Beau's on the River

Reserved a dinner table near the window for four. Reservations are highly recommended. Hostess a little reluctant to give our group a window seat, but we were seated with a beautiful view of the Cuyahoga river falls. Lobster Bisque and bread were ordered as appetizers. Bread and butter is an appetizer ($7). Lobster Bisque is the best we’ve ever had. Bread was fresh and delicious. The Caesar salad was very plain except for the anchovies. Drinks were good but refills were only delivered when asked, sometimes asking more than once. Lobster & seafood Pasta- good but sauce was bland, Braised Pork Shank more bone and fat than meat, Stuffed Salmon seamed to be under the warming lights too long, and Rosemary chicken from the specials menu also seamed to be under the warming lights too long drying it out. All our meals were plagued with issues. Fresh brewed coffee and the peanut butter pie were superb. Service was good but not particularly friendly. I expected the meal to be expensive and wonderful. Turned out to be just expensive. Would gladly pay more for better food. The atmosphere will bring me back, the food will make me cautious.

An absolute must if you are in the area! The views from the restaurant are amazing! Ryan, the manager, was attentive to his guests ensuring that everything was perfect. The food was excellent! We started with brussel spouts and bread. Brussels sprouts were perfect! Had the stuffed salmon for dinner. It was cooked too perfection. Great dining experience!

We had a dinner for my sister in December 2025, with a group of 11-13 ppl. Wendy was our server and she did an amazing job. The manager that night was awesome too. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. I definitely would come back

The buffet was great with made to order omelettes and pancakes and much more. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The views of the river and snow are soothing.

My food was sooo good. I got the stuffed salmon with tomato burblanc and risotto. The salmon was so crispy on the edges but the middle was so tender and moist. I can't believe how perfect that tasted. I never had a better salmon 😋. The risotto was so good and full of flavor and made to perfection and my broccolini was yummy and tender and seasoned good too!! I would eat that meal everyday if I could. The view was very beautiful over the river, the lighting and ambiance was beautiful too!

what a beautiful restaurant! We are definitely coming back to try more food and the happy hour. I had the Short Ribs and they were delicious, moist and very flavorfull! The Atmosphere and the views of the river are awesome!

Wendy gave us wonderful service! Not only do you have a GORGEOUS view of the water but the food was great! We came for lunch and they had it to the lounge to the right once you get down the stairs. The food was seriously amazing. We did mozzarella sticks and they were crispy and flakey. The fries had a crunch but also just fell apart in your mouth. We drive 2 hours to go to a place and Cleveland and I found this place from a Facebook video. Definitely didn’t disappoint for the drive we took. I’d come back again!

Love coming to Beaus!!!!!! Every time we come it is amazing. But tonight I had the literal best Manhattan of my life. Also the BEST wings. Actually true which is so odd! Everyone was so nice tonight! We talked to Julie, Lindi, and Emily who were great. We WILL be back!

Excellent customer service dining inside the Sheraton Hotel in Cuyhoga Falls. Ordered lamb chops and they were delicious and a hearty portion for a fair price. Intially they came out very undercooked but the manager personally came over to apologize and he gave us a discount and free dessert on the house without me asking. Remade dish was cooked to a perfect medium rare and delicious. Nice sauce also perfect savory sweet blend. Very satisfied with the resolution and great job to the manager handling it. Turned a potential bad experience into a good one. Will spread the word about good service at this restaurant

I was surprised to see some of these reviews. I had a lovely time here. The hostess sat us at her "favorite" table which was right by the window with a river view. We all loved our meals, each trying something slightly different. I am obsessed with the bread basket...it was so tasty and warm. By far the stand out was the service. Our server was so personable and sweet. I will absolutely be back again and again.

What a wonderful experience! The view and table setting were just perfect! Plenty of space to enjoy your brunch! The service was amazing! Everyone in the restaurant was friendly! The staff seemed to really enjoy their jobs and made sure your meal was lacking nothing! The food was fresh and everything was as it should be! This is a must return for a Sunday brunch! I enjoyed the lobster bisque and ordered the sausage dish. Food was quite delicious. With a little service polish it would be 5 starts. Very cool view of the river and stylish interior. Going through renovations at time of this writing so it will be even nicer in a few months.

The only thig going for this place is the view and that's not all that. Our food was overcooked and sat in the kitchen till it dried out.

We really like the Sunday Buffet Brunch at Beau's. Had been looking forward to it for a while and it didn't disappoint. Good service and Ambiance.

I've been coming here quite a few times. People are attentive and polite, which was a big improvement from my previous visit in the past. However at times the food quality is inconsistent. On our last visit my wife ordered Beef Stroganoff and when we got them there was no meat, all noodles and some vegetables. My Seafood Pasta was too salty that I have to ask a slice of bread to make it less salty to my taste. It's a beautiful place to dine and entertain, but it could use some improvement on the quality of the food being served.

Ok. So, I've read the reviews, and they are nothing like my experience. My family took me to Beau's for my birthday. We were seated immediately by a window--the view was awesome, but that's probably not why you're reading this. I ordered the salmon, and so did most of my family. The bread service was so good (yes, I'm commenting on the bread service) that we actually went searching for the butter...not lying. On top of that, the salmon was well-seasoned and delicious. Along with the risotto, I think it's the best meal I've had in the area. I'm not sure if I just caught them on a good day or if they've made some changes, but this was top of the line for me. Check my other posts and you'll see I know a little about food. Yes, I will be back... just need to collect my pennies...it's a bit high.

My husband made a 1:15 pm reservation for the 2025 Thanksgiving brunch quite some time ago and reconfirmed it each time the restaurant called to verify we still wanted it. Our family group of 4 adults and 2 children arrived around 1 pm and joined a line to check in with the host. It appeared that far too many reservations had been made for the same time, as a result of which this line was ridiculously long and snaked through the hotel lobby. After we were eventually seated, we faced even crazier and longer lines to get to the food and, because such a large group of guests had arrived at the same time, it seemed like we were all attempting to join the same lines at the same time. Also, it was not clear if the lines for the desserts and hot food (and to a lesser degree the turkey and ham) were separate lines or a single combined line. This caused a lot of confusion, and people were not sure which line to join and where. Some guests were cutting in (probably a mix of deliberately and unintentionally) and the general discontent almost led to a few fights. Personally, if it weren't for spending so much time in lines instead of with my family, I would have made different choices about what to eat and gone back for more. Consequently, I left the restaurant feeling like the brunch was very poor value, especially when a 20% tip was automatically added to our bill. I also felt sorry for anyone trying to navigate everything with mobility challenges. On the positive side, our server was very pleasant, our table was in a nice location, and there was an impressive selection of food items.

My husband and I dined here for the first time and were very underwhelmed. The server recommended the mozzarella sticks and said they were one of the best items on the menu. We thought that they were mediocre at best. We also ordered a steak and burger (forgot to snap a picture). The steak was very bad (fatty and not cooked correctly). My husband said his burger fell short of being mediocre. We also did not enjoy the rolls provided. The server was also mediocre considering this is supposed to be a nicer restaurant. He wasn't rude but he definitely wasn't very attentive. The best part of the experience was getting seated near the huge windows and having an awesome view of the river. This could be a spot to go for a drink before dining elsewhere as long as you can secure a river view.

The best part of our evening was our waitress, Juliet! One dinner, the salmon was very good, two orders of the airline chicken were fine, and unfortunately my short rib dinner was mediocre at best. It wasn't awful, but tasted like pot roast without seasoning. I ate more than half of it, and Juliet offered me something else, but I declined. She took the dinner off my bill, which was totally unexpected! I really appreciate her service and understanding! Beau's is lucky to have her! Thanks, Juliet. We'll be sure to request you next time!

This restaurant was a great find. It is located in the hotel with a great view. We were able to sit in a corner table (the walls are windows with a view of the River) so we got to watch kayakers throughout dinner. We ordered appetizers which were great as well as our meal and drinks. We would happily come back here as the view was great and would be even better in the summer.

Everything is just FABULOUS every single time!!! The food, service, atmosphere. Love it all.

Ate here twice--once for dinner and another for breakfast. Service was slow for dinner which is understandable given the large party I came with but the waitresses were all very accommodating. I ordered the chicken sinatra to be on the healthier side and deeply regretted it. The chicken and potatoes were super dry, carrots were still hard, the fried prosciutto and sauce were way too salty, and there was really no other seasoning other than salt. I was grimacing with every bite and the person sitting beside me asked if I was okay. Breakfast wasn't as bad and allowed for greater palate customization since it was a buffet. I opted for eggs, some hashbrowns, and fresh fruit (it didn't seem that fresh).

Went in Thursday, went to the main dinning room to be seated and we're turned away, said they were too full, not one customer was in the restaurant, this was about 6:30 pm. We were then seated in the side room where the bar is. We were a party of 7. The young lady was a total nightmare. She had absolutely no customer service skills and really needs to rethink working with the public. She was rude, lazy and acted like it was a bother to take care of us. Service with her was super slow, yet she was very attentive to the other tables. Not really sure what her issue was. I asked for salt and pepper and was ignored, I eventually had to go ask the bartender for some as well as get my own drink refill since the waitress was incompetent. The food was surprisingly good , I had the filet and it was excellent. They earned an extra star for that. We did sit right next to the big window and it was an amazing view. However I would never be back with the terrible service we received, it was very embarrassing. I would suggest that the management trains their staff accordingly. This is an upscale location located inside the Sheraton hotel.

I've only been here for holidays, but they do a great job of them! Most recently, my mom and husband and I hit up Beau's for a lowkey Thanksgiving in town instead of our usual travel plans. The service was impeccable, and the brunch buffet was extravagant and delicious. It gets VERY crowded on holidays, but you only really feel it in the food lines; the dining room felt intimate and lovely and not noisy.

Great Atmosphere, great service, and the food was outstanding! Would definitely recommend! We went at night, but could still see the river from the window.

They have a nice atmosphere and fully stocked bar. Many beers on tap and a lengthy wine list. I had the "stuffed" salmon. Weird name because it wasn't stuffed with anything. The salmon itself was ok but under seasoned. I did like the crispy texture of it though as it was cooked the way I prefer. The risotto was good but, overall, did not have much flavor. The broccolini was dry and tough. The plate came out very hot because it was probably sitting for too long before service. Unfortunately, this place underwhelmed and should have been better considering the prices.

We made reservations for 4 -- but it was a family tragedy and another showed up. Even though we had reservations for four, the manager told us he couldn't seat five people. He was indignant about told our situation and told us we had to go to the bar area, which was empty. When I looked back at the restaurant area an hour later, they had a ton of empty tables. It was clear the manager was just being an ass and didn't care about customers -- but it cost the Sheraton future customers. I will never again have a business meeting or drinks there -- and will never again recommend that hotel to clients, family, or friends.

The view was really nice, the server was nice too. ...but the food was really another story. Everything was bland and underwhelming, and for that price the quality was shockingly poor. How can something be so expensive and so bad...

Fantastic meal. Packed bar for a Tuesday night so the service was a bit slow tonight. But server was very nice. Really digging the vibe above the river. Great for business or a date night.

Since we were staying here at the hotel, we stopped here for a cocktail and enjoyed the views of the river's rapids so much that we decided to stay here for dinner. After two cocktails, I enjoyed my house favorite poke bowl with avocado, cucumber, scallions, spicy tuna, carrots, sriracha aioli, habanero crystals, and sticky rice for $28. I especially enjoyed the sriracha aioli and habanero crystals. We both enjoyed our dinners here. Check out my pics and videos. My total bill was $97 inclusive of gratuities. We agreed we would likely eat here if we stayed here again.

Beau's on the River Sunday Brunch was absolutely disgusting, my friend and I decided to go here based on the ambiance and outstanding fall view and that was the only thing worth noting. The food was sub par and after eating a few items we decided to pay the bill and leave, so I can honestly say that I have been there two times...the first and last time! So do yourself a huge favor, save your money and go spend it elsewhere.

I asked for a table for 1 and they told me they were full. It was an hour until close and they were visibly empty. The ambiance looked nice, and the name suggests they have a river view, but I couldn't tell from the lobby. Not sure why the hostess refused to seat me as I am a business traveler and was dressed very nicely, but hopefully the manager will see this review and explain their lack of courtesy.

Finally got to this place to try their Sunday brunch. I have never been here before and I heard great things from the community. The Brunch is buffet style and I believe we paid $26 a person plus and extra $16 for bottomless mimosas. So worth it! When I say our server knew how to make mimosas, she REALLY knew how to make mimosas. The amount of food selection they had was wonderful. There was a breakfast buffet station complete with someone who would cook you an omelet to order with your choice of fillings, a full salad bar (although I wish they had eggs for the salad), a prime rib station with someone to cut you slices of prime rib, and a hot lunch foods buffet station. The breakfast station was very good. The stuffed blueberry crepe thing they had was delectable, bacon was nice and crispy, scrambled eggs were... scrambled eggs (but at least they didn't make them like Gordan Ramsay) but the Belgium waffles were very bad. They were very very stale. I also wish they had croissants and not just bagels. The salad bar was very good with a large variety of different lettuces and toppings (but again, wish they had eggs). The prime rib I'm sure was good to some but the piece I got was just pure fat and the juices were cold. The hot lunch station was by far the most disappointing. My fiancée tried the crab stuffed scallop and had to nonchalantly spit it into her napkin. I don't like scallops, so I dodged that bullet. I loved the coffee crusted pork but my fiancée didn't care for it (she doesn't much like pork though so that's on her). There was like 4 different hot foods you could get from the lunch buffet portion. I liked 1 out of 4. Which was disappointing. I hope they switch up their options. I would have loved to see some fried chicken in that buffet portion. It would be a smart idea especially with the chicken and waffle craze right now. Our server was a gem! they brought out a spread plate for us and cute mini muffins. The muffins were AMAZING. I would definitely try brunch here again, I just hope they switch the lunch items.

Beautiful spot! I came here with my hubby for our anniversary after seeing how pretty the view was. Our seat was overlooking some falls and you could hear the rushing of the water from inside. There's ceiling to floor windows all around the dining area so you're sure to have a nice view. We tried quite a bit from there even with their limited menu. The lobster bisque was the highlight of the night. Big chunks of lobster and mushrooms (you can request the mushrooms to be left out if preferred). The mozzarella sticks come inside of a flaky pastry-like bread instead of traditional breading. Super yummy. We also tried the ribeye on special, the lobster pasta, and the charcuterie board. Everything was delicious and cooked to order. Dessert would be the only thing I'd skip out on. We tried the chocolate lava cake which was pretty average for the price. Personally I'd take a quick skip over to Pav's for dessert instead. Service was attentive and made good suggestions. Ambience was great. I would definitely come here again.

service was horrible i cannot appreciate that food i received. every meal this brought out was burnt. threw up at the restaurant, same with the people i dined with. overpriced and burnt. Do not recommend!!!

So on a whim we went to see a magician, Michael Trixx, at the Funny Bones Comedy Club ( great show by the way). We arrived early and googled places to eat in Cuyahoga Falls since we had only been there one other time. We almost left when we realized it was in a hotel, but we are so glad we didn't. First, the view from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular: I took pictures out the window, but they look like pictures on the wall because it is that awesome. Your looking at a river in a pretty dense Forrest with a water fall. Wow!!! As for the food, they really did a wonderful job! For appetizers (which we normally don't order but the waiter sold us on them) we ordered the lobster bisque and Mozzarella sticks. The bisque was very good, though personally I prefer Pier W's bisque (it was a bit citrusy for my taste). But there were large chunks of lobster in it. As for the mozzarella sticks, wow. Never had them with such a light crust. Exceptional. For the main dish my wife ordered the lamb chops and I ordered the stuffed salmon. Both were cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. My wife wasn't real keen on the au gratin potatoes, but I tasted them and thought they were good (maybe could have been a bit moister, but still good). You will not regret visiting this restaurant. With the comedy club, it made the night for us. I actually thought the prices would be higher, but for the quality, $29 for the salmon and $45 (I think) for the lamb isn't bad. Oh, and did I mention the view, wow! One last note. I am an old fashioned connoisseur, and they really did a nice job. Whoever made it knew what they were doing. The drinks were strong like we like them. The service was good, though I did feel they could have been a bit more attentive. We did wait a bit to order food, but the waiter did seem to be handling quite a few tables. We are pretty easy going, so this didn't bother us. Anyway, if you want great food with a great view and good drinks, check out this restaurant. I am sure you will leave with a smile on your face as we did!

Beau's was fantastic for dinner after the FUBAR we had a local restaurant that we already reviewed. We arrived at 8:30 and they were unable to sit us in the dining room but the lounge was available with the same menu. We had a seat, the server (I wish I knew his name) was right over with menus. We promptly ordered (he was one of those server that didn't write anything down, even the modifications yet everything came to the table as ordered - so envious, I can't remember two days ago). Our food was delivered to the table in a timely manner, at appropriate temperatures AND he checked in on us regularly despite having more than one table and being the second behind the bar. Quite impressive! There was a musician performing who was quite good and who we enjoyed. Next time, we'll just go straight there. Additionally, for breakfast, the buffet was decently stocked with the customary hot and cold breakfast items. The morning wait staff was very cordial and kept the coffee coming (I must have looked like I needed it).

We have visited the other Beau's (Beau's Grill) numerous time I have not had the pleasure of experiencing this location. BOTR was a perfect spot for Christmas Eve dinner. I would say that it is a little more formal than Beau's Grill but you can still get by with jeans and a nice shirt or jacket. I had the lobster bisque which was the best that I have ever tasted. The waiter touted the bisque so much that I told him he was raising the bar so high that it cannot be that good but in fact it was. I wish I had a bowl instead of a cup. I also had the grilled salmon with butternut squash risotto with pomegranates. It was extremely good. BOTR is a great restaurant with the atmosphere (river outside the window), great food and fantastic service.

Go to Beau's and put your mind at ease, Get the banana peppers stuffed with veal and cheese. Mrs. Juniper had the shrimp and grits, After a few glasses of wine, we called it quits. This place has a beautiful view, Until next time, Beau - I'll bit you adieu!

I had high expectations for this place. The view is absolutely gorgeous if you can sit by the big windows. Staff is very kind and has good recommendations. We went with the mozzarella sticks and although it was weird to order a fried food at a nicer place- they did not disappoint. The bread around it just melted in your mouth and the cheese had an aged flavor that was unique. Unfortunately our entrees did not come up to par. I ordered the filet and the meat was cooked nicely however I could hardly taste the garlic herb butter that I paid extra for. The veggies and potato had no seasoning either which really killed the plate for me. Overall, the atmosphere is quite nice. The tables by the windows are pretty close together and were mostly packed. It's a decent meal but nothing special.

Pricey. Combo punch of upscale rest in a hotel I suppose! Food and service are always great, you cannot beat the romantic setting I do think it's time they update the finishes Lobster bisque is worth every penny in the $14.95 price. I dream of the stuff Get the mozz app too! Melt in your mouth Great bar too, possible even better service!

If you come here I recommend coming during the day when you can get a better view of the river. The food is a little bit pricier than normal but, it is good. The lobster bisque is excellent! I had the burger and wife had mozzarella sticks. Burger was good. I'd get it again. Mozzarella sticks had a unique breading. Also good. If you want a real good view of the river sneak down the outside back stairs behind the pool area. They really should make this patio outside the pool area a dining area!!

The breakfast buffet is good - pretty standard, but nice variety of options. People go for the nice ambiance and views of the falls. High priced for a pretty standard buffet though.

I was visiting from California and decided to eat in the downstairs lounge at The Sheraton. I've always enjoyed my stays when I stay at the Sheraton so I was surprised by the level of service I received at Beau's. The food was good. The young man that was bussing our table was very courteous. The problem was the server. She was rude and condescending. Her behavior was surprising since the restaurant was not crowded. So go for the food, not the service.

I stay at the Sheraton where Beau's is located in pretty ofter for work. I have ordered a lot of their room service (smaller menu) as well as have eaten at the restaurant. By far the best thing on their menu IMO is their rack of lamb. The first time I had it, I was blown away. I've had it two more times and unfortunately it was over cooked, which was a shame! I've probably had the salmon the most often and it is pretty unpredictable how it will turn out. Out of maybe 8 orders I'd say it was only cooked well once as well, it's usually a bit over done. Ive also tried their hummus wrap, calamari and wings all of which are too greasy or heavy. I recently tried their smoked salmon and shrimp and grits (wo bacon) and that was pretty good. Overall their food is decent, it def is a great option when I'm working late and don't have time to leave. But I definitely wish there were some healthier options available on the room service menu.

Charles the manager was extremely helpful and nice Al around the board. food was excellent very tasteful and well cooked. My Server Dawn was great , great personality . Bus boys were very helpful helped me get Tabasco sauce when my server was busy with other tables overall great experience would recommend!

This is in the Sheraton Hotel off of front street. The view is beautiful! They have big glass windows that give a view of the River. It is quite laid back in the lounge, nobody was really out and about working when we first got down there. The food was decent, I got a hummus wrap but was just given a bowl of hummus instead. I still recommend it, I'm sure it's a lot better on the weekend and busier days.

Great food, ambiance and service! I am an Eggetarian & had enough options to fill up!

My wife and I ended up here for a date night and Beau's did not disappoint. The view is beautiful, though there are only a few prime spots that provide the beat views of the river. Everyone else just has to sit there and be jealous. The service was spectacular. The young lady taking care of us was knowledgeable, helpful, and checked in on us just enough. The rack of lamb was a current special, and I went for it. Preparing lamb separates the cooks from the chefs. It was perfect. I cannot recall the reduction that it was served with, but I do recall my plate being clean. My wife went with the steak - she always does - and was a big fan. The wine list was nice and, honestly, the prices are not bad at all. Sometimes higher end places charge obscene prices, but Beau's was reasonable. All in all, big thumbs up!!

Always a pleasure to hear live music there on a Friday night. Reasonably pleasant and attentive service. Food and drinks have always been good. Can be very crowded and hard to get a seat.

Definitely the best meal I've ever had. Worth the money and the drive. We stayed at the Sheraton and it is in the hotel so you don't have to walk outside to get to it! I don't recommend taking children here. It's very romantic

The food and service were wonderful. Our server, Dawn, was great. The lobster bisque is the best we've had lately with large & plentiful chunks of lobster meat. Our group had the lamb chops, poke bowls and the beet salad. Every single item was very very flavorful. We will definitely be returning. The only thing that would have been nice but was omitted was, no gesture was made with regard to its being our 51st anniversary. We informed them of that when the reservation was made and a complimentary dessert would have been nice.

I was quite disappointed with this restaurant not keeping up with the times. What I mean by that is they do not have a gluten-free menu. Not only do they not have a gluten-free menu there's almost nothing on the menu that's gluten-free other than salad. I did take my chances with the shrimp and corn grits it had a lovely sweetened bacon topping on it and some type of a gravy so hopefully the gravy did not have any wheat in it. It tasted amazing. The other person I was with had one of the crabcakes which they said was delicious. So the food here at least the food we had was top quality. They also Roth fresh squeezed orange juice and they have an amazing cuppa coffee here. The view is outstanding. Most of the seats you can see the river and the waterfalls.

This place was amazing! The view was too good to pass up for dinner! The food was so delicious! We got the steak with potatoes and veggies!! (Definitely try to purple potatoes) for dessert we got the creme brûlée, YUMMY!! There was live music in the lounge we could hear from our dinner table and it made the night that much better!! This restaurant was 10/10, great experience!

Never again...this place has disappointed us more than once, and now for the last time. The first time it was about seating location at this "wanabe fancy eatery" Now this time, it's about getting seating...WTH? We called and asked for a table for 12 for breakfast, they said NO. I have never heard of a restaurant turning down customers. Especially when they need them. There food is a three star out of five, and being a hotel guest here on a regular basis, I try to patronize the hotel. The NO for 12, was not for the time we asked, we were told it was not an option, too big of a group. They have the room, they said they just could not accommodate due to our party size. So, I am to assume had we not called and just showed up they would have said "Go Away"? This place is crazy and they have seen the last of my business. UPDATE: as we are checking out of the Sheraton, at 10am time of our reservation request, the restaurant had 4-people in it...unreal.

Although we only live 15 minutes away, this was our first visit to Beau's. I must say, I was blown away by the "million dollar view" right in our back yard. View aside, the restaurant was just perfect for us. It's hard for most couples, who enjoy different foods, too find a restaurant that has the "something for everyone, classy menu". Tonight, I enjoyed the Ahi Tuna, and side salad, while my husband had his favorite type of foods--chicken wings, stuffed banana peppers and fries-- win win for both :-) Challenging even more so for the craft beer lovers in us, is to find a restaurant that satisfies BOTH the food and drink criteria.
