It's a corporation now, and I understand. There is only one thing they care about is money, not the customer.! I do not recommend, their individual care, to customers is a façade and a lie. Unfortunately, a near 50 year relationship, is destroyed with one transaction. A lifetime of memories, destroyed, by one selfish and greedy corporation! I will never patronize again!
