Fell Northern Quarter

Great beers, knowledgeable staff and a nice Punk Rock soundtrack in the background. The atmosphere as a such is maybe a bit sterile (not like your dark, cozy Pub) but still a great place to have a Pint or two (or three or four or...)

Excellent bar lovely lady serving good choice of beer's especially from fell which you rarely see this far south and cracking bottle/can selection

Albrecht spotted this fairly new bar when we popped next door to Idle Hands for coffee and cake. Opened Oct 24. One of five Fell Brewery now run. ( Been to Penrith, Kendal and Chorlton. Been to the Royal Oak in Cartmel but before Fell took over.) Entrance up several steps to this L shaped one room bar. Great real ale outlet that also has lots of cider choice. They have a projector to show live sport. Outside food can be brought in. Friendly and knowlegable staff. Super addition to the Northern Quarter.

First visit back here in a while - so handy for Piccadilly Station even in the 🌧️. Always a great assortment of craft ales on sale and a few on cask.

Great craft beer place, an interesting selection of craft beers and friendly knowledgeable staff. If you like your beers and are open to trying new tastes and styles then this is well worth a trip

Everything looks the same as it did when Beatnikz was running the place… There’s some great guest beers on tap

29/06/24: Fell Brewery. 04/05/24: Carnival Brewing: Alfonso mango sour 4.6% 11/04/24: Pelican Brewery: Pomona Island Brewery: Monkberry Moon Delight raspberry sour 6.8% 05/07/23: Sqwark Brewery now dominate the old Beatnikz Republic place. Still awesome beers and a revamp to boot. Great beer selection at a decent price. Did not try the food in this venue so can not comment on that. Good atmosphere and vibe about the place.
