This was a great and unique experience if you’re passing through I-40. I recommend coming once the park opens. You’ll see more animals being active because they’re used to being fed early. How often are you going to have a bear, wolf, deer, or buffalo walk right in front of your car? It’s a little pricey. I went on the weekday so the pricing was $30 a person and kids are $20. The weekend is a couple bucks more. The walking part of the park is small, but the grounds are beautiful.

This is 100 percent worth every penny!!!! I'm so glad we stopped here. You will see so many amazing animals very , very close and personal. Staff was amazing and gracious. I can't stress this enough. If you love animals...ie; dangerous, cool animals...Grizzlies, wolves etc PLEASE STOP HERE....you will not regret it. This is one of the best attractions I've ever been to in my life. HANDS DOWN.

Google
This was cool! Our expectations were honestly pretty skeptical, but it turned out to be a lot of fun and our kids loved it. We were there first thing and the animals were mostly active. The highlight for us both driving and walking through was, of course, the bears. 🐻 I don't know that we'll need to visit again, but we're really glad we went this time.

What a fantastic day! We bought the VIP experience along with the general admission tickets for the day. It is the best 75 dollars I have spent in a while. Our tour guide Tammy was so much fun, and very knowledgeable as well. We got the go behind the scenes and feed all kinds of animals including a porcupine, otters, and bison. The tour bus is open and while driving through the park you get an up close and personal view that others do not. Everyone (staff) we spoke told were kind and so friendly. I did not want to leave at the end of our day there. As a licensed veterinary technician, the care that these animals receive is next level, and the staff is so knowledgeable and wants the animals and people alike, to have the best experience possible. Can not say enough about how much fun we had as two grown adults...great for the family too, but it is great for all animal lovers.

Google
I was not expecting to enjoy this visit as much as I did. Seeing all of the animals up close in the car was fun and engaging to kept looking everywhere to find all of the animals. The track was well conserved and all the animals seemed content and relaxed throughout the whole experience. The portion of the walk-in was entertaining and the show they made was insightful.

We went up for my daughter-in-law‘s birthday on a Sunday. I think we got there early enough to beat the crowds because cars didn’t pile in behind us until probably a quarter of the way through the drive. There seem to be plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. Actually really didn’t need to encounter them too much. We saw they had bus tours we wish we had taken one just so that we could’ve been given some information and fed the bison. All the animals looked very healthy. Most of them look like they had plenty of space. There were a few exhibits With animals missing not sure what that was about. The grounds could probably use a little maintenance, but I’m sure that costs a lot of money. The souvenir shop is huge and if you can’t find a souvenir, you’re crazy. It seems very reasonably priced as well. I believe I saw where wheelchairs and strollers were courtesy free, which is fantastic for families. It was easy to find your way around. Unfortunately, we did not get to eat, but we did go in and look at the restaurant and it is gorgeous inside a very unique setting. I have never been close to open Range bears like that, and to look up and see them hanging over your vehicle in trees with their little paws dangling was incredible. If you are into photography, this will give you a fantastic opportunity to photograph some wildlife. It was slightly overcast and 81° so the temperatures could not have been better and we are thinking that probably around Thanksgiving to Christmas. It’s likely the place is pretty lit up with lights and would be really pretty. If you’re looking for a good family adventure not overly expensive but not necessarily cheap what I recommend is if you’re looking to do it on a budget eat before you enter the park or eat after you leave the park because food is going to add to the cost. But otherwise you’re using your own vehicle and your own 2 feet And the kids love seeing the animals. My aunt is elderly and has been there before in her 80s and was able to get around just fine. Definitely worth the drive if you’re from the Phoenix metro. Afterwards, there’s plenty of shops to hit for antiques nearby to make it a full day adventure or whole weekend. My favorite was probably seeing the badgers and the Bears. Good time!

This place was an absolute blast! The people that work in the park are phenomenal! We got the VIP tour. Started at 10:00 AM and ended at 12:00 PM. Tammy our VIP tour guide who drove the bus was a wealth of information and just a sweet person. We got the behind the scenes tour and was able to see a 2 toed sloth, a porcupine, and an albino Burmese Python. Went through the drive through park and stopped at the bear and wolf exhibit. There we were able to see wolves up close and a bear cub. Also got to feed apples to the bison. This is definitely an experience the whole family can enjoy. Plenty of parking as well as handicap spaces as well. Restrooms all over the place and very clean. Restaurant onsite was phenomenal and has something for everyone. Also a few areas for some adult beverages as well. At 1:30 you can feed the otters. Bucket list item checked ! You can buy the tickets online or at the park.

Google
This place was really cool and a great way to spend the day. Driving next to bears is such a surreal experience! The facilities were also surprisingly nice, and you can get a full meal, drinks and dessert while enjoying the park. My only hold up is where the animals are sourced. They mention that half are rescues, and I assume the other half are born in captivity. They make no mention of rehabilitation programs. I’m no expert on the topic, just empathetic towards animals. They seem well treated, but some animals were definitely very hot (like the tundra wolves, pictured) and I hope they get ways to cool off in the hotter months.

Yelp
My family and I had such a great experience. From the moment we drove in until we walked out. Prices are reasonable, given how much you get to experience. It was a very unique experience. There's a drive-through and walk-through experience. My favorite drive-through experience was the bison. Being up close was so cool. The walk-through part of the experiment is also very nice because you get to see the animals up closer. There's also an event on the main grass area for families to enjoy. Food and drinks are also available In designated areas around the park. There Is also a restaurant and a gift shop. My kids loved it!

Yelp
So Fun & Something Different at Bearizona! A lot of our friends recommended visiting Bearizona, and I'm so glad we finally did! We went over Memorial Day weekend--it was packed, but still such a great time. We started with the drive-through safari and were amazed at how close the animals got to our car. It was such a unique and fun experience for the whole family! After that, we did the walk-through portion and were able to see everything pretty quickly. Pro tip: don't miss the area behind the restaurant/gift shop--if you walk through, you'll find even more animals like a jaguar, panther, and elk! The jaguar and panther were cuddling when we were there--absolutely adorable. The drinks at the restaurant's bar were really good, and there were little carts throughout the park with snacks, treats, and drinks. We also brought our own food, which was no problem. The entire park was clean, well-maintained, and made for an easy, fun family outing. Highly recommend Bearizona if you're looking for something different, interactive, and memorable!

Yelp
Not sure why I thought the animals here would be free to roam but that was the farthest thing from the truth. This is a glorified zoo and the only difference is the animals are not on concrete. Not everyone has the ability to read an animals face but good or not I do... These animals were not happy. Very small areas for them to roam... And why on earth would you put Arctic Wolves in Arizona?? The few that were available to be seen it was clear instead of being able to roam for several miles a day, only had small natural looking areas of maybe a few hundred yards. They should all have at least several hundred acres and allow the folks to drive those acres . Or better yet set them free. And at over $30 per person it had more of an amusement park feeling with the focus being more on the concessions at the end.

Yelp
What a great experience! Took our 8 year old son through the drive through and then we walked in the outside area. Never have I ever seen bears so up close. We realized you can drive through more than once if you want to. We got lucky and were there when they were feeding the bears. We ended up at the restaurant and they had good chicken nuggets and fries and a bar if you wanted a drink.

Yelp
Second time visitor! I love coming here, the animals were super interactive during our afternoon drive through time! Some exhibits have disappeared in the last two years since our previous visit but the bears always steal the show!

Yelp
My family and I recently went on a small 2 day vacation in Williams where I had the pleasure of attending Bearizona for the first time. We had an absolutely fantastic experience. I'm an animal lover, and I really appreciate the care that Bearizona has taken in providing large habitats and enclosures for all the wonderful animals. The drive-thru section is expansive. And the walking section is very large and all the animals appear to be comfortable and happy. Unlike you may assume from the name, Bearizona is far more than just bears. There are plenty of species of deer, wolves, goats, big cats, aquatic mammals, birds, and reptiles. It's a great place for families and the educational aspect is present if you or your loved ones are looking to learn. The employees, especially those who are doing the shows, are well versed in all the facts of the animals they're showing off. My favorite exhibit by far was the leopard. Fortunately enough, the spotted leopard, named Libre, was sitting right next to the glass of the enclosure! He was absolutely loving the attention he was receiving from attendees. My second favorite exhibit had to be the beautiful White Bison. We also ate at one of their restaurants, the Canyonlands, appropriately themed after the walls and ancient ruins of the Grand Canyon and other marvels around the beautiful desert landscaped of the Southwest. My wife and I had delicious barbecue sandwiches paired with ice cold beers. The food was very reasonably priced and much needed after working up a tremendous hunger, walking around in nature all afternoon. Bearizona was a fantastic place to walk around in the tall pines of Williams Arizona. The vivid greens of the trees and grass surrounding us were a pleasant respite from the brown dirt of the valley. Bearizona holds a certain charm for animal enthusiasts, nature lovers, and those who are happy to be residents of the great state of Arizona. I hope to soon return.

Yelp
Ticket prices are per person in the vehicle. Came here with the family in June 2025. I was worried with the heat that we wouldn't see many animals, but we did! We arrived about 11 AM and drove through. You are allowed to drive through as many times as you choose. We Saw bears, wolves, bison, goats, reindeer. And at the end of the drive-through portion, there is an additional walk-through portion. We really enjoyed this place and it was a great experience. (The walk-through portion of the zoo has some food vendors. Very pricey). We got pressed pennies for a dollar each to commemorate our visit. You can have your windows down for all portions of the zoo aside from the bears and wolves. Definitely recommend stopping here.

Yelp
We had seen the billboards for Bearizona about an hour from the south rim of the Grand Canyon a couple years back. Did some research and wanted to check it out next time we're were out that way. So in the middle of March we took part of a day and went, hoping to see a few bears. Wow, I had no idea how cool Bearizona would be! They have a a decent size portion of the property that you drive around. The number of bears and other animals was great! Then you can park and go into the rest of the amazing complex! It's like a privately owned zoo! They have loads of neat animals and more bears to see! They have reasonably priced drinks, food and snacks! They have a 2 story gift shop and restaurant! The staff were all friendly and the animals all looked well taken care of. (All animals at Bearizona have issues that don't allow them to be released back to the wild). They even have Jaguars! It was a great time! This is definitely a place we will visit again. You can easily spend several hours there!

Yelp
We thought that this place was pretty cool. I think it's a bit pricey for what you get. The animals looked a bit sad. It's cool to see bears up close I've only seen them this close while visiting Sequoia. The walk through had a lot of exhibits closed. My pup enjoyed the ride. My mom said that the animals looked malnourished. Overall people should visit it at least once especially if you have young kids.

Yelp
What a fun park! There are many animals along the drive through the park. There were many bears, sheep, wolves, reindeer, and more! The reindeer came right up to our car. There were so many bears in the bear enclosure. It was amazing to see them up so close. One walked right in front of our car. Then there is a walk through portion of the park that has habitats similar to those you would see at the zoo. This is a really fun park for people of all ages!

Yelp
Great place to visit while in Williams. Staff are very nice and helpful and our kids loved it!

Yelp
GO! We went to Bearizona with our 3 and 6 year olds on Presidents' Day weekend. The whole family enjoyed it. There was an awesome variety of animals that were active and busy during our visit. All our interactions with the staff were pleasant and friendly, people were kind and helpful. We will do it again. Maybe in the summer next time. But for sure take your kids :)

Yelp
We were in Williams, AZ for a weekend trip and Bearizona was on our list to check out while in town. It was busy since it was a weekend so we waited a bit to pay our entry fee to begin driving through but it wasn't too bad. The drive through portion was really cool to see the different animals in their habitats. We saw animals we wouldn't usually see and it was so majestic to be close to them. You roll up your windows when you drive through the wolves and bears but you see a lot of them. The animals don't seem to be bothered by the cars and eyes on them. When you park at the end of the drive through area you can enter the park and see more animals in their enclosures, eat at a restaurant inside the park, walk around and stretch your legs, and I think there's a show that we didn't get a chance to see while we were there. It was a really fun experience and I definitely recommend checking it out if you're in Williams.

Yelp
If you love wildlife then you will love Bearizona! You start with the drive through zoo and then end it with the walkthrough I had a bear walk out from the woods and right past my truck in the drive thru area! It was an incredible experience. Super cute otters love the attention and will put on a show for the crowd! Bobcats sharpening up their claws. Badgers being feisty as expected! And super cute snow foxes cuddling to stay warm!

Yelp
(+) Many friends recommended this place. I honestly thought it would be gimmicky, but no... it was really fun and filled with lots to see and experience! (+) On our way from the Grand Canyon to Vegas, we decided to stop here. The drive through part was a nice adventure. Went at our own pace, not too much traffic. Most animals were resting and sleeping. Some even shared the road with us. There were 2 vehicles in our group so we also Facetimed with the other car for a little bit and got to hear their reactions and share the excitement of what we were all seeing. (+) The biggest surprise was how decently large the zoo area was and walking around exploring that area was a treat. We saw so many different critters. We loved the beaver and the window into it's cave in its habitat. Foxes, donkeys, javelina, and of course the bears. The 3 grizzlies were up and about, play fighting and swimming a lot. The otters were adorable and we were fortunate to arrive during their snack time. I got to feed them tiny fish as they swam around. The kids loved to throw them in the air for the otters to leap up off the rock and catch, diving into the water. (+) Canyonland restaurant was also a nice pit stop to sit down and eat/drink. Near the jaguar enclosure, but no jaguars there at the time (on vacation?). The elk were peaceful and chill. (+) The wildlife show in the central park area was just the right amount of time, information, and animals. The kids loved it and were thrilled to be able to ask the trainer a few questions after the show. One thing to mention, the parking lot may need more signs or bigger ones to guide you toward the exit. Also, took a wrong turn even after exiting the park and we almost went down the Mountain Man Trail. First sign it was the wrong way was the road turning into a gravel path. Please note, I wasn't driving or navigating lol

Yelp
Absolutely a must if your in Williams AZ We went early and lots of the animals were out it was such an amazing experience. To see the bears playing in the water, wolves walking up to the car, reindeers out walking around. We drove around twice and it just got better every time We got to see them feed grizzly bears Lots of cool animals in there habitats Restaurant was very clean Bathrooms clean Everyone was very friendly Absolutely worth the price for admission

Yelp
Great little activity, lots of fun. We went first thing in the morning and had a much better experience than when we swing by again later in the day (after the rest of the zoo). Wloves were especially exciting.

Yelp
This place was awesome and the kids loved it (ages 8-13). We stayed here longer than I had planned, it actually derailed hitting up the Petrified Forest afterwards. The drive-through safari part had the kids very excited and taking photos all over the place. I think that was a little over an hour for us. Then we parked, ate lunch (eh, food wasn't great but they did have beer and mixed drinks available), walked the zoo (saw some young bears playing and a lot more), and hit up the gift shop. I wish we'd eaten at the restaurant at the end versus the stand by the bathroom...I know for next time. The place was great and the kids had such a good time. I highly recommend it.
google avatar

Emily J.

Yelp
Fun way to see some animals! The drive-thru aspect is pretty unique, and the kids loved taking pictures (like real-life Pokémon Snap)! When we came, the lines were pretty long, so it took us awhile to even get to the payment window. We bought tickets in advance online, but still had to wait in line with everyone else. The drive through zoo was wide open in the beginning, and we got to see the wolves right at feeding time, which was pretty cool. But towards the end, right around the bison section, all the cars got stacked up, and the last 1/3 took forever. Turns out, everyone has to be directed to a parking spot, so there gets to be quite the traffic jam. But once you park, you can enter the walk-thru zoo, which houses about 15 or so types of animals. We probably spent 30 minutes in the walk-thru zoo, and my favorite part was the jaguar. This is probably a one-time attraction, but a must do if you're in the area! (Tip - you can go through the drive-thru as many times as you'd like as long as you don't exit the property. So if you didn't see an animal the first time around, you can go back.)
google avatar

Maureen J.

Yelp
I highly recommend visiting this place with the family. This was our kiddos favorite part of our vacation. This is a half drive thru and half walk thru zoo. It was cool driving in our car and seeing the animals! You can go through the drive thru as many times as you would like... there is a decent amount of space for the animals. You have to keep your windows up when going through the wolves and bears area. They charge per person not per car, but it definitely a cool experience to remember!
google avatar

Lindsay K.

Yelp
Perfect little stop on the way to the Grand Canyon! Great for families too. There were tons of animals. There is a drive through area & a walk through as well. I'd recommend doing both!
google avatar

Yelp
We love Bearizona so much that we came for the day and left with an annual pass. There is so much fun for every age and such a great experience. Perfect for a day trip and making core memories. We have been to Bearizona three time now and we are still amazed and enjoy new things every time we go. We love everything about Bearizona and highly recommend it.
google avatar

Travis S.

Yelp
Bearizona is awesome! Definitely recommend a visit here. We have been here multiple times, and each time is such a fun, cool, new experience. It's an easy day trip idea from the Valley and a great way to beat the heat in the summer. The drive-through portion is worth the trip alone. We have had bear, wolves, buffalo, and reindeer all be within a few feet of our car! It's so cool! You can go through it as fast or as slow as you want, so there is no need to feel pressured by a line of cars. On the right day, the animals are very active and moving around. The walking portion is fun as well! Multiple habitats to observe. A petting zoo enclosure. Shows throughout the day. Live music/entertainment. Would highly recommend the otter feeding event where you can feed the otters. It's so much fun! There is a snack shop and restaurant, along with multiple food vendors and drink stands (yes, including adult drinks to walk around with). A large gift shop as well! Don't forget about the elk and jaguar habitats - you have to go through the gift shop to see them. Bearizona is definitely worth it! We will be back!

Yelp
Bearizona is my happy place. My husband buys me a year pass for my birthday each year. Up to now I would give 5 stars but I have to say tge stupid things they have started the last few months are absolutely stupid. You can drive through with windows down why would you put your receipt on the dash for it to blow out? We were just there last week and we stay for a few days snd go through several times a day. We were stopped 3 times driving through asking for our receipt to see if we paid tge right amount! Are you kidding me? Count the people when the come through the entrance! If you think people are hiding in the car or whatever your reason figure out how much more you lose when they don't finish their visit! Is it worth ticking off the honest folks? They used to have ambassadors all over the park answering questions, and chatting with folks. Very rarely see anyone walking around at all anymore. The long time employees we have gotten to know over the years are all leaving. What the heck? You never see Erica driving through anymore, can't remember the last time we saw her, Dave or Kyle out and about. You can definately tell when the owner is there because workers appear all of a sudden. We got behind a school bus the last visit and it took forever for it to move through. A worker got on the bus, one I did not recognize and finally got off. Asked if e erything was ok and in her snippy little way said we are going over the rules of the park with everyone. Don't you do that when they arrange to come? When I worked at the school and we took field trips we signed a contract prior and went over the rules with kids prior. Im so disappointed at what's happening to my happy place. We renew our membership soon. I hope Sean makes some changes back soon because this is not the Bearizona I've come to love and refer folks to. Will definately visit but not sure about a membership anymore. Sean please please bring back the original Bearizona. Rock and roll music blasting as you walk through a serene park is not relaxing. We hear people telling kids wrong info about animals...example someone told their kids the grizzly bears were polar bears and the Bobcats were feral cats! No ambassadors around to help them out. This is no joke. Where is Chico? We have always seen him driving a cart changing trash bags, cleaning the park and restrooms. I saw other people look in the trash bins and walk away but they were full. Never once saw them empty anything and I was picking up trash they were walking over. So sad because this is an amazing park but really wondering if our membership is worth getting stopped several times each time we drive through to see if we've paid the right amount. When multiple cars loads come and we spend the day we often change vehicles but we've paid for everyone so what does harassing your visitors prove? Management changes are necessary this is crazy. So disappointed.

Yelp
Beautiful up close view of the animals. The drive through takes you to many different enclosures, we saw so many bears, wolves and bison! It's a go-to for flagstaff. The drive-through is pet friendly, but you need to have the windows rolled up at all times which is perfectly fine. The walking part of the zoo is NOT pet friendly, understandably so, and be prepared to leave your pet in the vehicle in pet mode (luckily our EV has it). I highly recommend going here

Yelp
Bearizona was one of our first stops of our coast to coast road trip. We arrived at about 3 PM. They are a drive through type zoo where you can see various animals. The stars of this place are the bears. If bears aren't your favorite animal, you can also see donkeys, bison, deer and other animals. After the drive through portion is over, you can park and go over to their gifts shops, restaurant, or walk through zoo. The Jaguar was my favorite in the walk through area. It's a great place to visit.

Tracy C.

Yelp
We enjoyed our visit today at Bearizona! The drive through section was amazing and we loved seeing all of the different animals! The walk through part was great and relaxing! We watched several feedings and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! The gift shop had just about everything we needed! The restaurant was very beautiful! I was surprised to see how well done the restaurant looked "as if you were eating in a cave!" Super clean and well made!
google avatar

Rachel C.

Yelp
Bearizona was a cool experience but FAR too expensive. We paid $199 to get 4 adults and 2 children inside. The first part you drive, unable to stop or get out. The second part you walk, like a normal zoo. About a 2 hour excursion but it's a 1 time thing- like I wouldn't go do it again.
google avatar

Krista R.

Yelp
So this place has two parts. One is the part where you drive through to see the dangerous animals and wolves and such. You are not allowed to get out or roll down your windows- they do yell at you from the speakers if you do it you still get close and get cool pictures though. The second part is a zoo and gift shop area. Super fun! I'd go back.
google avatar

Yelp
Ideal for whole family to spend a day together. Recommend coming earlier to avoid traffic. They let kids seating in front of the car so they can see all the fun. Entrance fee on the weekend is 35$ per person i think it's a little too much. Drive thru is super fun and you can roll down your windows in specific area. When comes to wolf's and bears they you need to close down your windows. Bears are super cute hanging from the trees. Raindeers, wolves, donkey, goat.... everything is amazing. After the drive thru we went to the part where you can walk through. Super fun, you can see porcupine, bears, chicken, goats... Pine tree forest is amazing environment just to walking there. So family's friendly with lots of amenities: coffee, ice cream, hot cocoa. At the middle of your walk there is a super cool restaurant- cave like enterior.
google avatar

Steven G.

Yelp
I really liked this place. The drive thru part is the key. you see a number of animals in their space. you have to wait for them and let them be. but it's really great. waiting for bears and rain deer to cross the road is a unique thing. loved it. the walking part was just ok today. it snowed, which was neat. but this was done waiting for our room. this is a 4 1/2 place. so it pains me to 4 it. but it's really expensive and there are so many unsupervised stupid people. it should be a 5.
google avatar

Heidi A.

Yelp
We enjoy animals so I wanted to make sure to visit here when we were going up north for a little getaway. My partner drove so much to and from Bearizona and in Arizona but it was so worth it. I loved seeing all the bears and different animals. It was nice that they had a zoo section where we can get out of our car and walk around. I was also grateful for the veteran discount and kind of glad that I didn't buy the tickets online because I didn't see any veteran discount. 10/10 recommend the place. You can see many bears pretty up close!!
google avatar

Kala J.

Yelp
Cool park but overpriced! I only drove through, didn't explore the walking part but $60 for entry is wild! The animals are roaming free within their enclosures, they advised when to roll your windows up. They can definitely use all that money to repave the roads!

Yelp
We always have a great time at Bearzona. The drive through park is a great idea to show kids the animals. The walking zoo is well stocked with animals to see. Not many exhibits to watch since it is winter. Overall a good time.

Yelp
Can't believe I forgot to review Bearizona. Ca e here over 4th of July weekend and I could not have been any more satisfied. Surprising to me, I enjoyed this much more than I thought I would and I found it very relaxing. Very cool area to drive thru. Buffalo, Deer, Bear, Elk, even Wolves. The wolves were a highlight as they were very active. Once finished driving through this area, you can park and go inside. It's kinda like a zoo. I believe tix were 30$ and more than worth it. Spent close to 3 hours there with my son and grandson. Great place to relax and reload during a road trip. I'll even go back. Well worth it.

Yelp
BETTER THAN A BIG CITY ZOO! We stopped here on a whim and I'm so happy we did. This is NOT a tourist trap. Plan to spend several hours here to see and enjoy everything. There is an area to drive through and an area to walk through to see the animals. They allow you to drive through the "drive through" area as many times as you want. You can tell that this establishment takes great care of all their animals. It is spacious, clean, and well kept. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The short animal show is educational and cute. We visited the gift shop and I purchased a long sleeve T-shirt and a sweatshirt which were on sale. They are soft, comfortable, and reasonably priced. We didn't purchase food because we had already eaten.

Yelp
Such a cool animal park! We came on a weekday in the off season, so our experience was hugely influenced by the fact that very few people were on site. The first part of the experience is a drive-thru tour which you begin right after entering the park. There you drive slowly through several open habitat areas that include goats, elk, bison, wolves and brown bears! You can do this part as many time as you want within your visit. (There's no in/out, so once you leave the park, that's it!) You then move on to the walking part where you see a "typical" zoo environment with smaller, more common animals such as porcupines, foxes, badgers, and the coolest part were the jaguar and the grizzlies. The grizzlies were tucked away in their cave - which was accessible through a small walk thru cave. Coolest part of the inside part! We did a ye drive thru at the beginning and end of our day and it was so cool to see animals had moved around - we even encountered bears and wolves literally right in the middle of the road!

Yelp
We arrived at 9 and went in the drive thru. We had 4 kids in the car ages 4-9. They all loved seeing the animals. When we came to the large bear area there were 17 bears on the side of the road eating snacks. We were amazed at seeing so many bears. One bear crossed in front of us and went in the small lake for a swim. The kids loved this! After the drive the zoo area was fun. The bear education talk was very educational and the kids could easily see the bears. They loved seeing all the other animals and of course the otters. They loved the gift shop and the decor in the restaurant. We ended with a picnic at the tables and watched the show on the grass with the raccoon and porcupine and birds. Over all we spent 3 wonderful happy hours there and the kids have great memories. Well worth the price if you go early in the day.

Yelp
What a great experience! I've been hearing about this place for years and finally decided to go check it out. Definitely worth the drive from Phoenix. We arrived around 9am, there were approx 10 cars and all lanes open to enter the park. I had ordered tickets online and was prepared with my QR code. But guess what they don't have a QR reader so she needed my order number, easy to find on my email confirmation and we were in. We drove right into the park where all the animals were up and moving around, several were eating as we drove past them .. slowly. There are signs and cow guards between animal areas. The wolf enclosures tell you to keep your windows up and stay in the vehicle, the bear signs tell you to keep moving if a bear approaches your vehicle. All animals were well behaved. After the drive thru portion we parked to walk through the other animal enclosures.. the jaguars were so pretty. The arctic foxes are so cute and Frenchie toast the beaver came out to eat her veggies in front of the crowd. There were several gift shops and places to grab a bite or a drink. Shady places to sit anc enjoy the day. Plenty of parking. We did do the drive thru again and the second time it was busy!! Lots of vehicles, the animals were scattered and harder to locate. I would definitely recommend getting there early.

Yelp
Bearizona was such a fun activity on the way back to Las Vegas! I'm so glad we had the chance to do the drive thru. We saw bears, bisons, mountain animals, wolves, and baby bears. It was a little pricey but worth it! We had our dogs with us so we had to keep the windows up during the drive thru. At the end of the drive thru, we got to stroll the park and saw a very active grizzly bear. We were on a time schedule so I wasn't able to enjoy the drinks and music. Check them out! Happy Journeys

Yelp
Bearizona is definitely a place to visit as a family especially if you have kids. My family and I went over the weekend and although it was busy, we still had a great time. You can go around and do the drive by to see the animals as many times as you'd like, just make sure you don't leave the premises otherwise you'd be paying to enter again.

Yelp
Kids had a great time. I felt the enclosures were to small for the animals. They own quite a bit of land and need to expand their living quarters. I witnessed animals pacing back and forth.

Yelp
Complete satisfaction and a great place to get up and close to wildlife. We couldn't have been more pleased with our visit.

Yelp
Great little experience! We started with the walk through so we could see the up close with the bears. The bears were amazing as were the handlers! It was very informative! All the animals were very active and there were a few other shows that were great also. Then we did the drive through part, which was fun also.

Yelp
Cute place to go and see, but a little and the high end for price and what you get. Can drive throughout the park multiple times and walk the zoo portion, but if you leave you have to repay to come back in. Good amount of animals and staff at different areas make sure rules followed. Some loops around to see further in some areas. There are a few area to eat inside the walking zoo part and a canyon restaurant. Gift shop and a few photo opportunities with bear statues stuff. For me it was a cute go to once place but wouldn't make the drive again to see it.

Yelp
I can't imagine not loving this place. Very clean and well laid out. The employees are passionate about the animals they serve. Nice displays and plenty of wildlife to see, up close and personal. Reasonable pricing for a days entertainment.

Yelp
Bearizona is a fun place to go to with the family! We went here on a holiday and in the evening, and it was pretty dead. This was nice during the drive thru portion of our journey, but when we got to the walking part it seemed dead. Stores were closed and there wasn't a lot of people, in some cases the lack of crowd was appreciated; however, I wish I received the full experience. The animals were super fun and cute to watch. It's definitely a neat experience to get so up close to them. The cost was expensive. 30 or 35 dollars per adult based on the day of the week, adds up to be pretty expensive for a family. However, I understand it is expensive to take care of the animals.

Yelp
We love it here and they are making this place better all the time. The drive thru is one of a kind and so fun. We drive through a few times and always experience something different. We LOVE the wolves and baby bears. You can't beat the baby bear section, they are so funny and playful so be careful! They have been known to go towards cars. The walking zoo is also nice as they have some awesome animals like brown bears, jaguars, and little foxes. This experience is worth the money.

Yelp
Kids loved it. We will probably return. It was pretty fun unlimited ride thru the zoo
