Went there with a friend, we ordered the collagen soup and tomato soup. The collagen soup is their signature and it was really good, very thick and creamy, i would say better than hai di lao. Their tomato soup is also very thick and savoury.
For meat, we ordered the chicken thigh, pork collar, pork jaw, alaska crab meat, the assorted balls platter, and prawn paste with fish roe. As for vegetables, we ordered cabbage, lettuce, bean curd skin, king oyster mushrooms.
We also ordered the brown sugar chewy thing (i forgot what's it called) and for dessert, we had the yuzu shaved ice, vallina ice cream. For drinks, we both ordered the luo han guo. There were also many varieties of sauces, spices etc that u can choose from, and u can mix your own sauce.
