What a beautiful place and the people are just very lovely and welcoming. Upon arrival I was immediately offered a cup of warm tea before my session started. I had booked a Biologique Recherche facial with Léa and it was such a great experience. The cabin was beautiful and radiated a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I immediately felt calm and so relaxed. Léa listened to my concerns and then took excellent care of my skin. The treatment was pure bliss! I truly can’t wait to be back for my next treatment!

I had an incredible Hydrafacial session at Beauties Lab, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. My skin specialist, Margaux, was absolutely wonderful. She walked me through every step with so much care and expertise, making the entire 60-minute session feel soothing, luxurious, and deeply relaxing. From the moment the treatment started, Margaux ensured I was comfortable, explaining each step of the process and tailoring the facial exactly to my skin’s needs. The extraction phase was gentle yet effective, and the hydration infusion left my skin feeling plump, smooth, and glowing like never before. I also loved how she paid attention to small details — from adjusting the pressure to checking in regularly — it truly felt personalized. What stood out most was the professionalism, the calming ambiance, and the noticeable after-glow that lasted well into the next day. My pores looked refined, my texture felt improved, and the overall radiance was visible instantly. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a rejuvenating, high-quality skincare experience. I’ll definitely be coming back — and Margaux is a gem!

Update Feb 2026. Updated from 2 stars to 4 stars. Beauties Lab was gracious enough to ask me to come back for a re-do, this time with the self-love facial. I genuinely enjoyed this experience with Lea and all her recommendations regarding skincare routine after examining my skin. When I told her I tend to feel claustrophobic with the light therapy, she stayed in the room talking to me to help calm the nerves, which was incredibly kind. A very warm thank you to Lula for her efficiency and kindness, and for Lea for her expertise and warmth. If your initial experience with Beauties was not as great like mine, I really recommend you contact them, and maybe try them again. :) Update 22 Nov 2025. Rebecca emailed me right after my review below on 1 Nov 2025. The next day, I emailed her back with my concerns. I still have not heard back from her or anyone else from Beauties Lab, which makes me feel that Beauties Lab does not respond well to constructive, respectful criticism. For this reason and the ones stated in my initial review, I would not recommend Beauties lab, as there are many other places in Montreal that offer high-quality facials, that do not cost close to $500 after tax/tip, and are open to both positive and negative feedback. I wish this business the best, but I personally will not be returning. Initial review 1 Nov 2025. Rebecca was very nice, and the platinum hydrafacial was relaxing. I personally did not notice any change in my skin from before (no “glow”, did not seem more hydrated than usual - whether immediately after or 2 weeks later). I also had pimples near my chin that I brought up to Rebecca and thought were extracted, but when I went home, I noticed they were still there. I was also almost positive I booked my facial with Léa so was surprised it was another esthetician (I may be wrong and this is not a big deal). I thought Rebecca told me she would contact me by email for a check-in so I could share these concerns but it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard. All in all, I would not do this again due to the high price and my perceived lack of change to my face.

A beautiful and welcoming space, just like the people that work there. This was my first facial here and definitely not the last. I was greeted with a little cold drink and got to sit and relax before going into the room for my treatment. Laury-Ann was very nice and asked me if there was anything I was looking for in particular to get from this treatment and I noticed that she read my reservation notes. The treatment was sooooo relaxing, especially the head massage, just wow! My oura ring thought I took a nap. I will definitely be back.

Beauties Lab is a beautiful, cozy space and the perfect spot to shop modern, natural and non-toxic products. Whether it’s makeup, skincare, wellness, Léa and her team are very knowledgeable. I really like their approach towards natural beauty and embracing yourself as you are.
