Beautiful Saigon Hotel

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I found that the air conditioner in my room was not working at all. I reported it to the front desk, but there was no real response. I also informed the staff on the next shift, who said they would fix it later, but nothing was done. In such hot weather, a working AC is not optional — it’s essential. The room felt uncomfortable and it affected my rest. While the location is convenient, the service was lacking, and the staff showed little interest in solving issues. The room itself was basic, and cleanliness was average at best. For the price paid, I expected better value and care. I truly hope the hotel management works on improving their service — from the moment of booking until the guest checks out.

We had a great time in the villa. The staff were so friendly and happily helped us with so much throughout our stay! ||I 100% recommend staying here. It’s the first place in Vietnam where they didn’t ask for a review on trip advisor or Google, but deserves really deserved a great one. ||The room was spacious, clean, comfortable & modern. The shower was strong and hot. It was perfect for us! Thank you for having us. If we are ever back in Hoi An we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed just one night for our flight layover, and it worked perfectly. Nothing luxurious, but the staff were super friendly and helpful—even at odd hours. 🙏 📍Location? You can’t beat it! It’s right by Bui Vien Street, so food, drinks, and local buzz are just steps away. No frills, no fuss—just a clean, simple stop before your next adventure.

This is absolutely wonderful ! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, my villa was always clean and tidy thanks to the cleaning team,who always had a hello and a smile!. MY on reception was outstanding helping me with everything! I can ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AS A GREAT BASE IN HOI AN. I will definitely be back,and have already recommended my friends stay here.. the pool was always welcome daily..Thankyou to all the staff..

Not sure if this review is at the correct hotel! Pros... - the windowless room is quiet and it may cost less - has a lift (even if 'G' has worn off ground floor button) - solar shower is hot, sometimes (and she warned me not to expect 24 hr. scalding water - several hangers in closet - lighting is adjustable and indirect - price is OK - comes with a big kettle - central in Pham Ngu Lao - isn't down one of the tiny lanes smelling of cat piss that has the even worse places for 100K less Cons... - Mattress mediocre (too soft) - room safe broken - internal phone doesn't work - price increases on weekends - no free water - unforgivable: screens on air-conditioner unit filthy. Had to wash numerous months of thick dust off - terrible for respiratory health - many times of day (and night?) no one at frontdesk (perhaps useful if you want to sneak in an unregistered guest. - sink lacks stopper Neutral... - two teacups (only one saucer) - kettle, large - but where situated outlet does not function, so must move it to bedside table - no breakfast (not even coffee) included, but a token piece of fruit available in lobby. I had to ask. Maybe thus is normal for Vietnam (not normal in Nepal) It's so-so, mediocre. Could be a lot worse.

Honestly, it's not really okay. The rooms are fine, if dirty, but the bed was terrible, the shower occasionally hot mostly just warm and bugs everywhere (not bed bugs). The bum gun hose leaked, meaning the bathroom floor was always wet and slippery. The staff did very little, they half heartily offered a room change but it never happened. The staff just did really appear to care. Interestingly the hotel across the lane had staff that greeted, laughed and talked with guest all the time. Don't book here. Watch if you book through Booking.com that it isn't cancelled as our was on our app, maybe the hotel doesn't want to pay fees?

Great budget Hotel in District 1 close to many amenities and Walking Street.|Friendly and helpful staff. Shops,bars and restaurants within a short walk away.|Close to Central Market and Central Bus Station.||General Tips.|1. Saigon Airport. Entry with electronic visa printout fairly simple but on exit arrive a minimum of 3 hours before departure as getting through Immigration can take some considerable time.||2.Some local and further afield trips worth considering "War Remnants Museum" and "Ben Thanh Market","Chu Chi Tunnels" and "Mekong Delta ".|The War Remnants Museum is well worth a visit and holds a lot of historical items and photos from The Vietnam War 1955 to 1975. The Ben Thanh Market is the largest market in Saigon but you really need to haggle.!||If you wish to visit Chu Chi tunnels by Public Transport go to central Bus Station just 10 minutes walk from Hotel get number 13 bus (23000 VMD) to Chu Chi Bus Station about 1.5 hours and then take Chu Chi Tunnels bus number 79 to the Tunnels, approximately 40 minutes.(VMD 7,000). Entry with guided tour 125,000 VMD.||Mekong Delta day trip.On the way to Bus Station there are numerour Tour Companies on left hand side of road. A day trip which takes in Vinh Trang Pagoda also costs approx VMD 500,000. Well worth a visit.

This review is based mostly on the service. They take this very seriously and was a pleasure to be greeted everytime I entered the hotel. We had a couple of requests, and the staff jumped right too it. It was incredible and I highly recommend if you want a mid ranged price bracket hotel 1 minute walk from the action.
