Beautiful Saigon Hotel

Beautiful Hotel Saigon 3 needs a lot of help. I stayed in the only room with a balcony, #101. The table lamp was missing a light bulb. They did replace the lamp on day 2. The small refrigerator didn't work. They said that they would fix it, and failed to do so for 3 nights. I paid for 4 nights and left after 3 nights. I couldn't wait to leave, even though I knew that there would be no refund. The location is ok for frequent visits to Bui Vein Walking Street, however this small alley can be noisy up to 3 am. I'm not sensitive to noise at night, but it may affect you. I was on the lowest floor, and the room is well insulated, so it wasn't too bad. The front desk gentleman was very nice, but I cannot recommend this hotel.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I found that the air conditioner in my room was not working at all. I reported it to the front desk, but there was no real response. I also informed the staff on the next shift, who said they would fix it later, but nothing was done. In such hot weather, a working AC is not optional — it’s essential. The room felt uncomfortable and it affected my rest. While the location is convenient, the service was lacking, and the staff showed little interest in solving issues. The room itself was basic, and cleanliness was average at best. For the price paid, I expected better value and care. I truly hope the hotel management works on improving their service — from the moment of booking until the guest checks out.

I paid for a deluxe room with a king size bed The hotel refused to give me the room I paid for and said there’s nothing they could do? The guy at the front desk was not helpful to I asked why they were selling these expensive rooms but don’t let people actually check In? Do not stay here! nothing like the pictures also very uncomfortable small bed. Sad experience checking into this place Will never return here.

DO NOT BOOK HERE ONLINE. We arrived with a booking and were told that all the rooms were taken. The front desk clerk said that they purposely overbook weekends to make sure they are full. We got stuck with no rooms for the night even though they could see our booking online. We were also informed if you don't arrive before 6 pm they give the booking away.

My stay is so far great. It located nearby entertaining places. Three criticisms are (1) the serving cup wasn’t cleaned. It still has a stained of coffee from previous guests when I arrived, (2) the hot water was not working well, and (3) the blanket is kinda thin that I couldn’t get warm under it.

We stayed just one night for our flight layover, and it worked perfectly. Nothing luxurious, but the staff were super friendly and helpful—even at odd hours. 🙏 📍Location? You can’t beat it! It’s right by Bui Vien Street, so food, drinks, and local buzz are just steps away. No frills, no fuss—just a clean, simple stop before your next adventure.

We had a great time in the villa. The staff were so friendly and happily helped us with so much throughout our stay! ||I 100% recommend staying here. It’s the first place in Vietnam where they didn’t ask for a review on trip advisor or Google, but deserves really deserved a great one. ||The room was spacious, clean, comfortable & modern. The shower was strong and hot. It was perfect for us! Thank you for having us. If we are ever back in Hoi An we would definitely stay here again!

This is absolutely wonderful ! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, my villa was always clean and tidy thanks to the cleaning team,who always had a hello and a smile!. MY on reception was outstanding helping me with everything! I can ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AS A GREAT BASE IN HOI AN. I will definitely be back,and have already recommended my friends stay here.. the pool was always welcome daily..Thankyou to all the staff..
