We booked the family room for four which was located on level 4 of the hotel. The staff were really hospitable and warm which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. They were super helpful and this is typical of the hospitable Myanmar people. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Also decent breakfast with fruits, drinks, toasts and eggs (scrambled/omelette) Location was also convenient, so I find this place really value for money and worth a stay. would come here again if I ever come to yangon,

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Yangon, near Shangri-la Hotel and near the bus routes. For the budget price I paid, I got a full fruit platter breakfast plus eggs and coffee. Laundry was also included. Wifi was reliable at the lobby. The owners are friendly and hands-on. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. I don't think I can find a better deal in all of Southeast Asia for what I got. Highly recommended!!!

Beautyland Hotel II in Yangoon is a well located hotel with a friendly and helpful owner. We checked in at Pearl, twin room with fan and for 20$ per night reasonable. "Just looking" at the room turned out to be a 5 story climb, so of course we weren't ready to give up that work anymore to look further :)|Pros: no street noise and a cute terasse|Cons: don't forget something in your room when you're leaving; no ac; no own bathroom (although we had it to ourselves as it's low season)|Breakfast was rather lower standard witg chewy toast, marmalade & a breakfast-egg version of your wish with some pieces of fruit||All over: very recommendable, as super well located, clean and very customer-friendly

We stayed here for one night.|The staff were very hospitable and the location is quite central. The room was basic and had a slight damp smell but that was pretty common in all budget accom in Myanmar so it didnt bother us too much. ||Great place to stay if you are looking for budget accomodation.

The friendliness of the staff sets this hotel apart. The rooms are basic but the overall atmosphere is sympathetic. Air conditioning and internet work well. Breakfast was nice and the owner was friendly. Reception staff was very helpful. Stairs are steep so not so good if you can't walk them.

Good location, close with the Bogyoke Market, close with Chinatown and Sule Pagoda.||The price book online before about 20usd, but if u arrive and book, about 33usd. SO should book before u come.||the Room include breakfast, and very good breakfast with alot of fruit.||Swedagion pagoda and National Museum about 3km from here with 2500 kyat Taxi.||Stay here and walking to Indian and China Area so u can know more about Myanmar. The main road is nice but small street is very different.||I love the Feeling Myanmar food restaurant close with the Museum.

Glad to find cheap room in the downtown with windows..BUT: no curtains on windows rm 802 so bright outside and difficult to sleep. Matress falling to bits and terribly uncomfortable. Eventually changed rooms. Staff cheerful and friendly. No fruit at breakfast...might stay again if matress replaced.

I booked a DOUBLE room for 3 nights via Booking.||I confirmed we would be 2 people in the "number of people" box in the booking.||My asian travelbuddy missed his flight and got rescheduled 2 days later,so he could join me only on the third night.||So,I pick him up at the the airport,we go to town for dinner and many drinks, head to the hotel ... And get stopped at the entrance by the staff since "I am sorry but visitors are not allowed in the rooms".||Both me and my travelbuddy (both men!)were speechless since the room is a DOUBLE and confirmed we would be TWO people.||Coming from a couple of drinks in town,we did not want to lose our face and kharma and start arguing with the stuff since they might have accused being drunk.||We had to leave the hotel and quickly find another room.||AS A MATTER OF FACT, hotel's staff could Have simply checked my booking to see the correct information and number of guest. They simply did not.||In Europe, there would have been no issues at all since the room is paid for TWO.||In spite of the decent room, breakfast and position in town which I appreciated, this unprofessional attitude toward paying guests is unacceptable,a look at my booking would nave clarified why se were two people.
