As a first time hat-buyer I went in blind and had no idea how to narrow down my “perfect hat.” Beau was extremely helpful, friendly and fun as he helped me to find my hat size, shape and color. He made me feel excited about my new hat!! He’s the best!!!

Amazing experience here! Chip was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He helped my daughter and I pick out perfect “generational” hats, sized, trimmed, helped with band choices - even provided fantastic restaurant recommendations! It is a busy store (with good reason). Thousands of hats, many different styles and color choices. We didn’t stop with hats though, my daughter found an amazing leather and suede jacket. I cannot say enough about how much fun we had in this store. Go there and tell Chip his friends from South Carolina say hello.

Visiting from California for a wedding. Came in to get a hat to wear to the wedding. Found the perfect hat but needed it sized down and shaped. Worked with a darling you d lady who sized down my hat and then Bradley did an awesome job shaping my hat. He took time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I was truly happy with my hat before I left. I will definitely be back next time we are in town!

The staff—Alex, John, Connie, and Colby—were all amazing and incredibly helpful. I loved being able to customize my hat with different bands and ribbons, which made it feel truly my own. Don’t let the low ratings fool you—this store, their merchandise, and their team are absolutely five stars. Highly recommend!

I was surprised to see negative reviews about the customer service. I spent about an hour trying to design the perfect hat. The blonde woman at the counter was extremely helpful and even gave me great dining recommendations (Bin22 was awesome by the way!) Pricing was reasonable and the selection is great. They were willing to bend over backwards to help me find the perfect hat. I highly recommend Beaver Creek!

My husband and I both got hats here on our recent trip to Jackson Hole. This shop had been on my list of places to visit for awhile, and I'm so glad we went! We got sized for our hats, and when Chip asked us where we were visiting from, he also gave recommendations on styles that we could still wear when we got back to Chicago. We loved that attention to detail and appreciated being able to pick out hats that we could still enjoy after our trip. Chip switched out the band that came on my hat originally for another one I picked out in store, and he did a fantastic job with branding my hat with my initials too. He even gave us recommendations on restaurants to try out in town (we loved Cafe Genevieve and The Local by the way!). The two other ladies in store that day were very kind to assist in shaping my hat as well. Thank you Chip and the entire team for making our experience one to remember! We're back in Chicago and will be wearing these hats any chance we get! :)

Stopped in twice here during our stay- once for cowboy hats and the second for belts and buckles. Alex helped us both times and she is extremely knowledgeable. Store does get busy so be prepared to be patient. Overall we are thrilled with our purchases

Great service! I was helped by Bradley and was impressed with his knowledge of all of the options they had available for hats and was really impressed with how particular he was about making sure the Hat was shaped and fit perfectly before I left the store
