Bradley was phenomenal, so nice and helpful! He was so patient with all of our questions, and the hats are incredible quality and reasonably priced. This was the icing on the cake for our Jackson experience!

Bradley from Georgia was absolutely incredible! He was so patient while talking with my husband on the phone to help him find the perfect hat he’s been searching for for years. He even FaceTimed with him to shape the brim exactly the way he wanted it. Bradley picked out the perfect band—pure simplicity with beautiful leather—and it couldn’t have been more spot on. He also helped me choose the perfect hat, and they’re shipping everything all the way to North Carolina for us. If you’re coming to town, I highly recommend stopping in and letting them take care of all your hat needs. Outstanding service and such a fun experience!

Great store definitely worth checking out Bradley helped fit, shape, and brand my hat he was a great guy to talk with about the town, mountains, and wild life we cut up the whole time. I’ll have to buy that guy a drink next time I’m in town. If I could give them more stars I would!

Alexis is absolutely amazing! We came in to purchase hats that are being shipped to us, but we wanted to wear them out for the day. Without hesitation she said, “Go ahead and wear it out and just bring it back tomorrow!” She was incredibly accommodating and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. And to top it off—today is her birthday! 🎉 Big shoutout to Alexis… 1,500 extra points! Go team! Highly recommend stopping in and seeing her if you’re in town.

We stopped into this cute little shop and had the best experience! Bo from Tennessee and Chip from Pennsylvania were absolutely amazing. Chip even branded my cowboy hat and personalized it perfectly! If you’re in the area, you have to get yourself a cowboy hat and have it branded and customized — you will not regret it! Such a fun and unique experience! 🤠

As a first time hat-buyer I went in blind and had no idea how to narrow down my “perfect hat.” Beau was extremely helpful, friendly and fun as he helped me to find my hat size, shape and color. He made me feel excited about my new hat!! He’s the best!!!

Hats, hats, and more hats. We walked into this store to try another place to get my husband a custom hat. There were only a couple of ppl working the floor and busy so we walked around a little to wait. Well it was worth it. My husband has a special fit and the young man who helped him spent time letting him try different hats and not rushing him. At the end of the day and some time we found the perfect fit! Off to pay and get it customized at the next counter over. At this counter we once again were not rushed and the guy helping ensure my husband got what he wanted on his hat. Would recommend this store highly as everyone was nice and patient.

Very cool leather store. There's a dog that belongs to one of the employees and she is the sweetest! We chatted with the owner and she was really nice. The store has so many nice things! Everyone was nice.

They have a great selection of hats and despite being in a very touristy location don't markup the items. Very happy with the service and my purchase.

Picked our own hat. One woman was very nice but another lady was a little condescending. We get the feeling that they are at the end of their rope with tourists. They did give us a military discount which was really nice. Briefly shaped hat. Equal quality in hats as comparable stores but their prices were lower at Beaver Creek. Other store had more variety to choose from.

The older gentleman that I assume owns the place was super helpful as far as fitting a hat that wasn't even one of their custom hats and proper wearing. You can tell he's super knowledgeable and has fitted tons of hats.

The older gentleman/hat shaper is a very rude and backhanded man. as a working wrangler my hat had lots of wear and tear and he claimed nothing could be altered because it "had been worked on too many times" That's not a real thing lol. proceeded to call my hat "cheap" and "couldn't be worked on" he clearly has no clue how to shape and furthermore, how to treat a customer. He also did a HORRIBLE job on my felt it looks ridiculous. un knowledgeable, rude, and stubborn. For any actual working cowboy in jackson, DONT go here.

Made up in their good selection of hats. I'm happy with my purchase, but the staff was quite rude. One of the employees (not even sure what his role was) just sat in the corner judging everyone. The store has two separate entities with no visual separation or indication to the customer. The employee got annoyed when I wanted to purchase some beads from the other "store" which was a display on a counter 3 ft from her register . How was I supposed to know there were two independent stores under one roof? I'm happy to never have to go back there again. Also, not a huge deal, but I didn't get a storage box with my hat despite spending a good amount of money.

My wife and I bought western hats while on vacation. Hers was a goal and mine was more impulse. She loves hers and was treated nicely. Brushed and cleaned, treated and flourished. I was treated adequately. Turns out that not only did I not mind being just transacted, but my hat rang up $140 more than I thought it would. I did not notice until we got back to where we were staying. I called and got an adequate response to take pictures of the hat and receipt to see if they could refund the difference if there was a mistake. I did so and texted. No response. Drove an hour back to Jackson and explained in person that there was a mistake. Mine or theirs, didn't know. But I wasn't interested in a hat that expensive and wouldn't have bought it at the price she charged. After waiting around the manager told us that she charged the correct price and I should have seen the tag. Both my wife and I saw the tag and it was $140 less than I was charged. She showed us the same hat with the higher price on it. Ok, it got mid communicated one way or another. But I don't want it. She said she could never discount it that much and said my only recourse was a return, which was not policy. All sales are final. But she would do it. Ok by me. Thanks. Then after satisfying me with the return she went on and on and on about how it was my fault, not hers. It rang up correctly and I was wrong. She was right and I was wrong. Over and over. I finally said, probably a little loud, "As long as you are always right and the customer is always wrong, we're all good" She completely destroyed a good customer service situation. The young boy working beside her was just as rude and inane. (Georgia Bulldog) The other boy seemed embarrassed. It really took the smile off my wife after getting the special treatment 2 hours before. This place looks like a western outfitter, but it is just another Jackson Hole tourist trap. Expensive and poorly run.

Sorry to post this. I was so disappointing today coming in from Chicago with my dad's vintage Stetson hat and expecting a little bit more service smile interest at least just observing the customer service. A lot of the kids just don't care. I hate to see that because I know that the gentleman that is the hat guy is very old and I was thankful that he at least looked at my dad's hat, but he wasn't very interested or helpful I guess just disappointed. Bummer.

i know there's a lot of negative reviews regarding customer service at this store but i had a very positive experience with my visit! i saw a hat i wanted in the window display and asked the employee behind the counter for assistance finding it in my size and he immediately helped me find the hat and showed me how to customize it. he even tied the ribbons around the hat for me before i left. no one was rude or unhelpful. i also am not one to expect a warm greeting from every employee in the store when i walk in, as this is a touristy town where hundreds of people come in the door every day. i was helped when i asked for help and that's all i can ask for. i got a cute stetson for under $100. kemo sabe (though im sure they're great) could never. if you're looking for a hat, this store has the best variety.

This is probably one of the worst stores I've ever been to. When I walked in, no one came to my service and was ignored when I asked questions. It is embarrassing to have such bad management over your company. You have a lot to change.

The best selection of Cowboy hats in downtown Jackson. I was looking all over town for a nice quality hat but all I could find was cheap junk. Thankfully there was a huge selection here. The owner pointed me in the direction of quality Stetson's made in the USA. He gave his honest opinion on a few hats I tried on and I found the perfect had. He didn't try to just sell me a hat. I paid extra for a quality American Cowboy hat, turns out its not from Wyoming but Texas. Highly recommend making a visit.

I was disappointed. I was looking forward to replace a hat that was stolen a while ago I I thought since I'm returning to Jackson Hole, Beaver Creek Hat and leathers would be perfect. They have a great selection of hats, leathers, knives etc. however, they have clerks that are all too willing to get the sale but not happy with providing the customer service for the right product. I believe I briefly spoke with maybe the owner/manager who really didn't want to be interrupted with his coffee to assist with even helping me get one of his "associates" to help me. The trickle down effect. If the owner can't be bothered, you know where the clerks get their "sharp" customer service skills. Yes, I purchased an expensive hat, I should have gone elsewhere but I suppose it's the need & willingness to endure poor customer service that will keep (barely) Beaver Creek Hat in business. It won't be the customer service for us to return for

Words can not describe the way I was treated by the manager. I almost feel bad for the employees and staff of the store. I would never step foot in there again. Worst retail experience of my life.

Right when I walked in the store I was treated with complete disrespect. The employees were terribly rude and acted like complete children when dealing with customers. A horribly ran store with even worse employees. Will never be back.

I was in dire need of a new hat and thought this place might be able to satisfy that, but I was terribly mistaken. The service was terrible and many employees were extremely rude. Would recommend shopping elsewhere.

This place was LEGIT. Like real cowboy hats and leathers and wallets and jewelry. Very cool store on Jackson Hole. On the square. Check it out if in the area!

Picked up two Stetson hats after shopping around and getting great input from the staff. Young man behind the counter gave some great dinner and rodeo suggestions as we checked out.

My son needed a stylish cowboy hat for stage performances and we had been unable to get a fit or style that worked. We found this wonderful place and as soon as we walked in John was there to help us every step of the way. John found my son the perfect hat with the perfect fit and he couldn't be happier. This place still provides excellent customer service, so rare these days. I highly recommend!
