Fell Northern Quarter

Firstly this is a great addition to the Manchester cask & craft drinking scene. Fell beers are really excellent & for anyone who likes a strong cask 6.3% Tinderbox takes some beating! Like wise the lower strength session beers. What makes this bar different is the enthusiasm to sell other quality products as well including a great range of ciders & a very impressive wine range so not just the beer drinkers are happy!

Awesome selection of beer on tap, with really friendly staff, even as the last drink of the night for us (we arrived around 10:45pm and were welcomed). The Raspberry & Cream Soda Sour Beer was a really nice experience and just highlighted the options that they had on hand! I'll definitely be back/ordering again!

Albrecht spotted this fairly new bar when we popped next door to Idle Hands for coffee and cake. Opened Oct 24. One of five Fell Brewery now run. ( Been to Penrith, Kendal and Chorlton. Been to the Royal Oak in Cartmel but before Fell took over.) Entrance up several steps to this L shaped one room bar. Great real ale outlet that also has lots of cider choice. They have a projector to show live sport. Outside food can be brought in. Friendly and knowlegable staff. Super addition to the Northern Quarter.

First visit back here in a while - so handy for Piccadilly Station even in the 🌧️. Always a great assortment of craft ales on sale and a few on cask.

Great beers, knowledgeable staff and a nice Punk Rock soundtrack in the background. The atmosphere as a such is maybe a bit sterile (not like your dark, cozy Pub) but still a great place to have a Pint or two (or three or four or...)

Nice pub, food can be ordered but if cooked next door, nice selection of beers

i discovered this bar due to the manchester craft beer tour, and i will definitely go back! the staff were lovely, the toilets were clean and the decorations were spot on, extra marks for the gorgeous plants on the ceiling.
