This was a special trip booked by my partner for my birthday. The property is absolutely exquisite and without doubt, we will return to this magical place.||The bedrooms are magnificent and the dining room, lounge, bar and terrace all mirror the same - everything is so chic!! The pool area is another wow moment. We didn't see another guest during our 2 night stay, apart from check out so it felt extra special as if the whole place was ours!!||The breakfast was good, but expensive nevertheless expected in a 5* hotel.||I gave 4 stars, because this was a birthday stay and I thought that there might have been a welcome gesture, or card/acknowledgement but nothing was done. Considering the prestige, price and all the other finishing touches to the hotel have in place, I thought this part of guest experience was missing from our stay and it would have been the cherry on top! ||All in all though, we loved Beaumanior!!

Wow, what an incredible hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are wonderful too, they worked their socks off to make our stay so amazing. The location is a little out of town but for that you get peace and quiet. ||||We’re go back there in a heartbeat. Loved it

We only spent one night at Beaumanoir, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about this place was perfect. The rooms were full of thoughtful details. The hotel is set up like an 1800s manor but saved from being stodgy by many whimsical touches. For example, there is a giant rubber duck by the pool and a suspended statue of a diver has floaties on his arms. We were put in the gorgeous, huge suite with our kids - we had an opulent king bed, there was a well-appointed living room between, and then two twin beds in the kids' room. ||||The hotel serves a lovely breakfast - either continental or ala carte. There is an extensive Moet champagne bar. The rooms have fully stocked bars. The amenities are luxury and the hotel also offers spa services. The staff was friendly, helpful, and absolutely top-notch from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. ||||The hotel is a few minutes outside of town by car. Having spent a few hours in town for dinner and the next day, shopping and at the beach, I would highly recommend taking advantage of the reprieve this hotel offers from the noise and crowds. Music from a concern was blasting in town until late at night and we were very happy to have a nice, quiet place to return to.||||Worth every penny.

Nice place but you only remember the penny pinching One of the better places we have stayed in France, they are keen to point out that it's 5-Star but felt like a push. place is nicely decorated, not everyones taste but fun and fine for a hotel. Location ok, not close to town but 10m drive, reception helped with parking etc. it's about 30m to walk (but though housing estate) Rooms comfortable, bedding etc. all fine, we We were amazed by how tight the hotel were for an expensive place... on day 2 we were told that the bottle of water in the room wouldn't be replaced, and that we only got one nespresso pod per day... so we went to the shops and left some in the hotel for anybody who fancies a second cup :-). This was a bit of a theme, the shower gel etc. never got replaced, if we wanted a cup of tea we had to pay €9... so we just ended up spending our time away from the hotel. We booked on a non-cancellation, which is fine, but when we asked if we could move the booking a day earlier they charged us another €100... we'd understand but the hotel was no more than 30% full at best.... but you get the theme here. The staff working in the hotel were great, realy nice - they really tried to help out, and they seemed to understand that we were frustrated by the hotel 'policies' bit of a shame, we ended up just using the room and nothing else, which seems a waste..... the hotels not far of being really good, but when you are charging €400+ per night, a bowl of apples on reception or a few bits in a minibar seem a reasonable ask.

We stayed at Beaumanoir on our way to Toledo from Paris and were delighted with the hotel. Charming building and a delightful bedroom with a good sized bath. So many hotels just offer showers nowadays and old folks like us like to soak after a long drive. The staff were attentive and the owner who is omni-present is charming.||We arrived later than expected due to a motorway closure following an accident and were a little disappointed to find that we could only have the Bistro menu. It was served in the charming siting room and was good but I had hoped for something fishy given the location. Great wine list with some relative bargains. Next time we will book dinner ahead of time.||We will certainly return when we are next back in the late spring or summer.

We enjoyed a beautifully peaceful weekend in the hotel. Everything was perfect from the room, hotel and grounds. The pool area is great and enjoyed a wonderful bottle of champagne on the terrace. We did very little as didn't want to leave the hotel. A truly memorable stay.

The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and courteous as well as discreet. We especially liked the private athmosphere of the hotel. There were not so many guests in the hotel when we were there, so that we were almost alone at the pool.||Will definitely come back!

One can differ on class, chique and élégance!|But if you class yourself as a 5 * boutique hotel live up to it!||There is;|No elevator |No Airco (when 30degrees!)|No coffee/tea maker |No glasses |No complimentary water (only evian 33cl for 5€)||Breakfast starts at €29,- every additional egg for 5€ (showing up on our bill after being toef order anything you like)quality? Poor...||Exclusivity is not for sale, this place is sponsored by all sorts of champagne brands which are all over the place. A lot of bling bling.... which this place doesnt need. By overpricing things they try to suggest a certain luxury that they obviously don't own...||Location: far from centre in more fancy suburban area||Booking: after suggesting to place an extra bed for our youngest, they changed their plan and denied their original plans. Repeatedly claiming they did NOT propose it. Basically telling us we're lying.||Overall our stay was okay but This place could be more! This is tops 4 star...
